Love the interface. Very easy to use platform, trading is straightforward and easy to execute. Options chains are easy to access and view.

There are way better apps out there. Very problematic when you cant cancel a pending transaction or modify. Then when you do sell it does not allow access to?funds.

This app just keeps telling me, "Great, we're verifying your details." Even when I try to trade options on the app and it's been saying that for months, since at least August. How long does it take to verify? sheeez!!

Amen, Jared Lambert! That's good advice...though prior to running acrossed these dime a dozen apps, I had mistakenly assumed that it was common sense, & that 99.9% of new Investors, especially in Options, would make damn certain they knew the fundamentals and some level of strategic analysis. But, in this connected world today, there's always someone willing to take money from the naive. P.S. my **** rating is for Jared Lamberts comment, NOT the App! LEARN BEFORE YOU INVEST! USE A PRACTICE APP!!

Everything loads so slow... Not a fan of the screen to buy options, I rather see a list of different options and their price instead of one strike at a time. Also, can you not add friends in this app? I thought that was the point.

This app is undercooked. Probably needs to go through more QA before it hits the market. I wasn't able to open an account despite filling up everything in the app, and the email follow up kept spiraling with demands for new information. Fix this before hitting the app store.

Asks for all your personal info including ssn, without even allowing you to view the app. I don't know the reputation of this company, but at least allow users to get a feel for the app before they give you all their info. I stopped at the signup because I don't have any idea what their security level is, and I'm not giving my data away before I even get a chance to try out the app.

Hey hey, I'm on the list! No indication that I was signing up for a waiting list of course. All info suggesting we're up and running. But hey, I guess that's just a tricky thing developers are doing these days to score users without putting out an actual product. Well here's the rating shenanigans gets you.

Garbage UI and HORRIBLE "glitches". It currently will not update the book of options contract prices at all. Stock price updated every few seconds, but price on the contracts is frozen, and only market sells will go thru. App restricts your limit buys/sells to a few bucks over/under market, which when it won't show actual market cost, means you can't buy or sell. Someone please class action these thieves.

Honestly it's a really good app ,it just Needs a performance chart ,to track how you're doing.A more in-depth chart for stocks as well and this could be something close to robinhood if not better.also there should be a tab for a watch list .

Love the entire experience. Only critique as of now is a dark mode is NEEDED. The awesome pink/peach color would look amazing with a black mode. Also, I would love to see a debit card liked to my inventing account! The card design would be so cool coming from you guys! Maybe black with your raised, glossy logo in pink in the center, with the info printed on the back! Keep up the stunning work!

New experience. New to stock trading in general but the time to set up my account. Was splendid and knowing now that there on support system is rapid. Email on the fly. The process adding money to my gatsby account is average 2 days for buying power. But the mechanics of this app is quick and large listing of stocks.

This app is garbage, do not use. As long as you are loosing money their good with it but soon as you start making profits they want to say your deposit didn't clear, and I have proof the money cleared bc I took pictures the 2nd time around just in case it happened again...good thing I did bc they tried it again. Robinhood is so much more trustworthy and customer support is better too.

Samsung note 8. Wasn't able to sign up, I filled out the form twice, then it asked for my fingerprint scanner and quit the program. The second time around I skipped the fingerprint and did a PIN and it failed as well. No account created, from my knowledge, will not be inputting sensitive information again. If an account exist, please delete and erase my information.

A great app that is simple and effective for trading options! I'm new to options trading and was a bit scared about trying it out. This app is so helpful in helping you to understand your risk potential and where your true break-even is. Just a great app and service to use for trading options!

Amazing app and easy to use. More like public though, but with options. Very cool and simple U.I. -- The issue i was having accessing my dashboard portfolio is now fixed the issue was I was saving too many drafts for auction place and sort of overloaded the data my account could handle but they have increased the maximum throughput now and fix the entire issue and the same day so amazing team here very proud of them very helpful!! :D

Like to lose $? Try this app! Give credit where due.. yes it's free , 3 more day trades for small accounts yes you can make money BUT!! BE VERY CAUTIOUS. If you have no experience with options and don't know bid, ask and mark of the current price. This app isn't for you, they do not give appropriate prices nor do they allow a specific entry of what you want to sell or buy at. the monotonous scrolling for strike, dates and price cost you time and MONEY!! you have to use RH for option chain price

Don't trust them. There is an issue with the app, it said "contact support" which I did and a month later and 2 reminders, I still haven't heard a single thing. That is unprofessional and untrustworthy for a financial organisation.

Not a very good app the interface is very good as far a purchasing and helps uninformed people purchase options with a great understanding. BUT this app has 1 major flaw... It is impossible to exercise your stock options which means you have to try to resale on the market instead of just cashing them out at their actual value which causes you to loose tens of thousands of dollars on each sale... ETORO PLEASE FIX THIS OR FIND A SOLUTION!!!!
