Too many bugs. I've paid for this app on my phone and tablet but chances are 50/50 whether an online game will work or not. Sometimes it stops working in the middle of a game, and sometimes the screen goes blank as soon as a new one starts. Intelligent carnivores have eaten from the watering hole. People haven't been able to create new species with their trait cards. Graphics are great, but when most of my time on the app is spent reporting bugs, something is wrong.

Great game! It's a bit expensive but this is a well developed board game. My only note (other than too high prices for the DLC): when you start a campaign game, there's a lag between when you hit the button and the loading screen appears. If you hit it again, the loading screen that pops up will be stuck and you have restart the app. Just disable the button after a user has clicked it please

A very fun game and original! Unique gameplay and certainly playable as a board game with friends. At ten bucks however, once the free campaign is complete purchasing the full app is just not worth it. And since one can only play the easy a.i with the free download, there is no longer any challenge in the game and it is simply occupied memory space.

Fun... When it works. But unfortunately, when I purchased it, the game stopped working completely. I was able to see the developer logo and the eternal black screen. When I spoke with the developers for fixing it, I got a few responses that made it so the game crashes out even before the developer logo comes up. When I asked for a refund, because they couldn't help me, all I got was silence. Great potential. First time the free version is better than the paid.

A good solid game plenty of fun to be had. I was really on the fence about buying the game. So close... but then i realized i had already experienced all of the gameplay to be had... I wish there was more to the game, more evolutions... If you buy the full version, the only things you get are new AI's and more online play..... not worth it. Let me know when you release more content... then I'll buy it.

To many game breaking bugs. At its current state, you may be able to play a match or two without having to quit. 1) Playing vs AI while waiting for match Anytime I have left during feeding, when I return to my game later it freezes. It won't allow me to feed on anything and I am forced to discard and restart. 2) Players bugging out during live match This happens quite often. You are playing a match with people, and then the game freezes. 3) AI bugging out during live match See above #2

I really enjoy the board game the app is based off, so having it in a form that is easy for me to play without a group of friends near by (especially right now) is really cool. Some of the card effects aren't too clear how they work in the board game, so having the app take care of the rule keeping is a great learning tool. I don't think we've managed to play a game properly yet, so I can help move IRL games along now

This game has a lot of potential, but sadly, it's not ready for primetime. I'm experiencing frequent disconnects in multiplayer games, despite having a stable internet connection. I'm certain these issues are serverside. And if I get disconnected, I have no idea if I qualify for the giveaway. Other odd quirks, like the game requiring an email address for multiplayer but refusing to accept my email address, my screen name being changed to random gibberish, and a battery hog on my Pixel XL.

A very fun game. I paid $7.00 which was perhaps a bit steep for the content but not unforgivable. I would love to see expansion packs like Climate and Flight added. The campaign could also use some expansion, but the multiplayer works fine for me and I like the varied AIs. I love the artwork and the ability to unlock creature art for specific trait combinations is a nice touch.

I completed the tutorial and it gave me the option to create an account to save my progress. I put in my email and made a password and clicked 'create account' but it didn't work. I tried the logging in option but it yielded similar results. It was so good up until that point, I haven't yet gotten past that obstacle.

Nature is brutal. Either you live or you die. That's how the nature treat you and describes how the gameplay works. So much challenges with just a simple rule. I got so addicted playing this game even I kept losing the battle. The PROBLEM is that the card looks so small if we play in the smart phone. There should be a way just tapping any players card and automatically zoom full screen, swipe left or right to go back to the board without 1st having to choose which players to zoom from.

Love playing this game in real life with friends and family, the mobile version is a great way to play in my free time. Visuals are great, interface is very user friendly. The unlockable sketches add another layer of fun as it gives solo players a goal to work towards. Hope to see expansions to this such as Climate in the future. Great job devs!

Great game, but misses the mark on a few things: 1) The ability to tap the card to read what it says. I've only played the boardgame twice, so I have not memorized the cards & I barely get a chance to read it in the app as I'm swiping. 2) The share button should not be next to the continue button. It's confusing and a bit frustrating when you hit the wrong button.

The game is great, a really fantastic strategy games that's simple to learn but hard to master with a nice mix of strategy and tactics. However, it could REALLY use some optimization. Even on low graphics settings, it heats up your phone and sucks battery like crazy. Some more polish and it would be near ideal.

I am not sure what is going on but I got a new phone. Redownloaded this and it will not let me play the campaign. It keeps telling me I can change the setting in the main menu, I click continue campaign and it just tells me I can change settings in the main menu again. I love this game and would like a fix. Edit: the customer support here is great and will work with you to fix any issue to have. Great game. Love the app.

The game is really fun. I own the board game already so I knew I would like it. There is a bug thats cost me a few games though, when you're attacking a creature with horns with an intelligent predator it asks if you want to discard a card to negate it. If you select no in this screen it still takes you to discarding a card, and there's no way to cancel it.

It's a fun game all in all. I like how it makes you think in terms of natural selection and how it implements the concept into gameplay and strategy. Not hard to learn. But challenging. My biggest complaint is I bought a card pack in order to beat my friends but the game won't let me play my new cards online. I haven't seen the cards once in a game, either.

Great app for a great game! The art is pretty, the animations are smooth, the sound effects are immersive, and, of course, the game is a lot of fun! My only complaint is that it really drains my phone's battery, worse than I'd expect. But I'm really looking forward to spending more time with this app, it's got everything you could want, from local and online multiplayer, to a campaign mode, to challenges and unlockables...suffice to say, I'm thoroughly impressed.

Great game... if you can play it. It kills your battery life, despite devs saying the latest patch had helped. 9 out of 10 times i get frozen on loading screens. Most of which occur when initially loading into the game. I'll keep checking to see if things have been fixed and optimized and edit my review accordingly!

This is my favorite game, but it's so glitchy now. Every multiplayer game I've played recently has frozen or taken my control away from me like the AI is playing. I really hope you guys can fix it cause this is really annoying... thanks EDIT: So they fixed (not all but) most of the issues above. To everyone trying out this game free - you should really buy it. I've had it for two years now and still get a kick out of playing it. Money well spent for sure! Edit Edit: Updating for the new version
