מאוד מאכזב שאין הסטוריית טעינה כמו באפליקציות אחרות

מעולה. תוקן השליטה דרך 4G לפעמים העמדה לא מטעינה כלל אם הכבל חובר לרכב MG יותר ממספר דקות לפני הטעינה או שיש טיימר להתחלת טעינה בלילה. בנוסף מאבד תקשורת הרבה פעמים ויש לאפס את האפ' באנדרואיד כדי לשנות פרמטר.

האפליקציה לא מצליחה להתחבר לעמדה חצי מהזמן, אז אי אפשר לטעון את הרכב. בושה וחרפה.

Authentication all the time failed, charger information show wrong numbers, wifi disconnected!!!

Very bad communication with the charging station. Many time the app stuck on trying to get historu. Needs much improvement and should work on cellular as well.

Full of bugs! Feels like a beta version. Lots of errors on the charger side as well as very slow updates on the app

dont buy this product. bad support, for 5 months going back and forth with support, limited charging stopped working. They don't care to help customers.

If you came to this page because you have their charged I recommend you forget about it and go to different provider. The charger has so many problems also the app and there is no customer service or technical support.

Useful, the only that need fixing is the connection protocol switch - when I start the app near the charger it connect vie Bluetooth. If I then get into my apartment (far from the charger) and open the app, it isn't connected automatically via WiFi, I need to close the app and reopen it
