Hate the new seller app!! Bring back the old version, pretty pretty please??? Less user friendly, doesn't always give me my notifications, won't accept multiple photos for no reason, and drop down lists are different with some items missing. I now have to go back and forth from my phone to my computer and it takes longer to post one item. Not all stores sell multiples!

Prefer the old Etsy Seller app. This one is less intuitive, have to click too many things to get to where you want to go, & the design is simply boring. So somehow it's both boring & overly complicated at the same time. Almost as if computer programmer types & biz exec types designed an app for artistic creative types w/o actually getting any of our input. Hmm...suspicious...could it be?🤨🤔 Etsy has gone downhill ever since it was incorporated/made public because execs are trying for Amazon 2.0

Why were we forced to integrate on a new app which is inferior to the old app? A few tasks say to "use your computer" to edit (I use my phone for Etsy, I don't have a computer at the moment) ...I frequently renew my listings, yet the renew option is unavailable (only available for expired or sold listings). There are other inconveniences I don't want to waste energy to write. The layout looks nice but, too many nonfunctional parts. Please at least give us the option of using the old app.

Unable to send customers photos through the app. Have done multiple installs and no change. Update: photo sending was fixed. However I'm not longer able to use the app. It wouldn't update so I un-installed it and attempted to reinstall it and im now unable to even install the app. If you're trying to update and it won't let you don't uninstall it. If you do you won't be able to use it

How long has this app been out and there's still SO MANY BUGS??? Beyond frustrating trying to create a listing. My shop sections don't show up, only "create your first section" button. If I use another app real quick and come back, the screen goes black and all my progress on the listing is gone and I have to start all over!! The app is extremely limited and what you CAN do is so finicky because of bugs! FIX IT ETSY!

Not a fan of the new changes. I was able to create some listings the other day, but now when I choose start from scratch I cannot make a listing. It shows me categories I've previously used but if I want somethong other than that, women's shorts for example, it says it can't find that category. Pretty irritating since I prefer making new listings from my phone. This is a big reason why I barely add new listings to Etsy these days. Never worth the hassle.

Cannot reorganize photos, fights other photos, lags. Have to upload on phone, reorganize on computer. Can't reorganize photos online until you fill out every part of the listing with your phone (drafts don't save otherwise) typing on computer is more efficient. Can't pick store category, disappears on phone, have to teeter computer, phone, computer, phone. What's missing on the app, another is missing online, visa versa. Takes 6 teeters to make a complete post. BROKEN FOR YEARS. FIX. IT.

Finally, a truly good app for listing products us in ng my phone! So much more convenient. I absolutely hated the earlier version, and after 13 years as a seller almost stopped using etsy! What has changed? For one thing, this one saves a draft, so I can come back later. The earlier version would often just disappear, no drafts! So so frustrating to do all the work to set up and do all the copywriting for a page, then the slightest misstep would make it disappear. Thank you! Im back!

This is my first time installing an Etsy seller app. It will not install. I've tried everything recommended to fix the problem and still won't install. I have the latest version of Android and plenty of storage. As a new seller this is very discouraging. Can Etsy help with this? Oh, I've never had a problem with installing any other app.

App said it needed to be updated. Tried to update it and it said it couldn't. Un-installed the app as recommended. Now it says it can't install at all. How am I supposed to run my business without a working app?! Update: After doing a search on my phone, I found an older version of the seller app that was in deep sleep mode. Once I uninstalled that app, I was able to install this one. It shouldn't have been this difficult!

Is it possible to make an option button by each listing giving us the option whether or not we want to have a particular item off-site (Promoted)? Ebay does this (sorry) and its a nice addition! The off-site fees are astronomical. They are more than the other 'normal' fees. We have to have our shipping price or item price high just to offset that fee. It possibly wouldn't be so bad if that fee would be a lot lower and it's either we're promoting or not. This would be a welcome change.

The new linear path for creating new listings is an incredibly dumb change. What if I want to type everything up and then add my photos/video last because I want everything queued up and ready for when I can finally get around to snapping some pics? But nooo, you don't get to do it in the order that makes sense for you, the user, you have to be forced down one single path and add things in the dictated order because apparently we're too dumb to use the tool as it was previously.

App won't update. Cleared cache and cookies, restarted phone... none of it works. I won't uninstall/reinstall because others have said they haven't been able to reinstall it. As usual, getting a live Etsy rep is impossible. I honestly don't know how the hell this company stays in business with its lack of customer attention. Edited to include: My phone system is updated and current. No problem with any other app. There is an issue with the app and it simply will not update. It's an app issue.

Was unable to update app regardless of clearing cache, restarting phone, double checking storage and phone compatibility. However, after deleting app or so I thought I scrolled thru all my apps and there was the old version on another page. So un-installed as recommended and voila updated version installed no problem. What a relief as that's how I upload pics to my shop.

*update back to 3 stars. I un-installed ANYTHING that said Etsy, not just this app. Then reinstalled this version and it works now. Hopefully, editing listing options editing gets added in the future. Once it does- 5 stars. *below is my original review. Good basics, but editing a listing is horrible. Listings options can't be rearranged or alphabetized. If you need to fix a typo, you have to delete it instead of editing.

I was unable to install the recent update, so I uninstalled the app and now I can't reinstall it! I've tried every recommended fix. So frustrating. Update 1 The link they gave me allowed me to talk to an Etsy support person! Bad news is they can't figure it out and have escalated it to the engineering team. Update 2 I never received a call/email back. However, I was able to download the app. I found the original (old) Etsy app still on my phone and deleted it. Or it was the engineering fairies

*update* was able to finally update and re-download the app! Thank you. Cannot update/reinstall the app. Everything on my phone is up to date, tried all troubleshooting options. Cleared cache and cooked. Finally tried uninstalling and now it won't re-install. Spoke with Google and nothing is wrong with my phone. It's the app. It downloads, but won't install or update. Please fix this bug!
