Finally an update and it fixed nothing. update: i can at least open the app. (see response for possible fix) in the future. if there are problems make it known and suggest possible fixes. the layout out is still glitching but at least i now know its being worked on. I've tried to find any news if this is widespread or a few people. I have loved this app for years with no problems but now it will not even open. if it's not fixable I need to know.

Since the latest update, the tol left corner does not work. I am unable to click on the year / month to go back in time or create a new budget the future. But, my husband's app, is just fine. He has a andriod phone that is a generation older than my cell. What is going on with this app?! This is the last year we have it, I'm always having issues.

App was great until a simple feature wasn't available like clearing out a month you've already created and recreating it with the current month's budget so you can do less manual inputs for changes. Now it's worthless because I'd have to enter everything all over again before I can keep copying my months moving forward. *Removed part of review to reply to RS: The "Reset Budget" feature doesn't work properly and if you have to explain a feature in a review it's a poorly designed feature.

Update: Ramsey has not been able to restore connectivity to my bank and refuses to cancel my membership and issue a refund for the months that are remaining in my 1 year subscription. It would be a great app if the bank connectivity worked. I have to contact support constantly to reconnect my account and now they're not replying in the 24-48 hours as stated when submitting a help request. They also keep adding more steps before you can actually reach a person for help.

I've been using this app for several years and am a big fan however, in the last month or so it's been extremely buggy, I'm not able to click through and select things, the full dollar amounts are cutoff on the screen. Not sure what's going on, but some definite issues that are making daily use a pain all of a sudden.

I love this app. It is very intuitive and easy to use. However, it would be nice if I could set up my budget for multiple months and that the funds would update automatically for successive months if I spent/added to it in a previous month. Example: set up my budget for April and May but then spend out of a fund in April, then it automatically updates the anticipated balance for May.

Why all the sudden can I no longer access past months budgets or create a budget for next month? Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, now it just crashes every time I try to open it. The Chromebook version won't let me scroll to the bottom of my budgets. Still the best budgeting app, when it works. And for me no need for premium.

Let me start with how much I love this app. I've used it for 3 years with no problems. 2 weeks ago, transactions from my bank stopped coming in. I tried all of the troubleshooting recommended with no change. I reached out to support with no response for days. Do I try for a refund before uninstalling? I'm not sure what to do next. UPDATE: It's fixed! I can't find an email except the automated ones. But it's ok, transactions are coming in now! Thank you so much! Definitely a 5 star app.

I like the app a lot, and it's been helping me keep track of my spending, even with just the free version. However, since the update, everything is cut short on the right side of my screen. The last number or letter is missing, as if it's just too wide for my phone. I see "remainin" and "10.0" instead of "remaining" or "10.00." It's a little annoying.

Love the app and couldn't budget without it. BUT It's either down or doesn't sync my transactions very very often. I try to do my budget on my lunch break. I typically can't due to technical issues with the app (and even if I try to do it on the website) at least a couple times a week. So then I fall behind in keeping up with my budget. I have the paid version so they really need to do better with the technology issues.

I expected better from Ramsey Solutions. The app does not sync with my banks on a regular basis. At random times, i will have new transactions, but always randomly and only some of the transactions. There is no button or option to refresh or sync. I also connected my CC in the upgraded version and they do not show up. There is no support link through the app. It has been difficult to navigate and seems very limited for the price paid. Very disappointed.

The app no longer opens after the recent update. I have deleted the app cache, delete app files, uninstalled the app to reinstall it, rebooted my phone, tired Cellular and Wi-Fi. Nothing will helps. Each time I open the app, it displays the logo splash screen and then ask if it should wait or close the app. Useless now. There is not a mobile web version. So to use the service, have to be near a computer, login to the computer, login to the website all just to do a simple task.

Too many glitches. It seems it's always something, but today it's the month and year tab where you can check on one month to the other. It won't open so that I can work on June's buget. The other issue today is the right side of my screen. For instance.....let's say you budget 20.95 for an expense. It'll show $20.9 Please fix it!

Dropping my rating on the app until the bugs are fixed. Since a couple of updates ago, I can no longer view any budget other than the current month. Touching the month at the top does nothing whereas it used to bring up the different months. This makes it impossible to budget in advance. Also, I am having the same cutting off the screen that everyone else is reporting too. I have a Pixel 7.

It's practical, easy to use. Gets to the point and a very simple basic way to do a quick budget without spending hours a week on it. Since June 4th 2024 that app has not worked. It will not open. The desktop version works but I cannot access the web version from the phone. Huge! Pain! Please stop fiddling with it. It worked flawlessly and it now worthless

It used to be good. Now, it won't let you use the monthly drop-down box to review the previous budgets or plan ahead for the next one. It is literally only a budget template and tracker at this point. I was hoping the bugs would be fixed by June but here we are... Looks like I will need to find a new app since this one is currently like starting from scratch each month.

This is overall an ok app for tracking spending. But I just now got a pop up saying I'd have to re-log in and now I'm just stuck on the loading screen. I cleared all cache and data and still have the same problem. My wife (iOS) and I (Android) are both experiencing the same thing. This app used to be better but now has lots of syncing issues along with weird breaking issues like this one. Sad to say there don't seem to be many free alternatives out there. Also stop asking me to go Premium!

I really love this app & it helps me so much that I can actually justify paying for the premium verison. However, I really wish it was more user-friendly. Tracking when money goes into funds and account transfers... it's kind of a mess. The app glitches, tooand I have to close it a lot. I also wish I could track pending transactions where they're going to go. Setting up the next month is also a pain in the butt! I'm constantly having to redo it and start over. Super annoying and time consuming.

Latest update fixed the problem! I use this app all the time. (I loved this app for years, then it just stopped working about a week ago. The web version still works on my laptop, but the phone app won't even open. It won't open on my spouse's phone, either. đ One of the best features was being able to sync with my spouse, and that's gone.)

It was the best budgeting app for a year and a half straight. Helped me get out of debt and motivate others to do the same. Unfortunately for nearly 2 months, the ability to change months to forcast a budget has been unavailable, but the UI arrow to press still exists without any actual function. I must move to a new app to budget and forecast accurately. Best of luck in everyone's debt free journey!
