This company is a SCAM !!!!!! they steal your luggage money !!!! Before purchasing a ticket i picked the more expensive one which includes a checked luggage. then once I paid, they gave me a ticket without luggage. I worked with their AI system for help, gave my booking code and their system says my reservation included luggage but their customer service says "your ticket shows no luggage" and they dont bother listening. that's how they steal extra money. this should be reported to the ECC

Horrible service. Liars and thieves. A return connecting flight booked trough them was cancelled weeks beforehand. They took the refund money from the airline company and didn't bother to inform me of the cancellation. I discovered that the flight was cancelled 5 hours before departure and only because I called them since I was unable to get the boarding pass. Because of this I had to buy last minute tickets to get home. They never returned my money and lied about what happened.

I was expecting more I was using the Web version which keep advertising to go to the app version that this would result in an enhanced experience. I download the app and it is not possible to check flights+accommodation like in the Web page... So I end up using the Web rather than the app. In addition payment option on the frequently asked question they give you the information that it is possible to pay not only by credit card but after confirming with support. It is not possible after all.

Deceptive app and awful support. I searched for flights online and eSky came up first. The URL had the airline’s name, so I thought I was booking directly. I paid more thinking baggage was included, but it wasn’t. Their “All Risk” insurance is misleading and doesn’t cover cases like being tricked — even with proof. Support was nearly impossible to reach and refused to help. Later, I found a cheaper, better offer on the airline’s own site. this app misleads users. Avoid it and book directly.

Another 3 weeks had past and I got to 6 weeks now since my flight was cancelled and still no refund, wizzair confirmed that they sent money for esky 20 days ago, they just don't want to pay, so if you want to pay for a ticket and never see your money back or wait probably a year then this is the perfect agency to do so and btw they don't have a phone number for customer service :))) and they answering a simple email in 30 days... an absolute joke, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!!

Horrible. Please don't use them, they should be taken out of business. They say they send the flight confirmation after 48h; they don't. They say they have a chat facility to get in touch with them; they don't. We call a million times; they always hang up. We fill the request form to get contacted back; they can take up to 30 days! HOW CAN A FLIGHT COMPANY TAKE 30 DAYS TO REPLY! Don't fall for these charlatans, I had to download this app just so I can write a bad review, sadly cannot give 0.

Nope. Never again. We got one price for the tickets. 100e more was charged without any notification of additional costs. When we wanted to cancel, we were told that cancellation would be charged 100e. We came to them because they were cheaper than another agency, in the end we paid more than the agency we rejected. Replay: yes, terms and cond. little letters. You should put that in the offer with tickets to be seen. And on the bill doesnt say fee for,it says..agent fee bla bla. Legal scam

Not review of the app, but a review of this company that is completely useless and I don't recommend anyone to use it, since if you for some reason have your flight cancelled, eSky will make you wait for months ( me personally - 11 months ) just to say that they can't apply for a refund on my behalf. After multiple emails and even a phone call, it took them 11 months to say that they can't apply for my refund, even tho everything was booked using their app ans for that they got their fee.

DON'T USE! The phone number what they provide is not working. On weekends they don't provide customer support at all. Their booking reference is not recognized by Ryanair which makes the booking update difficult (impossible). They also do the checkin much earlier than necessary (24h), so you won't be able to update your booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had a terrible experience with eSky. I will recommend you to avoid them whenever possible. 5 hours before my flight and I didn't have my boarding pass, even after trying to call then and emailing multiple times. No valid contact number. Wrong information provided regarding luggage. The app is not user friendly and the personnel seems quite incompetent. All in all, a waste of money and time. Be aware that their branding can be deceitful.

Bought additional package to change flights and have extra baggage, which was not given. No way to cancel flight after they clearly mislead us and noone answers emails or phone calls no matter how much we try. I watched TV shows while waiting! Never using them again! You don't save money after all the stuff you have to pay for all these things you don't even get. It was actually more expensive, better off going through the airline directly.

I used pre-saved passenger when buying the flight, for whatever reason there is some non-existing person on my ticket not the person I selected. I can only cancel the fly losing money and buy again... edit: after creating a complaint ticket and some calls, the whole fly price was refunded. thanks 👍

The company's support is simply not responding. I have not received an invoice or any other document confirming my payment two weeks after I bought a ticket. I used the contact form to request one, but no reply. I filed a complaint about it, but no reply. I doubt I am pretty sure next time I will buy my ticket directly from the airline!

Booked several flights (continental & overseas) & hotels via the app and at no time was I disappointed. The only issue I had twice was when i confirmed with the relevant airline's website, booking codes didn't match. This hitch was quickly solved via eSky's customer service via email. It helps to read the small print!!

Not recommended, I'm a traveler and the prices for the same flights are way cheaper on the other apps. Uninstall I will not use it. I forgot to mention the poor user interface it's like looking for flight on WORD or POWERPOINT.

wizzair cancelled my flight to Budapest, it took 2 mths to get refund and they didn't even refund me the full amount I paid plus my new flight is showing on the app but my flight back from Budapest is not showing unless I check through view my booking in the email they sent. never again.

Scammers, they steal your money. They dont follow airline policy on refunds, and refuse to provide any explanation besides their "policies". Avoid at all cost. update after company response: Only option that was offered to me was a partial refund, even though the airline provides full refunds within 23 hours. The employee was very pushy and kept telling me that if I dont accept this partial refund soon I might get nothing. I accepted their offer since I wanted to get some of my money back.

Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I feel like I have been scammed. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact. It is now nearly impossible to make changes to my booking unless I pay a $500 change fee. Do not use this organization, you will regret it.
