Developers need to test it more. Seems they produce it and push to market. Application is slow and hangs frequently. Why it keeps asking me about country and language? I selected them... No need to ask again. Why asking me every time to register? If the deveoloper throughs a look into noon application and make the app similar, that would be fantastic. Developers: please spend 30 minutes clicking different products and functionalities to enhance... A great company should have a great app.

Don't buy anything from EXTRA. They are liers. Zero extra customer care service. I have been dragged for more than a month to no avail. I received an already opened and used laptop with broken box. Really regret shopping at extra. When I complained, they said the product is OK, go and collect it back from store. When you return an open product, they deduct 30 per cent, and when they send an open product, no matter what, you have to accept. They are fraud.

Please tell your app dev team to add some memory and CPU on website and app..one of the worst online experience, I can't even search on both website and app, everytime it get hanged and also please do some indexing on search products, all In correct product appear if you search any specific products....sorry but it's literally stupid and frustrating use of both website and app

If they have updated properly their stocks online, i would have rate this to 4 stars. The fact is it's been twice in a row that they post something ''in stock'' in this app but when I go to the store to pick up the bought item they will say it's all sold. I hope they will solve this issue as they have good promotion thru the course of the year.

I don't know why do I even update this app. This app is full of bugs. It cannot sort items with pricing. Items aren't updated with the store. Gives unrelated search results. Everytime I open the app I have to select the city. If I open this app from a notification, this app just loads and loads and does absolutely nothing. Total garbage. Jarir is better

They should stop using Naqel for delivery. Very unprofessional company and drivers. The delivery location is office, still the delivery guy calls me at 10:30 PM for delivery. On enquiring the driver tells that its a document (not mobile) which made me think its some office document. Next day I get msg from extraa that parcel was undelivered because customer postponed delivery. Be careful whenever Naqel contacts you for delivery.

This is the worst online experience by far. Customer service is reallly bad. Noone picks up the phone and noone replies to you. Very late delivery dates, and when I tried cancelling my order they wouldn't cooperate, I waited and waited and am still waiting... Really bad experience. Once you pay online you're stuck!!!

The update about delivery is entirely obselete or wrong. A product which I paid was wrongly delivered to another person and was updated as delivered to me. I have to call and message in messanger umpteen times to get an idea regarding this. Finally after 3 months they credited the money to the account. The app is very slow. In general extra customer care service is very bad.

Very stupid and slow app!! I couldn't complete my purchase through it as my bank blocked the transaction on my credit card by fraud check, cash on delivery option wasn't available as well!!! Thats how stupid it is!!!! I used Noon to purchase my items and i went for the cash on delivery option! It was way quicker and easier!!!

Average experience so far. I have recently purchased a product the delivery of which is understandably delayed. Although the order could be tracked from the app automatically earlier, since a few days I have to provide order number and mob no. to see order status. To be honest, if so much inputs are required to track your order, the app is simply not worth it. Better use the website instead and declutter your phone. Hopefully this gets resolved.

I ordered a recliner. Delivered on time but it was faulty. So we have to return it back. It was hard getting thru them via telehone but after we contacted them, they immediately arranged for a replacement. Their staff is polite and professional. Strongly recommended. Excellent customer service. My hubby is enjoying his recliner now. 4 stars to give room for more improvement of the application. More power!

Awful website & app, I was gonna purchase something on sale, everytime I click "pay" it asks me to make an account, I sign in to my account then it empties my cart, I refilled it 3 times and it keeps emptying it without letting me buy, then I tried to buy as guest, as I reach card info the sale ended and price changed, terrible system, never trying it again

Very bad customer service I bought a toshiba refrigerator and the agent at the shop convinced me to buy extra guarantee and the refrigerator before one year has been stopped and they booked me an appointment after one week so I am wondering why i bought the extra guarantee all of the food got damaged. Don't buy from extra

Poor Maintenance and Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with the maintenance and customer service at this store. I requested maintenance service 7 days ago, but the maintenance team has been unreliable and unresponsive. They keep telling me they are coming, but no one has shown up. When I try to follow up, they no longer answer my calls. The customer care service is also severely lacking. They are always busy with other customers and never get back to me.

I cant even pay I have tried multiple devices this app is broken. I did contact support on their number and they promised to call, it has been days and nothing happened. It seems that someone hacked their system stopping all card payments and they still not aware of what's going on.

Extra management should really focus on training their staff to properly handle customers' issues especially in scheduling delivery dates. They never schedule the correct date and the process to reschedule is ridiculously long and complicated. The call center take long time to answer and their WhatsApp number is useless takes them 1 day to reply?!!.

I bought an air conditioner and they delivered it and installed it. Then 20 minutes after they left, it made a loud sound and stopped working completely. I have spent 8 days since trying to get them to exchange it, or refund it or repair it. But they make it nearly impossible to contact them. I succeed 2 times and each time they promised to come investigate and exchange it; each time they send a SMS saying request canceled due to incomplete information. They are Cheaters!!!
