Extremely slow, cannot use app to reserve events, no navigation functions in the map. Very disappointed overall, especially for an app designed for a World Expo.

Worst application ever it sucks. there is no logic applied to it and it makes the expo experience the worst as it is a pain to try to get reservations and manage them.

laggy experience. constantly pushes you out if the app and into the browser. you also NEED to do reservations to basically everything in the expo but the reservation functionality is very faulty and cumbersome

the worst app I have ever used in my life. the UI is a hell. I don't usually review a app. but it's so bad that , this makes me want to review this app. the reservation system is horribly slow and confusing. the objective is to not to browse the description of the pavilions. the concept is simple but I don't know why it's not implemented. also this app is technically not a real app. it redirect users to a web page. horrible experience!

if u think this is an essential app for your visit to World Expo 2025, stop now, it is not. Most of the clicks sends you to an external website, the map feature is so laggy, you are better off using google maps. There is no reason for this app to exist.

The physical expo campus is brilliantly designed. This app is not. It is missing basic functionality like filtering for available reservations. Instead of using native app functionality, it just launches a web view of a bloated page. Terrible. The map inverts the direction indicator (the blue wedge showing from the location dot). There is no need for multiple separate apps like an NFT wallet and an AI assistant app. Simplify the functions and nail the top five most useful features.

All pavilions of major nations require reservations. Reservations cannot be done for the same day and require logging in every time. Logging in with just a username and password is not sufficient and you have to add in an annoying two-faceted login.

Bad experience no payment possible with five different cards. No way to actually get some help or explanation.

The App is terrible. The only practical function of the App is the map, but it's extremely suck! The direction pointing forward is exactly opposite to where it should be... 😮💨 If you guys don't know how to develop an App, please just do it on the Google Map, or pls let us use a traditional paper map!!

Terrible app. Worst experience. Adds hours to even buying entry tickets. Actively hinders any attempt to actually visit a pavilion. Only managed to enter one pavilion in 8 hours - mostly due to this terrible app. The fact that it's forced on you or you can't enter is madness. Wasted hours ahead of the expo trying to use it, then wasted a day at the expo accomplishing nothing. Everyone at the expo was wandering around frustrated staring at phones. The backend is weak, can't support demand.

literally the worst most useless app ever. Never worked the whole time I was at the expo. Complete waste of time!

Absolutely horrible, unstable, app keeps returning to home menu after applying or using with no indication whatsoever of what/if something happened...

Very poor. Cannot add day tickets, cannot use the map, very difficult to find pavilions and events using the search. :(

worst app ever created. no relvant information there, basically any click takes you in a browser. the navigation it's just an overly from gmaps. it's like an app created by some batchelor students. overall the Osaka 2025 expo it's a bad experience with overcrowded pavilions and pretty much anything is overcrowded.

Very confusing and inconvenient. Not user-friendly. It is more of an advertising app than a guide. So much unnecessary graphics with less substance. Extremely complicated to look for the essentials. it literally just direct you to the websites. A total garbage.

It just brings you to the website to do reservation and etc. I might as well just use the website and not this app. And I get sent to the queue multiple times while just trying to reserve stuff.

app is useless, cannot see tickets or make any pavilion reservations,it kicks out to the web browser and then once logged in have to wait in an online queue for over an hour. seems like they are using 486 computers to run their server. why do we need to wait in line online?? hope the visit is worth it, so far very disappointed.

This app is as badly designed, poorly-thought-through, and actively contemptuous of its users/customers as Expo 2025 itself. Congratulations for staying on brand, I guess. And if you haven't been to Expo 2025, save your money, time, and sanity, and avoid at all costs.

don't bother downloading. anything you do, will just bring you to the website lol! what's the point of this app except to infuriate you. not to mention, there are like 3 to 3 official expo apps and they all do nothing. they all bring you to the site to do anything. if I had to give a word of caution, just don't bother with the expo. it's a giant waste of time and money.

WORST EVER! Poorly designed by amateurs, illogical, extra unnecessary steps, random errors. I have never seen anything this bad! Very good at taking your money for reservation, then you're stuck, useless lottery there are no slots open yet they make you go through pages of events to find out there's nothing available... Mismanaged by clueless people. So many things are wrong, dysfunctional, kicks you out and have to go to a cue again mauve another hours wait. DISASTER! Avoid!!!
