I'm basic user of esewa. And also it's easy to transfer fund from one to another but it always lack at that time when we need to pay at most urgent time always feel embarrassed when I buy a lot of things and at that time esewa isn't working. And also so much lack ,bugs, issues and we need to login multiple time. WHY? Why doesn't it run smoothly as we want. What is the use of it if it doesn't work when we need. I request to esewa that as soon as fast this bugs need to be fixed.

It is quite good app for quick and safe transaction. But I get tired to log in multiple times as app shows that session expired. But overall, it is very easy to use compared to other apps.

It used to be a good app but now it's just getting annoying. I have to login everytime i open the app. Idk why am i getting logged out ofy phone? Once i accidentally sent money in the wrong number and i immediately called esewa customer care for my refund but they never helped which is sad. I urge people to be a lot careful doing transaction you never know what's going to happen to your money. Thank you.

Now a days it works so slow , sometimes it shows n works all of functions when I need it doesn't works properly so it makes me irritated Few days ago I load collateral to broker account but it shows ambiguous . Then I informed esewa . till today they didn't solve my problem. Now a days esewa became worse. If these types of issues happen then esewa will lose their image.

Poorest Costumer Service in Nepal to the biggest name of Mobile Wallet. I am not recommended you to fall in its trap, I am leaving Eee sewa soon. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the largest wallet and payment services provider in Nepal. Unfortunately, I have to give it a zero-star rating because of the numerous issues I encountered. First and foremost, the app is incredibly unreliable. Worst app! I have tried to reset my MPIN multiple (more than six) times, but each time it says expired otp, despite the fact that I tried immediately. And It has not been recovered. Furthermore, each otp costs money. Only for business, no sewa (no services) at all.

To be honest, I had a very bad experience with ESEWA. First, the app doesn't work properly. Literally, it really increases the stress level to super high while using ESEWA. So, I never use it. The worst application I have ever dealt with.

These so-called IT personnel can't even fix the simple bug that I have been facing for a long time. I save the payment in the Khanepani option, but whenever I try to pay from my saved payment, it says there is no payment saved. But the funny thing is when I try to add a saved payment, it says I have already added it. I'm just tired of this bug.

Sometime eswa gets stuck from server perspective not from the app. For example it kept stuck showing amount and statement..... But I like esewa service. Hate to carry cash and has high chance to lose the money and also lots of counting. Now everything is recorded ...in statement....

It's a hassle. My account went dormant, need to send sms from own number, after sending sms says try again. My other account I need to login on my phone. It doesn't remember trusted device every time it logs out I need to send an sms from my phone. Overall, khalti and ime pay are lot better in every aspect.

There are too many weaknesses, Even it doesn't show the option of loging in,after re-installing. And it doesn't took my profile while updating KYC and while adding supportive photos it says that image size can't be greater than 10 mb even when the photos are around 1.7 mb sizes.

Worst digital wallet. I don't know why do people are even using this, everything about the app sucks. And customer care service sucks even more. Customer care don't pick up the call and they don't reply mails no less than 24hours+, Mean while khalti will reply usually in 5-10 minutes .For KYC verification, you have to click a photo according to the instructions and even though everything is perfect and the app will tick the photo, you'll click select and see the same photo rejected.

I been using esewa for years but from this shrawan we need kyc verification compulsory. Before that we can transfer fund 3 or 5 times a day .So I've two number for transaction and my one number got verify by my documents and now verification is compulsory I go to the verification I see that documents is already used for verification so they rejected. They rejected is okay but they rejected only documentation not the personal and address verification. So you guys really need to see this problem.

I used to like this app but now it has become the worst app for financial transactions for me as I'm facing a lot of problems related kyc verification for my new account. I have called them about 30 times and also reported problem, they do response to them but the problem remains the same. They keep notifying me saying that the problem with your account is now solved but I can't continue for further procedure, it is not good to hold customer's money for this long. Shame on you team Esewa.😡

Worst digital app. I was going to pay and then it logged me out and was unable to log in. I have to face the problem for 30 minutes and still unable to pay . So i have to call my friend to pay. I have not faced any problem while using other wallet till now.But i have faced problem 3 times while using this app. There are other wallets to use instead of this.

My recent experiences with Esewa's support have been incredibly frustrating. I've encountered multiple issues when loading money from my bank account. After raising support tickets, there is no communication regarding the progress of my issue. Tickets marked as resolved without any actual resolution, and I'm frequently asked for unnecessary details, even with attached screenshots. Despite receiving a refund, it was incorrectly marked as resolved due to an alleged invalid bank details.

Cannot rely on it. Being abroad, installed this app on my device here, with the code sent to the registered number ( my family member sent me the code). Used it for a few days, paid some bills as well. But, all of sudden, the same password or MPIN were incorrect. Again, I needed to enter the code sent to the mobile number. I can not connect to my family member every time for immediate entry of the code. So, uninstalled. Saught alternatives for such payments.
