The company itself is awesome! However, this app should definitely be remade completely. I did several applications, and the office couldn't even find them. They didn't even have the job available that I applied for. Either someone needs to be hired to make sure the app is updated frequently (as far as information) or it needs to be shut down, and a new one created.

The app and the staff are more than competent in assisting possible candidates with their job seeking. The app is super easy and very user friendly! The staff team are quite compassionate to your needs as far as job seeking goes. Like anything that is worthwhile, you must have patience, they will find you something. And don't be too picky.

The app is a little finicky but overall I'm happy with it. I love that it has a time clock, it's so much easier then the time sheets. I do wish it wouldn't log me out everytime I close it. Kinda frustrating when your just trying to get back to work from a break.

It kind of sucks when it's time to submit your timecard in. You click the submit button and nothing happens. This happens to me Everytime I go to submit my timecard. So then I go back and submit it again and it's like I haven't submitted anything. Please fix this issue. It should be easy as soon as you click the submit button.

Only finds temp-to-hire jobs that will fire you when the assignment is done. Office staff is audibly straining their hate for you through their teeth when they talk to you on the phone. Send you to jobs where people are okay with verbal assault of all kinds, including threats of violence. Hard pass. Downloading this app drained my battery faster than anything ever has on any phone I've ever had. It's clearly going through every single piece of information on my phone and in my life. W even TF?!!

Very time consuming to punch in. Takes at least 3 minutes of logging in, finding my list of jobs (in a list of one), selecting it, praying that it connects, waiting for it to confirm.. Meanwhile, I'm standing there, wasting time, waiting to start the actual job. Plus, it takes up FOUR POINT FIVE GIGS of data... I have movies smaller than that! What the hell is this app saving? That sounds like they're saving recordings or videos.. That's crazy suspicious...

The app is a little finicky when first opening the app, on Android but still a great convenience for time keeping and searching for job openings and branch information.

This app would the best ever BUT there are times where I can't log in to clock in or out and sometimes I can't even get in to submit my time card on time. It gets glitchy when I actually need to use. Otherwise great concept and pretty easy use. Speak of the devil, as I am trying to finally fix my time card for the day since I could not login earlier and the entire app crashed 🙃 😑 😅

COMPLETELY BROKEN, WON'T OPEN. UNUSABLE! TERRIBLE APP FOR A TERRIBLE TEMP AGENCY. Same problems for years and the devs don't care at all!! Lags every key press. Takes 2 full minutes just to press 4 buttons to get to your assignment, then several more just to actually clock in. Constantly signs you out randomly. Constant time logging issues where it says accepted but then later will show you never clocked in or out at all. Won't accept time card submissions. Broken app shouldn't be on the market.

This app isn't very good. First problem is that when the app opens, it goes directly to the flipping search bar. It's really annoying, I just want to clock in omg. Secondly, it randomly signs me out and then when I open the app it crashes. I'm tired of reinstalling it. These are the problems I have seen other than these biggies, it's ok.

Update 6/9/23 : how incredibly ridiculous that you have a scheduled maintenance DURING WORK HOURS on a friday!!!! People have to use this to clock in!!! -- App is incredibly slow on the everyday basis but today it's totally unusable. Couldn't clock out for break and tried to send bug report but app kept timing out. Now it won't even go past the opening screen. Tried to login thru the website as well and it won't do that either.

The concept behind this app is pretty awesome. However it seems to be down or updating constantly! What would make this app an awesome experience for me would be, being able to clock in and clock out when I start work and when I end work. Having to go back and adjust my time is not convenient or awesome. Having said that, the employment specialists in Oregon City, Or are awesome.

Express is a great place to work..that said whomever was hired to build this app should be fired and a new app built from the ground up. It doesnt save any setting such as distance from location. Doesnt save availability or any edits to the application. I updated my profile and availability and sent it to the local office (which I was standing in at the time) and it never went through. You are better off just calling or going into the branch to make sure your information gets there.

The app is not very intuitive. Too many button presses are required. The app automatically opens on the "Search" screen, even though I have a job. You then have to click on "My jobs" and then the log in screen appears. It would make more sense for the app to open in the log in screen and then automatically go to the "My jobs" screen. Since I only have one job, I wish the app would automatically go to my job's "schedule" screen after logging in.

Took over 6 tries to get past open screen, then when I try to sign up all I receive is an error message. When I choose to repot error it closes app. No confirmation that error has been reported. As I can't get app to function at this time it's seems pointless to point out, that the video doesn't cover how to report milage. Which is a big part of my current job assignment.

This app is downright frustrating. I have no problem doing my time for the work week, however, navigating it sucks and when it comes time to submit my time card, it gives me a "failed to submit time card" error. And when it doesn't give me that error, it doesn't let me know "time card submitted." It still tells me need to submit time card, even though I've made so many submitted attempts. Lord knows how many submissions they got from me, if they went through! I'm happy with Express; not the app!

Edit: Here we are almost a year later and STILL the same BS. Horrible! Worst app on the planet. Express, you did it. Your app went from terrible to complete HORRIBLE BS. As if there isn't enough clicking to do, now there is a USELESS Welcome page you have to exit out of. Pretty horrible app. Also, when I sign in, I should be taken directly to my job. Nonsense to have to click around 4 or 5 times. Express should spend a little money to fix the glitches and make it more user friendly.
