You could pay 2.99 to skip ads for 10 days, or you could Uninstall the game and skip ads for free.... and the best part is that you'd hardly be missing out on any content that way! I was done after watching something like 5 ads and who knos how many clicks and loading screens to answer two questions. The answer to both was "Mother Goethel", BTW.

This game has potential but it is insanely bogged down by Ads. I went as far as buying ad free time. Soon after I noticed quite an uptick in difficulty that would result in me losing lives so that I'd be forced to spend more money on hearts to continue playing. Despite going ad free the mechanics in the game that can increase your hearts are locked behind ads. Fail a level? Ads Pass a level? Ads. A level consists of 2-5 pieces of trivia which can take as little as 15 seconds....

Taken at face value, it's a fine, if mediocre, game. It's always a red flag to me when a game treats ad removal as a subscription, but here there is at least an (overpriced) option to permanently remove ads. However, removing ads does not mean it stops offering you ads. EVERY time you choose a category, ad offer. Get a question wrong? Ad offer. If you're charging me to remove ads, I don't want ads to exist anymore. This is the polar opposite of that, and this game isn't worth the frustration.

A great idea for a spin off of the original trivia crack. However, it's very poorly executed. You are forced to watch an ad after EVERY level. I understand that games will have ads, but I think they could have moved the mandatory ones to at least every other level. The developer feedback to every poor review basically makes it look like they don't care about customer input. So, I'm leaving this review in vain.

The game is cute, however there are way too many ads. I understand that you need ads to keep the app free, yet when there is an ad on the top of the screen and after every single level, you are really overdoing it. Especially if you have microtransactions in your game too. Also every time you equip a new wheel the sound turns back on even though it is muted in the options.

I LOVE this game, but I've already gone as far as the game will let me go, and you can't receive trophys on the temple trial, so I have no way of leveling up further. I am 6 trophys behind 1st place, but there is no more levels, so I'm stuck in second place, which is frustrating. It would be awesome if you could replay levels you've already done to earn more trophys, or even earn them in temple trial. Otherwise, awesome game. Adds are worth it, and I learn a lot.

It's good in theory but ruined by glitches and excess ads. Ads were kept on screen and plays between stages. Yes, you can pay to remove them but a little steep on pricing (like $3 for a month of no ads). Worst of all though is the glitches. I watched videos to continue but then it froze up and didn't let me continue. Then I had to watch a video yet again when I restarted. Honestly that is the main issue but it happens on various places. Skip ads and it won't freeze up.

Got this game because I liked Trivia Crack Adventure, but I don't like the pressure of playing/waiting for a challenge partner and this used to essentially be a single-player version of that. However, they've completely changed it and now it's garbage. This "bamboo path" forces you into categories and to use the panda to fix broken tiles, but it doesn't advance you when it fixes it, so you could be stuck in the same place with the same category until you get it right. Hate it.

Too many ads make the game almost unplayable. They pop up after every level, which are very short. I rarely buy no ads, but I was going to for this- then I saw permanent no ads is $10. That's ridiculous. Additionally, if you sign up with email instead of facebook, it puts your email (minus the domain) as your username, which is public, and you can't change it. You can't even activate/deactivate an account- even if the email is not yours, you can use it and the owner can't do anything about it.

Not great. One, the complaints about ads are not overblown. Having banner ads as well as ads after every single level is too much and not reasonable. Two, turning off the sound and music should mean all sounds and stuff from the game should be off (except ads). Instead, you still get sound from spinning the wheel and when the game loads up, as well as vibrations when spinning the wheel. Lastly, the gameplay is just overly repetitive and kinda boring. I wouldn't recommend.

Way, way too many ads. There's an energy system, mandatory ads after every level, optional ads for chests and rewards, optional ads to spin a wheel, optional ads for daily rewards. The game itself is alright, but not worth all the ads. Removing ads costs $10, which the game is also not worth in my opinion. I won't be playing this game past what I've played it to by this point unless they majorly overhaul the ad system.

So many ads it hurts. There's time when I assume I've won a lucky spin and you have to watch an ad even for that. I don't need to see an ad at the end of every single level, especially as the levels are quite quick. I want to like this game, but I refuse to be bullied into paying $10 for an ad free mode or (what a steal!) $7 a month, because that's what it feels like the creators are doing. As if I'm going to subscribe to an app.

Lots of frustration. I have loved Trivia Crack for a long time,so I was very excited to finally have a one player game. But then I reached Level 155 and the only option has been to play Temple Trial, which I have done. Yesterday I updated the app, so I was excited to be able to continue on. Nothing has happened. I press the button to play and the game freezes. I, too, think there are too many ads, but I was willing to put up with them, to continue the adventure. And after a long wait, nothing.

i, like others before me, was really excited for a single player trivia crack, but i reached the "final" level and have had nothing to do since. replaying older levels would be great, but it isn't an option. i noticed an update the other day, however nothing happens when i try to continue. the app freezes up when you're confronting the bad guy and you can't do anything except force quit the game. reinstalling did nothing.

The spinner will not work if it lands on the choose category field, if you have a skin on it other than the standard. What's the point of playing a game that is meant to let you collect stuff, when that stuff is utterly useless? I'm uninstalling at lvl 28, too annoying, too many ads... ...after EVERY SINGLE level and almost every reward. That is waayyyyy beyond overkill! And to think you can charge 2.99 for A WEEK of no ads makes me question what is being smoked in the developer's office.

Nothing makes me unissued a game faster when they insist on having an unskippable ad play after every single round. I understand they need to make money but there are far less intrusive ways to include ads. You don't need an ad after every round as it means I do nothing, breaks my excitement for the game, and I just quit out. Two stars because the trivia questions are good, just a shake the user experience is awful because of how they chose to implement the ads.

Edit - the game is still stuck. After two weeks. No game. I got to Level 153 and it told me "working on new maps, so play Temple game." Played it a few times with my son. But when is the original game going to continue? And it changed formats after Level 100. It became a streak game only. No more paths. And what do the trophies do? It took me awhile to realize the bombs knock out two wrong answers and I only learned what green checkmarks mean by accident.

I barely read reviews anymore because someone always complains about ads regardless of the amount. This game has a banner ad at the top? No biggie. Ads keep the developers in business and it doesn't interfere with game play so let's press on. A 30 second ad AFTER the FIRST turn? EVERY. SINGLE. TURN? It took me longer to wait for the ads to finish than to answer the questions. Has it come down to this, developers, it costs so much we must spend more time watching ads than playing the game? DELETE

It is a candy crush format style game. You get 5 lives and move up the map with rounds of trivia. It is an in ad game...so ads can pop up and be slightly annoying. Other than that 2 things I have noticed. 1) questions do repeat. I have had the same question asked within a few levels and had the same question asked on the exact same level as well 2) the game is extremely up to date. I just had a question asked about an event that happened one week prior to this review. 4 stars for ads

The game is fun and there are really cool mini games, but the ads are relentless. I am a game developer and understand the need to make money, but an ad after every level is rough. Also, the ads play with full sound, which is unfortunate. Make the ads non-intrusive and I'll play your game and likely support it. As it is now, however, it's not worth my time, unfortunately. I do enjoy the trivia.
