A cut above the rest. Creepy without being over the top. Music is pleasant. Puzzles are challenging. Art is engaging. No time crunch on one end of waiting what seems an eternity for your "energy" to recharge on the other. Can be played offline. The story is a bit simple, but honestly I'm so pleased with the rest of the game that I barely notice. I get easily bored by games, but this one has held my attention.

Love this game! The special sight mechanic is really fun. I play a lot of puzzle games and these were well designed and had a good variety (ie not just entering codes constantly). Only a few completely stumped me and the rest were challenging but manageable. Could maybe use a few more hints like "I don't have all the pieces yet" or "Something's missing here". Can't wait for Strange Case 2!

Really fun point and click puzzle game. It's pretty challenging which is great and I even had to look up a few things on the walkthrough. Has a cool asthetic too. Only complaint is that some of the puzzle are trial and error and I wish there was a little more direction with them. Like the maggot puzzle was kinda confusing. Overall really fun.

The game has promise... Only one chapter so far, so it remains to be seen whether it lives up to that promise or not. The style and ambience is very much like the Cube Escape games from Rusty Lake. Sadly it's controls aren't as polished as those games but they are functional and reasonably intuitive. It is a bit tough to play on my relatively small phone but I managed to make it work despite a few hard to tap small items. Likewise, some items were difficult to see (much less identify)

Loving it so far! A couple minor things could be better, like when they dark key falls on the dark floor it us impossible to see, and I never did see any clue or hint on how to operate the brain dispenser machine. Had to watch the walkthrough for that and still don't get it. But all in all I enjoyed it so far and am looking forward to more levels!

A lot of the puzzles are tricky just cuz in some cases there really isn't much reason to connect different clues to a certain puzzle. But it's fun and eerie, with an interesting alternate dimension tool. My only complaint is that the ads pop up quite randomly, and often right as I figure out what a clue goes to in a different puzzle and am about to go back to it. It would be nice if they were timed a bit better

Inspired by the Rusty Lake series, I think this game was okay at best. Fun for a quick brain teaser, but so many things could be improved. Several of the hidden items were too small and in places that I wish could have been zoomed into. Also, the puzzles weren't very challenging and the music was awful. Nevertheless, there were some hits for me including the ghost lens and storyline, so I look forward to a hopefully improved chapter two.

Great story, great art and great game. Would be better if you had checkpoints at the end of each chapter so you didn't have to restart the entire game if you messed up or wanted to restart the spot you're at. Also hints would be awesome to add too. The nice thing is though you won't lose progress by switching to another app and there is only one 'time sensitive' puzzle. Haha

Love the game, need more chapters soon! Great graphics, nice horror element without being too gory. Games and puzzles are challenging without being impossible, mostly intuitive but sometimes you just have to click and try items with random scenes to make something happen. The x-ray game would have been really hard if I hadn't played this type before. It's not really something you can figure out through trial and error. 4 stars since it's only 2 chapters so far.

I regret paying the fee for no ads. I expected the game to be longer, but it's just one very short chapter with no update since January. It was very much a rip off of Rusty Lake's Cube Escape: Paradox. Objects didn't always register that I had clicked on them and the inventory doesn't tell you what items are, which would be helpful. It could be fun if it were finished, but for now it's rather disappointing.

The puzzles are clever and fun to work out, but some of the pieces needed in order to solve a puzzle blend into either the background (like some runes), or blend in with the inventory boxes (like the chains). This could partly be due to my bad eyesight, but my only criticism here is there should be a bit more color contrast with items you pick up. Overall, I liked the story so far and I'm looking forward to future chapters.

It's tricky but fun (and totally FREE!) and it gives you the option of the walkthrough right there in the settings in case you get stuck. Graphics are cool and it's creepy. Actually made me "jump" a couple of times and that's rare! It could be a little bit more descriptive with the things you can actually interact with though. And only 4 stars because I think it's too short and I do NOT like the ending.

Very interesting story. I love using the ghost vision, even if it does make finding some of the things confusing due to some rooms only being accessable in one vision. One of my only complaints would be that some of the puzzles require a real stretch of the imagination to complete. This could be fixed by adding a hint/help icon for each puzzle/screen (even if you need to watch an add). Also, on the Pixel 3XL the arrows are at the very edge of the screen and can be hard to hit. Great job!!

Game itself isn't half bad. Limited info to get you started if you aren't familiar with escape games. Biggest draw back I've seen is the abrupt ending AFTER the beginning of Chapter 3 (title card, no game play). I skipped the option to review because I like to play through more first before reviewing and it stops any game play (if there is any) and gives only the option to reset all game progress. Weird way "to be continued" an unfinished game. No menu/option, just reset, wait or uninstall...

A lot of fun and the puzzles are quite challenging, but not so hard that you want to quit. You'll definitely have some "Aha!" moments! Also, the developer is quite generous with the free option, only one ad per chapter. And the ads themselves are fairly short compared to other games, and only require a simple click to close - none of those irritating three different windows to close like other ads. I'm only subtracting one star bc there's no zoom in feature and some details are too small for me

An overall good experience, the puzzles are smart. It just gets real tricky sometimes due to the limited area where you can click on an object to interact with. A lot of times I clicked on something and then left a room only to find out if I clicked on one specific point I could get another item. Minor issue but it can mislead and limit progress. Great game overall but

Decent game and a few adjustments could fix a lot of issues. A lot of times the game is unintuitive as if the creator forgot to include certain indicators. For example; a locked cabinet with no keyhole, an unscrewable glass bulb with no screws, a red piece of glass with absolutley no tell as to how it's used. Additionally many items and clickable areas are much too small with no zoom in. Finally, the story is rather bare bones and could use more backstory on the characters and discoverable lore.

Pretty sure I have a bug in my game. Got to the end and put the finger on the hand in the window. It then gave me a thumbs up and dropped down. When I leave and come back to the window I can see the key but it's behind the hand. Watched the YouTube walkthrough to see what I was doing wrong. Can't seem to figure out what else I can do. Ok game other than that. Very Rusty Lake-ish. Edit: Reconsidered my rating. I did enjoy the game but wish I could have finished it.

Appreciate the developer for making this free game, though it's not one of my favorites of its kind. Puzzles often weren't satisfying to me - either too easy or they seemed like they required some assumptions as to how they worked. Wish you could zoom - had a very hard time seeing some important graphics. The style and music were ok but not unique.

The puzzles are extremely obscure. I spend more time clicking randomly than feeling like I'm actually solving anything, and I normally like escape-style puzzles. I needed help from a walkthrough several times in the first two chapters. And once in the third chapter, I accumulated so many tools with no idea what to do with most of them. I liked the idea of shifting environments with the eye power, but very few of the puzzles felt intuitive in any way.
