This app is like a windows version 1. You have to individually amend each date. You can't do a bulk date change /availability or block out date. You can't add a note to a date. Everything on the app is allover the place. It's a mission to navigate the app. Worse booking app by far

The home tab of the app and even website on browser won't load. The only thing I see is a circle (which they call a fds loader in the dev code) turning non-stop. I tried clearing my cache and cookies on phone and on browser, but it's still the same. I tried on 3 different browsers as well and no change. Refreshed the page and app several times with no change. Even used a vpn to connect to different countries such as the USA or countries in Europe to see if it is a location issue but same.

Cannot close the room on a selected date, it always stuck on one date which we didn't choose and doesn't go anywhere forever. This app need an improvement, it cause a lot of trouble to us. Very bad OTA app booking is more convenient.

Everytime I use the app," it says connection error" when I have great connection and can use any other partner app just fine. Please don't ask me to be more specific, when that is literally the only problem I am having is not being able to connect. There is absolutely no way I can be more specific with you. Just fix your app!

Awful. The app launches to a blank screen (even after removing and reinstalling, updating, etc ) and we can't do anything to get it running. We tried going through Expedia's support and have gotten no help.

What a terrible app... It is not user-friendly, it is slow, it bugs constantly and always differently... This week it just gives me a blank white screen when starting it and that's it. I am not even sure it deserves a 1 star. Are you gonna fix this??

Needs to be more user friendly. It is clunky a bit slow. Could use a reporting system that is robust. There are hardly any reports that include information a business would like. Customer service is difficult to reach anyone that can actually help or make a difference. Always email from "do not reply" addresses.

I would suggest Expedia observe the UX (for hosts) with Airbnb. Constantly improving. Separately, it's frustrating that not all of Expedia's brands allow messaging with the customer. Adds even more work when we can't go through the messaging service provided. 3rd place out of the 3 major OTA's. Few other flaws they can not be aware of. No more space...

Worst of the booking systems. Top 3 reasons although there are more 1. The system is designed to fail to be able to collect if a guest cancels. Expedia does not provide the FULL payment when they cancel they do not help collect. They tell you its your problem and thats it 2. Not possible to provide accurate information about my listing. The system is so limited that I can't actually describe my listing and guests are misinformed 3. Guest messaging is terrible and messages are often undelivered

Expedia allowed a strict cancellation policy to cancel with a full refund and then the audacity in then chasing us for a relocation fee, despite the guests having no issues with access and clear booking terms. A very poor mistake that Expedia has made and internally they continue to fail and show they are incapable of solving the issue, 6 months and counting.

By far the worst app for hosts compared to similar competitors' app. Every day I have to insert my password , additional PIN and sometimes it asks additional verification through email. Tried to contact support for saving my credentials and I received print screens with guidance not similar to app layout, with no result. The verification procedure is so time consuming that I ended up trying to enter the site version from my computer, whenever possible and not the go. A company like Expedia really should do better for it's hosts.

Every time this app updates I can no longer login. Took long enough to get it sorted the first time it happened. Definitely lost patience with app. Since writing this and having received a message from support a week later. I sent an email to the address given and it was returned. So I'm afraid my review must stay as it is.

Horrible on any phone, cant even send pictures to your guests or maybe you can but its hidden under the terrible and outdated ui; also it doesnt even remember your password consistently. A sub-optimal app with lazy programming, sad that it is the only thing they have. Just want to say that despite how bad pulse is as an app, it is still much better than this buggy mess, please do some more work on this app as it is super frustrating to use and in no way user friendly, thanks

Expedia should stick to big hotel chains as they're obviously too incompetent and slow or simply not interested in providing real value to small vacation rental and homestay businesses. The list is long and not confined to this dinosaur app... from difficulty in getting effective booking notifications, to contacting guests, to giving a fair and speedy resolution to issues (that are Expedia's fault!) ...what a waste of time and energy.

Not as good as Agoda and Booking apps. How they work out your quality score is beyond me. If your hotel is popular and fully booked they rate you down. irritates me that everytime I log on they say oh o you're dropping in our ratings. it is their way of generating Revenue. scaremongering so you will pay them to go higher in their list. Changing the availability is long-winded and archaic. A horrible horrible app

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT TO BE EFFICIENT!!! This by far is the worst app I've encountered for any of our booking sites. Not only is the initial process to verifying your device dodgy...but once you are logged in...you are logged out by the app and unable to log back in . Don't even bother calling the customer service/tech support they were just as lost as I was. In my last effort to give this app a chance I uninstalled and reinstalled it...you guessed it same issue. Total waste!!!!

The registration process is a total nightmare: nothing works like it should! Register, check email: no validation email there. Click forgot password: "a password reset link has been sent to your email". Again, nothing there. So you go to the support page. Two options available, great! "Call us" (toll number) and " Click "send a message". Click "send a message". The same page shows up again, just without the "send message" option. So I get it: I should pay to compensate for the dodgy registratio

I had been listing my place on various platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, even Expedia partners HomeAway, and never had any problems with any of the apps, all very easy to use, and crews were helpful, patient and kind. Very disappointed with Expedia from its functions to it's crews. Such a shocking experience and I wouldn't encourage and recommend anyone to promote their accommodation on Expedia. The associate who set me up didn't explain to me how each function works. COULDN'T FINISH COMMENTS

Please update the app. It's inconvenient. It has asked me to verify human more than 50 times yet it doesn't go to login. Even after I verify it, it keeps on going to the puzzle verification. it's disgusting. Make a usable app not app connecting to the website.
