Don't put money into the crypto wallet. I did and when I try to spend it the app says payment failed. No response on live chat when I queried it. Also, eSIM won't connect to the Vodafone UK network.

Bought for Cambodia (Siem Reap). Hardly ever works. My daughter bought from anysims and hers works so I suggest you try them or another. I'm not sure about other countries, but BNE is a waste of money for use in Siem Reap and the temple region.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this app.I have been robbed.I purchased 10gb on January 19 then I purchased 20GB on January20 in total 30GB.The app only showed I was using 10gb I've been contacting support many times they informed me that the issue would be escalated within 24hrs it's now48 noone from support has responded. I've provided screenshots of my transaction and also of the data within the app no one is responding even though it shows that they're online. BE AWARE DONT USE THIS APP!!

Disfunctional mess. Youre being forced to install this app to install an esim. Then you end up in a whirlpool of disfunctional computersystems and poorly programmed applications and websites. Stay far away from this mess, even deleting your account does not function. Absolutely not a great service provider.

They offered 7 euro discount for a friend, and after I added some they change it to 2 eur equivalent of their crypto. Scumbags

Easy to use app. Expensive plans. Cheaper to get a UK SIM for Europe. I logged in to delete account, but got a message "password mismatch" using a password manager - dodgy. Poor support in Australia with claims of 24/7 support.

Absolute nightmare using this. It will show your location in a different country every time you log into it so good luck getting a work provider to give you access to work email. They don't particularly want to allow you to access a network in Bulgaria when you tell them you are in London. So disappointed, should have paid more for a competitors service.

this company doesn't deserve any stars for not letting potential customers know that e sims only work on Samsung or iphones. They let me spend all that money without a warning. Nowhere in their promotion does it say that if you have any other phone it will not work. Definitely not to be recommended.
