This App has been a horrible experience, first it promts you to choose between verification code and verification questions, not only does the code take forever to load it also does not give you another option if you have forgotten the security questions, further more I have been unable to register my account for an entire day thus unable to make any important transactions. This is just really disappointing and something that should be improved on.

The app is horrible. It's been 2 days now and still I cannot login. I keep on getting the error we unable complete your request. Please try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and the response is still the same. I have tried using data and WiFi but it doesn't help

Looks seamless and faster. But while typing, the text area should always be pushed above the keyboard, so the user can see while typing. Currently, when the keyboard is invoked, the text area goes behind the keyboard, so unable to see what am typing.

can't complain much with the new update its awesome but you didn't deserve the last two reason being someone is not able to verify if there is money in your account not unless you use network bundles to confirm wish you can work on the app to send a sms if there is any money credited to my account .

this app sucks, terrible at showing the balance so you never know if the balance will suddenly show something different, it's ALWAYS glitching,has a weird display issue only happening with the app and it doesn't work when you really need it to work. they charge you to send you SMS and no option to unsubscribe and so expensive, MPESA is way cheaper

New update sucks. Dark mode keeps on getting disabled everytime I login and I now can't see my previous transactions which were available in the previous version. Don't update!

still the same problem, every now and then. this is becoming irritating. previously, the app was working perfectly, but fast forward to today. hectic... I had to leave the shop where I was buying after the app failed mi multiple times... kept on saying the version I am using is old and new version is available. but when I login to my play store to update there's nothing like that, no option for update, only uninstall and open. I ended up uninstalling it the install it, but the problem persists.

The app is great overall, but you guys need to handle your errors better. I have had several occasions where i had to retry certain transactions because of the error "something went wrong." If it would have been more verbose and understandable, like "Check your Internet connection and try again," it would have been a lot better. Also, in the apply loan tabs, all the loan buttons give me the same error "something went wrong." it would be good to know why i don't qualify for a loan, not that!

Consider reducing the pop-up frequency of "Seen what's new", or having it only when there are updates or new installations. I think it is unnecessary for whenever the user goes to the home page/switches to the app.

Many times it tells me that it does not recognize login information.almost 70 percent of the time.worse is the time when I have emergencies and want to use my money.The problem usually clears up after a day or many hours .and I still use the same login information.The updates are really pathetic better the first application.

The App works well but every now and then it crashes. Recently, it wouldn't log in and would state "unable to proceed please try again later". Tried logging in several instances on separate occassions but since it was urgent, I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it again. Now it gets stuck at "Please check your Internet connection and try again." Tried via mobile Internet, WiFi..same response. The developers really need to up their game!

3 stars because I believe in you guys..did not early and have been using the app quite often but currently am failing to transact, I don't get verification codes if I do they can't fill in automatically or even manually, what the hell!!!!!

Am bore with this app. it's now 2nd week can't login to the application, it keeps on saying that the details are not familiar to us. The problem has never been resolved. The customer service are just giving me new password every day I seek for help but response still the same. Av been using it for some time now. so boring.

The same reviews as i expected, this app doesn't work. I've tried to contact you via email but no reply. The problem is after verification, i wait the prompt page to allow auto detect of the code. It detect the code but after that the same page comes again that prompt me to select option of verifying my number but this time only header is shown. No radio button to select option. It show nothing and nothing to go. I don't think if you tested it before uploading here. Waste of time, horrible.

I have no complaints. I wish you brought back the ease of seeing the PayPal balance. It cuts off the burden of login into to two platforms. I miss the feature and it being on the application home screen.

For the past one week, I have been unable to complete payment transactions. Every turn I get a response telling me transaction did not go through but for some reason I still get the OTPP code to complete the already failed transaction. Tried reinstalling but no change.

An update should make an app better than before, first the new app doesn't have the loan balance tab, one can't keep track of the loan balance and even making payments is an issue, 2. Can't be personalized as the app goes to default setting with each launch. We need track loan balances from the app, hiding loan balance tab portrays something fishy and negative... Work on that...

Overall, the app is very useful and has great features. However, here are some fixes I recommend: 1. Once one opens up savings accounts and transfers funds into them, the balances keep appearing even after one selects the "hide balance" option. This feature keeps resetting each time one interacts with other parts of the app. 2. There is a bug in the current version which prevents the app from exiting once one selects "I would like to leave".

The current update is the Worst banking app ever. One moment it's working, the next it claims your details are unfamiliar. Worst part, even when you uninstall the problem persists. Forgot password option is useless, doesn't complete and the contact equity links are blank.

Authentication process is hell. I've been trying to log in and it rejects my password attempts. There's no 'forgot password' option and I'm getting frustrated because I have been trying this on and off for the past two weeks. Also, why do we need transactions to be approved? And the requirements to approve transactions do not accomodate people who are not physically in the country. Do better!
