Love this game, can get immersed in it for hours every day. It's got alot of fun activities besides the main story. Only thing I have an issue with is that I wish the gold ingots were as easy to collect\ achieve as the silver, or you could at least exchange some items for gold instead of them being so rare to earn or being behind so many pay walls.. I'm literally here for the pretty dresses and characters but you make them unattainable unless your a VIP or have $$$

Love the game so far! The plot and dress up are my absolute favorite. I've only come across one problem I wish we could save outfits and put them in a sort of gallery so if we wish to wear it again that's an option. Otherwise the game is wonderful nothing like the other terrible empress games I actually like this one. Who knows give it a try you might like it yourself!

I have been playing this for a long time now and it is very immersing. The dress-up, story and voicelines, ranks, events, and so much more becomes accessible as you play. The aesthetic of this era is so ethereal, beautiful, and quite realistic to the era's etiquette since your choices value the way your story goes. I spend all the time on this game when I get the chance. There is always something new, fresh, and things to look at. Since it is a very top-notch game, you do need good internet. 🥰

There are a lot of games with similar plots but this is by far the best in my opinion. Love the game play, gorgeous clothes, fun story... Lots of activities, ways to earn necessary items to progress, so you don't have to spend real money to have a good experience. Only real downside in my mind is how addictive it is, and it can become a real time suck! I've actually had to uninstall a couple times because it was interfering too much with my real world responsibilities.

Can't really play it well because the cursor doesn't line up where I touch the screen. I have to tap about a centimeter above the actual buttons in order to hit it and it's hard to judge exactly where to tap. Also, the piano loop constantly restarting is a little irritating to listen to. Unfortunately I couldn't make it even a minute into playing. Hope those bugs get fixed soon so I can retry it.

I haven't seen an ad yet, and this game has a lot to do. There are many outfits, pets, rooms, and an outdoor yard to decorate. The dates are cute (though they do repeat a bit), and the overall story is intriguing. There are unique servants, confidants, and rivals. It's very easy to get lost in this game, but I quite enjoy it!

Legend of the Phoenix clone, and not a very interesting one. The gameplay is LITERALLY THE SAME between the two games, but LotP has better art, better outfits, better characters, and overall better gameplay. This game is like LotP's unwanted stepsibling. I guess if you like the art style, this game is fine, but I see no point in having the same game twice, especially when Empress' Choice is vastly inferior.

Overall, it's okay, but there should be more ways to get Ingots, the ways to get those are very limited. you have to spend it alot, Also, I can't find friend requests and accept them, that needs to be fixed. Also, the game should have a FAQ, cause there are way too many things. I feel like you guys should stick to one thing and not add all the pageants, flowerfests and other stuff. Stick to own thing. I would do three stars but because I love the clothes designs, and the characters designs.

The game is fun, I was having a great time and even used some of my Google survey money. The issue is now that I've gotten further I've found SO MANY of the clothes are stuck behind a paywall. Can't be unlocked until VIP3 and such. I don't mind spending a little to unlock things early, but to have NECESSARY aspects stuck behind $50 spending level(and that's just to unlock, not to actually buy it) is scammy and gross. It's a mobile game, I shouldn't have to spend $50 on it to play.

It's a lot better than that other game Royal chaos. The story is actually clear to understand and the king isn't a dumb dumb bubble gum- There's a lot going on screen and sometimes I just don't feel like figuring it out. Also, during the story my screen would sometimes turn black. I can still read but I can't see anything 🤣 Still, very nice game and I love that we can make our own choices! It's so much fun! I named my foster child after Mu beiyang 😢 my sweet boy

No ads is great. Story is great. You can play without paying for anything, though I do buy things from time to time. However, if you can't spend TONS on this game, and I do mean TONS, be prepared to get bullied by those that do. The rich are allowed to attack you constantly and lower your resources and you can't fight back because you are lower level.

I've had a lot of fun playing the game. It's pretty close to another I play but so far, there are pluses to this one I like better. I've advanced more quickly, the dating part is easier to get through, getting exp, silver and prestige is quicker. I also like that I get to choose outfits which seem to be easily obtainable as well. The story is realistic enough to be fun and adventurous. Like I said, so far .. I've only been playing for a few days.

I love this game! As a fan of Yanxi Palace (tv Show) the story is interesting. I love the historical clothes and you don't get interrupted by ads. You could play for free and still find plenty to do but paying will accelerate and make things even more exciting/competitive. I give 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1) I don't care for all the modern outfit. As the game takes place in ancient imperial harem, the modern clothes seem put of place. 2) the chat doesn't pop out so you can't see what you type

The outfits are finely detailed and have actually gotten me into a lot of the Japanese and Chinese style of fancy clothing! The role play is pretty interesting and the art is well-done! Two things do make me feel uncomfortable though, the 'worshiping' players and the strange and cheesy ads for this game. Other than that though, I think this is a great game!

I really enjoy this game, but it is very expensive if you want to advance. Way to many items are behind a paywall, even items that are required to advance. However, both the art & community are great. It's ruined by terrible customer support & poor treatment. Players have randomly lost items because of what seems to be a glitch that never gets resolved. Massive overcharging - you click $4.99 and get charged $99.99. They don't fix the issue and then ban your account if you dispute the charge.

I love the graphics of the game, and the storyline as well. I think that the clothes have a wide variety and that's nice as well, however I find it extremely frustrating when MUCH higher ranked players can attack other low rank ones and we can either send out a wanted message with gold ingots, or just let it slide. Very irritating, it's hard to move forward without paying for things aswell. Overall, not bad, just slightly frustrating.

I have been playing for over a year now. This game can be fun with a competitive faction. If you want to win you don't have to spend money but it does help tremendously. the one star is for the lack of story line I have been waiting on an update since I got to 68-10 and nothing for months. I am unsure if this is going on on other servers but in mine we are stuck. I personally continued game play because of the story line but most likely I will stop playing if they don't pick the story back up
