I have one star bec after last update app becomed bad all is charging slow and the worst what happened is that the virtual portofolio can't be accessed anymore as was helping me to to better choices for investment, after swapping t screen on t phone the app becomes foggy and will take some time to refresh sometimes need to restart app Please fix those problems and reintroduce t virtual portofolio...after I will give more stars...

I tried to do the onboarding process and they basically softlocked me out of doing anything because I happened to fatfinger one part of my information and couldn't go back to edit it. When I tried to close my account, the app used tricky UI to prevent me from proceeding with closing my account. I'm just moving on to another trading app.

It is difficult to understand if there are glitches or worse but, sadly, app is somehow slow to react. Recent development: loading the 'recently invested' list makes 50% of the time freeze the app and it must he reloaded. Frustrating, at this point one may actually think to move to other platforms.

I like the app. And I see you have intergrated it with trading view charts. But it still lacks the full trading view features. Please put these on. Especially drawing trend lines and simple rectangle boxes. Since recent updates the app freezes, takes ages to load and open. Says I have no connection when I want to buy or sell when I know there is good connection. Still lacking loads of features that trading view offers. The price alerts do not work at all. Delays in opening and closing trades.

Basic complaints for a poorly made app: Slow to load and unresponsive. Randomly signs you out. Doesn't remember login details. Poor UI design. Egregious failure for trading platform: Literally shows incorrect chart data. Changing focus (not closing app) causes it to show random data when regaining focus. Trade actions create a pop up that blocks the entire menu row, blocking all trading until it goes away. I've literally lost money due to these issues. Stay well away.

Set two short orders, one at limit another at market. After 30 minutes, neither were filled for no discernable reason (market was open and price was above the limit I set). But neither order is able to be cancelled either, so I am locked out of my money without being able to do anything. Tried to open a ticket with support, it didn't work. Trying to submit the ticket doesn't work. Tried to open a chat with their support bot/agent, the chat closes after one second. Dreadful customer support.

Great platform, only thing could be improved is aditional analytical reports and filtering, or different type of account statements like csv, instead of only pdf. Edit: Amazing, 2 months later they added option for xlsx, though it seems to have size limit, so if you need larger statement it still prepares .pdf

this whole service is absolute b/s. speaking from Germany, hence subject to objective regulations, which might be not the entire fault of the service, but my experience suggests the opposite. They wellcome bringing up funds, but when it comes to withdrawal, start to freak out, asking for tones of personal information. The app shows tones of junk, but the useful information is hard to find. Now that I finally managed to withdraw my crypto, the history of transactions seems to be voided. thanks.

Was initially fine, but just wondering if anyone else over the last few weeks have been loading up their app, and noticing that absolutely nothing in the portfolio or charts is moving. It's like all markets have stopped (and they haven't, I only invest in crypto). This also happens on my desktop, and my partner also experiences the same with his app on iPhone. It's frustrating, this is real money investing, and when you can't see real time movement - I don't think that is quite acceptable!

It's a great exchange for cryptos but these maintenance updates especially are annoying to deal with. Can't see how it takes so long for a "maintenance" update when other platforms are extremely faster and don't drag as long as etoro. Only gripe is the maintenance but really love how the platform is set up compared to others. Just wish they added compatibility for other coins with etoro wallet and now etoro money I guess.

I have been using the trading platform for 3 years. The first year it was great, but with the time the quality of the service went downhill pretty fast. Customer support is one of the worst, it takes weeks sometimes even months to resolve an issue. The platform is crushing pretty often and they close the market whenever is convient for them. I don't know any other platform that is down for more than 10 hours where you can't login and you don't have account your capital.

Update; I will never deposit another cent into ETORO, even after the 60 day waiting period, I was eligible to transfer to my wallet, not. Had an additional 30 day waiting period added. Plus a 2nd list of hoops to jump through. It just not worth the headache when there are so many more reliable and friendly trading apps available. It's seriously easier to withdraw from KuKoin and other advanced sites than ETORO.

0/5 Very poor experience. They wont let me verify at all! I've sent several clear pictures of my valid state identification card plus various bills and statements, I contacted customer support several times and they were no help what so ever (they just kept saying to send more pictures, which I did). There is better exchange apps with lower fees, more helpful customer service, easier/smoother verification processes and over all just less headaches. This app is one to skip! Look elsewhere! #eToro

Super easy to use. Trailing stop loss is a really neat feature I wish Binance.US had too. Etoro wallet isn't integrated very well though. Once you put crypto in your wallet, it's no longer available for trading on the platform. Seems odd. Other than that I really like eToro. App works as well as the desktop site. Nicely done. Edit: I'm aware of the difference between a wallet and investment app but if you're going to put the eToro name on both then I'd expect them to work together better.

It's very frustrating to get verified. It doesn't tell you everything you need to do from the get go, you get emails later on with more steps, and then you keep getting emails telling you that you still need to do things you've already done. I assume once you can actually use it it's fabulous. But from what l've seen, the graphs are far less user friendly and intuitive than say Coinbase graphs, more "professional trader" like though, if you're experienced and into that.

I have made a lot of money using this app and especially copying really smart investors. So it's been a good experience. There is a learning curve but it's not as severe as some exchanges where it's almost expected that you are advanced enough to navigate the confusion. But this was more user friendly. Be careful for stop losses when copying. You could lose money by having the copy stop if the market drops even if it was your intention of HODL

UI is awful. The copy trade feature is cool. But literally trying to figure out how to use this is a wreck. Accidentally bought double because what was happening isnt clear. I tried the website also, which at least the sidebar stays open... but took me like 5 minutes to realize I have to scroll down to find the place trade button. Get your coding team on making some user friendly improvements. It's a good concept. But needs more thoughtful design.

The fine print really kills you. I chose eToro after doing what I thought was extensive research on the fees various platforms charge for trading crypto, but which (unlike Robinhood) also give you access to that crypto (ie you can transfer to another wallet). What I read was that there was a flat rate fee for withdrawing crypto, for example you pay 0.0005 BTC for each BTC transfer to the eToro wallet. I figured with the amount I was investing, a flat rate fee was a great deal. Trouble is (and this wasn't made clear), every single purchase you make must be transferred *separately*. So if you're trying to dollar cost average with a hundred dollars a day, similar to what I was doing, you may end up paying 15% of your total assets just in fees to transfer to a wallet (not to mention that some purchases aren't allowed to be transferred, for being too small -- which I also didn't know about, or the additional fee you pay for transferring out of the wallet, or the fact that you need to use the eToro wallet app do any of this which is extremely buggy and often can't even load the login screen) even if the "flat rate fee" is a small fraction of 1 percent of the amount you're trying to transfer. If you don't ever intend to transfer to a wallet, nothing I found while using the app suggests eToro is anything other than a great choice of platforms with low fees. But I don't know what other hidden fees there are that I don't know about. They really need to make things more clear to avoid such costly surprises.

They don't support many browsers and the servers crash often. The software is easy to use; "Buy" when you want to open a trade and it's easy to close a trade when you want to, as long as the servers haven't crashed. Each trade starts you off around 2% in the negative - this is how etoro makes money, but it makes opening multiple trades with multiple currencies undesirable. This is a fine option if you want to open a trade and leave it alone for long periods of time (1 or more weeks).
