I had an account registeted vía Facebook. I no longer have access to the account and therefore can't access my selling stats and withdraw funds if there are any. I've been trying to contact EyeEm vía email and contact form and neither way they responded back. I would like to delete all the photos from selling because I don't want them to sell my photos anymore since this is happening but I'm not able to get a response. NEW USERS BEWARE!

Went to upload my first picture, picked my filter, did my tags, said it was uploaded. Went to my Market page, 0 pictures. Figured maybe I just needed to refresh, so I closed out and reopened. Now there were also 0 uploaded. Tried again, wouldn't even upload. Don't know what's going on as there was no error message or declined notice, just wasn't working at all.

I would like to give this more stars but I have a few problems with the app. For one I put my first 4 pictures on there and I tired put more on and it says it's doing it then I had to refresh the page as it was taking a while and it went back to 4 images that I uploaded before. I can not connect to PayPal to get paid as it will not do it and finally it can not link to my Facebook page and my Google account, if they fix the bugs on the app then I'm more than welcome give it 5 stars

Dumb. I don't sell any photos since I only have 1 follower. I'm rather disappointed 😞 with this even though I've been on it for 2 months and I'm tired of it now. The photography makes no sense because it's picky. You can't upload any photos from the phone without them rejecting them from the market section. I think I better try a different app

Just deleted the account, worst app ever, couldn't even upload my stuff, so I end up just deleting everything. This thing is so bad it even has a hard time sending verification to your email and after all that, it would literally not show my post, it goes to 2 or 8 uploads, which I can not even see, so then I'm refreshing, just for it to go back to freaking zero!

It was a great app to make some money, after some update (think last year) they started ripping off contributers. I remember earning 130$ for one photo, now I see 0.03$. I'm waiting for payout balance and closing down account. Edit: sorry it's not even 0.03$ it's 0.01$!!! Edit 2: No answer from support for over a week now, trying to remove all my photos from partner/market.

If you are unable to travel the world, have the best and newest products, etc...its a waste of time. I'm not perfect, who is??? Some of my pictures have been recognized for purchase and then some. Being in the U.S. and keeping my photos nature and wildlife themed is too simple for EyeEms taste. I thought this was going to help me grow...instead it has only brought me down. My story isn't over yet...I still standing.

I like it, i just wish they accepted more of my art in the form i have it in originally. Also sometimes my photos get glitched out randomly. And the model releases should be one per model not one per model per photo that's just a hugely redundant pain. Also unsure if there's an option for i can pay to promote my stuff on their app to maximize usage of their traffic and gain more potential views/customers instead of having to rely on whatever the powers that be are for this app.

Worst app I've used in a while. The only thing consistent is the inconsistency of the app. The fact that it auto deletes photos blows my mind, since posting photos is the main function of the app. I have reached out to tech support with no response. It's a shame because this app has such potential. If anyone knows of an app that works better than this, please point me in that direction!

When I first discovered this app, I was hoping for the possibility of making a little income from a few photos, although I'm quite a novice. I haven't sold anything yet, but I've learned so much valuable information from their articles and even more from the incredible photographers from all over the world. I feel both humbled and flattered when one of them likes a photo of mine and my shots have been being progressively more accepted to their marketplace the more I learn. I love this app!

Doesn't make sense to add to market based on current trends, as trends change and not all are looking for "trends" + Photos that are in my Camera folder aren't suggested for upload, but the same photos are suggested if I move them to my VSCO folder. + Suggested Uploads is very different from EyeEm Selects. Photos that were suggested in the past aren't anymore. + There are top/featured photographers who haven't posted in months, some even years. + Market doesn't show every photo that's On Market.

Verified my account 3 times now amd it keeps saying I haven't. Having trouble uploading pictures even when on WiFI or having full service. As well as my profile picture amd background disappearing. Otherwise it's a great app amd easy to navigate through. Just a lot of bugs that need fixed. Can't wait to sell some of my art on here, please fix!!

After using this app for several years I have finally sold three photos.. for a penny each. Well, that was my share anyway. I have no way of knowing exactly how much they sold for. In addition, I cannot connect my PayPal account because the verification keeps going to an email that I no longer have access to even though I've changed my email in settings. I've contacted customer service several times with no response.

Used to love this app. I didn't take advantage of all their features, but definitely enjoyed making some money off of my uploaded photos. However, recent changes have resulted in almost no cash when selling photos. A couple years ago I was making at least a couple dollars per sale, and even sold one for close to $50. I recently sold 3 photo licenses and the total payout was $0.92. 50 cents, 41 cents, and 1 cent. That's kind of ridiculous. First 7 photos, $58. Last 3? $0.92. Not bothering to upload any more.

I've spent hours trying to get photos to upload finish the process it'll say " 5 uploads " and " 5 photos in market " refresh the page and not a damn thing . If there's a review process clearly state that ! There's no means to contact anyone to get assistance either . If there is one make it easier to find . And last of all the location feature is hot trash ... it can't find south lake tahoe ..... would give zero stars if possible

Had this app for over 5 years, and have a fair amount of them on market and a few selected for partner. Nothing has sold to my knowledge, although now after reading recent reviews on what others have made on their photos, (2 cents) it doesn't seem worth the hassle. Seems like the payout was more attractive in 2017. It's an ok app with challenges and prizes you can win, but you definitely spend alot of time trying for a very small return.

At first I loved the app but now my photos aren't showing up. I uploaded them did the location caption exc.... And then sends me back to my page the other day it at least counted the photos it showed up twenty photos. today 16 just tried another photo nothing. I didn't no if my photos would sell but this help me realize I love taking pictures and capturing moments. And if I can make extra cash while doing it awesome but most of my photos are still under review it's almost been a month..I

Since I can't get to support through their app, this will do. I have uploaded over 50 photos, only to have every one disappear. Locations rarely show up, unable to change profile photo, Not impressed at all with this app! Does anybody know of a great app where i can put my photography onto various wall art mediums like glass and metal to have made for sale? Ty!

I tested and uploaded a single photo and things seemed fine. So then I spent time and energy uploading and tagging about 30 photos. Things seemed fine, but now I can't find the uploads at all. Very frustrating. Please indicate if this error is fixed and I can maybe try it again. From the looks of other reviews, I'm not alone in this. Foap is another app to try. Doesn't seem as slick as EyeEm, but at least it hasn't deleted my work, yet.

Has really grown on me, so many incredible photographs. I couldn't imagine not having this app, absolutely love it! I see a lot of people who say that pictures are never sold. I have sold at least a dozen pictures, a couple of them have sold multiple copies. I am nowhere close to being a professional photographer. Pictures do sale, not for a lot, but so gratifying when you get a sale. I really think that EyeEm is an awesome app, I wish the Windows version was as easy to use as the Android app.
