Very clumsy app. Its not very user friendly. no pick up timer. Long pick ups without pay.

Empower is no different from any other Rideshare company. They give the illusion that you're getting paid more, but when you include the taxes and fees, the money doesn't add up. Waist of time, energy, gas money, wear and tear on your vehicle. Empower doesn't have a picture for the passengers, and they have fake names. They don't care about drivers safety. Good luck driving in DC. You will get $1,000 ticket or more if they catch you for operating illegally. They have rideshare police in DC.

just show the destination acceceble and when you we finished driving just give us the way to our home destination and call when the ride is call the voice is very little and the second of calling also 12 second so pls work on it

Empower, i love you wonderful, but I have an issue. I changed my Tage number, but the system shows the old Tage number. I don't know how to put my new tag number in the system if you have an answer, please share with me

Like Driver, need to fix someone things 1. The app need a timer ( for waiting times) 2. Need to add ( last ride option) 3. Need paid for tolls 4. Need paid for long pickups or don't don give a pickup for more de 10 o 12 minutes 3. Don't show the comparatives with the others apps ( we ready know those are trash ) 5 we like to see how much $$$ we had make after las ride

I REALLY GIVE IT ONE STAR 😂...THE APP NAVIGATION IS HORRIBLE, WATCH YOUR MONEY BECAUSE STRIPE WILL TAKE MORE THAN ITS SUPPOSED TO, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO GET YOUR MONEY SENT STRAIGHT TO YOUR ACCOUNT SO STRIPE WILL KEEP TAKING A PERCENTAGE OF EVERYTHING YOU MAKE FOREVER, FOR EXAMPLE I MADE 5,200 ONE MONTH BUT $349 WAS TAKEN FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE $$320 taken for STRIPE fees and $96 taken for dispute protection!! nearly $1000 in fees alone. I don't even have enough space 2 finish

Negative surge fare is invasive. Support almost never answers emails. The company is filled with liars. They claim the Driver keeps 100% of the fare when the reality of the matter is this is completely false. Driver pays for Dispute Protection and Transaction Fees so the Driver gets paid and when it comes time to pay the subscription they take the full amount of the fare from each ride until its paid, effectively meaning the driver worked for free during such times which is illegal.

The fares are much better than Uber. You can make way more money as a driver with Empower. But the app automatically continues to extend my free trial and its not giving me the option to change my SUBCRIPTION to $200. I have already completed my 30 day free trial and completed over 20 rides. I called Empower support for help but they are never available.

I love App for driving and my riders say they love it too because they dont get over charged like the 2 other rideshare companies. 1.Empower has to Cease n Deceast from the Dispute fee they are charging drivers. it is eating into our profit as drivers 2. They dont have a lot of riders so they should invest more on advert because most drivers make an average of $13/hr because you wait for hrs with no ride request 3. They Should add rating feature for Drivers. 2.

love the platform, love the favorite driver option for riders allows for same passengers. Love making your own rate. I also love the Zoom meetings monthly for app updates and suggestions. Even though they are done more for full time drivers than pt drivers.

Empower driver app is a great way to help the drivers against traditional rideshare companies, i think they are doing good but need more consideration on promotion and advertisement inorder to reach for maximum number of riders for now the drivers is more but less requests potential existing so it's important to work on how to reach for most of the people, spending in marketing, they need to work in customer care to ease contact with driver to activate call number to be answered anytime....

I love the platform but the only issue is that the Empower driver has 0 customer service. you will never get an email reply and empower doesn't answer phone calls at all no scheduled rides🙃. I hope they improve, besides that Empower is a good company to work.

The driver side of the app is pretty good, just needs a few more touch-ups to be great. The UI feels sluggish sometimes, when trying to complete an arrival to pick up a rider, the app will double slide making it auto-complete the trip. If a rider cancels a trip, the audio ding isn't noticeable all the time, and the sound should have an obnoxious vibration and sound to notify the driver. Lastly, it feels that you do not gay payouts for the distance traveled to rider unless that can be explained.
