GFY ESPN/Disney... Lacking more and more features every year. It is becoming harder to manage my football, baseball, and hockey teams due to the lack of ability to view crucial stats needed to make lineup decisions. Everything is watered down to look nice while lacking the features that make fantasy management fun and robust. It also doesn't respond frequently, forcing me to close out the app and restart. This happens during basic use of the app.

App has been slow and twitchy so far this year :-/ Also, very bummer I can't sort our roto standings by stat. AND, the stat headings in roto standings aren't "sticky", so if I'm lower in the standings, by the time I scroll to me, I can't see the column headings for each stat. Also: Please add more/all league manager tools in the app -- don't brag all over the place about being "mobile first" if you don't offer most/all league manager tools in the app. Thanks!

I wish this ap would show overall records and trophies won for everyone to see in public leagues. I liked your website before you changed the format a few years ago. I couldn't go ten minutes without checking the old website. I haven't visited there in months. I use Bleecher report for news (every ten minutes still) and Yahoo and fleaflicker for fantasy now. ESPN's app isn't keeping up with features. ESPN was the gold standard for so long, I hope to see them back on top of the fantasy apps soon.

There are stability/performance problems in the current version of this app that make it completely unusable. The app is often very sluggish. Frequently the app freezes or crashes, kicking you out of the menu you are in or crashing the app entirely. Clearing the app data or uninstalling and reinstalling don't fix the problems I'm having. Many others are having the same issues. Very disappointing. This was not always the case.

I have used this app for many years, and have downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. While I like the player info and the VERY FEW free non-Insider articles, the app is extremely glitchy. It also lacks many customizable options for league scoring, especially in D/ST. I also can't randomize team schedules between seasons. In addition to the above items, I dislike seeing more "Insider" articles than free ones because I will never pay for ESPN Insider access when there is so much free content elsewhere.

I can't even log in, showing that there is not a functioning connection to the internet. There is! Looked up support and found a few things to try and troubleshoot, none of which worked. I run my league and have a draft in 2 days, emailed support with no response. Everything is fine if I log on through a browser, app is just trash.

I rated this with 1 star a while back. Now that I've given it some time to see how well the app works I have decided 1 star was just too generous. Unfortunately, you can't give a rating of zero or in this case below zero. Thus it remains a 1 star for me. Stop with the pop up ads, do something about the crashes, make the menu a little more intuitive, and if you guys at ESPN ever decide to go back to the Fantasy Football app individually without the other fantasy sports that would be great.

The ESPN fantasy app has gone downhill drastically in the last couple of years. The ads and random IBM Watson sponsored content have taken over pages and menus to the point that it's hard to find the real content. Couple this with the absurd video/news stream, where watching a 30-second video requires first watching a 30-second ad, and you have an app that is a pain to navigate. Starting this year, it also crashes randomly at some point just about every time I open it. My league will be moving.

For actual Fantasy Football, its just OK. If you plan on using this app for research and play the short video clips, this is where the app lose stars. All the video clips start with a commercial and they play "beautifully" Afterwards, the sports clip plays and it "buffers & skips" horribly. They push all the bandwidth to the commercial and strangle the video....that's not good.

The worst app to draft on. We do an in person and live draft for those that have moved out of state and can't make it. It was supposed to be a snake draft but it was backwards in every way possible. We have all voted on switching apps AGAIN after this. Do yourselves a favor and download Sleeper for fantasy football drafts. better in every single way.

Every time there is a game on, the app crashes and will not open. I ha e to uninstall and reinstall the app every time this occurs or wait until after every game has finished for the day. I have a galaxy s9, so the phone is not out of date and should be supported. I have multiple fantasy leagues, and none of the other apps have any difficulty functioning and most are actually easier to use. This is the first time I've ever taken the time to post a bad review since I know how much people read into them, bit my frustration is at such a level with this app, I want to throw my phone every game day. Choose a different fantasy platform.

*Update* it is a good app, but if you're the league manager/commissioner you only have a few things available to you on the app itself. Everything else requires you to go to the actual website. That kind defeats the purpose of the app if I still have to use my computer to do things.... Great app. Much improved over last year's version. You can actually draft from your phone using this app!

It's a pretty decent app. The best part is you can play fantasy teams in any sport. However there are some big issues. For 1 the way they do the points is different from other apps like NFL fantasy. And the most annoying bug which is why I only give it 4 stars is the edit logo does not work. No matter what you click on it's all the same logo. Please fix asap. Thanks! But overall if you want a fantasy app for Like soccer or baseball this is the app to use.

Sorry ESPN has gone from the top to the bottom as a fantasy site. They needed to add the ability to trade draft picks in basketball & never did. The app was the weakest feature, but after changes to the ESPN Fantasy Basketball, the app is now by accident the best feature. Our history, trophies, active stats, LM powers, etc. have been removed. Position of players aren't consistent throughtout ESPN. Request for improvements have been met by requests to have patience. Time is up. Time to move.

Incredibly buggy. Every single time I access it to view my pick-em league, it forces me to sign back in and half the time that doesn't even work. If I am in and have my list of picks up then exit the app and come back in, it says "refreshing data" and never loads in until I back out and re-click my picks. It's also very hard to figure out how to submit a ticket for support or get someone to help resolve this issue.

The ad experience kinda kills it most of the time. It doesn't make sense to force me to watch a 30 second ad for a 20 to 25 second video clip for my players. It should be a banked system where a 30 second ad would mean 4 videos with an ad for example. Also not a fan of the available players list. It was much more convient to see all the players positions at a glance instead of cycling through filters.

This fantasy football season I can't go 5 minutes using the app without it giving me an error message saying, "An unexpected error has occurred" and force closing. It has been very frustrating when trying to decide who to start/pick up off waivers this season. I can't research the players like I want to because I feel like I'm on a race against the clock before the app force closes on me again. Galaxy S20+

The app will not play any videos past the first few seconds but it definitely plays the advertisements all the way through. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app two times but it still won't play the videos past three seconds. This is very unfortunate seeing that I'm in the finals of my FFL tournament and would greatly benefit from seeing the entire videos. Please fix this bug quickly! Thanks.

Great to have all of the fantasy sports and then some available in one app! The UI and layout of links and other "tappable" items can be frustrating as I'm constantly taken to the wrong page due to mis-taps. Some better spacing and bigger text could help. I could also do without all of the "expert" opinions trying to tell you who to start each week (as they're often times very wrong), but can chalk that up to the overall embarrassing direction E!SPN (or TMZSPN) has gone over the last 15 years.

Normally it's great, however now I open the app and its just a blank screen. Really starting to get a little upset with the app. It's getting to the point that most of the time it's just showing me a blank screen. ESPN has dialed back their fantasy product in favor of advertisements. I've started exploring Yahoo and fantrax now. At least when I open one of those apps, it actually opens. It's getting so bad that I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it to see my teams.
