Very bad service, they take ages to deliver the car and if you are late in making the payment they add fees on you. they take forever to issue documents, I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them. Just a waste of time and eventually the car price is just as the market, why the hastle Lot#265160

The app is fair. It can improve if they listen well to the customer. The auctions time can go forever it never finish unless people stop to do so. The time keeps increasing for additional hours. I hope they add alert option where it notify you when ever specific car maker you interest appears on auction. Also if they could make you set your max bid so then it will increase automatically until reach your max bid amount, better than keep increasing manually all the time.

If you want to participate in auction please buy a car from outside. That can be used for commuting between Emirates auction and to your place. The car you won in auction may or may not get to you. But they won't give the paper to register. So you can use your old car for your needs. Also use your vacation to go their office to register the complaint and so your turn will get in the counter.

Not professional people, app is not useful, you can't search by brand or by year for the cars. They dont have any standards of taking picture of the cars. Sometime 35 picture for one car, sometimes 5 only. They take picture for every button in the car for no reason. Is the tyres are so important that's why you take picture for each tyre. Sometimes times the prices of fhe cars will go higher than the market.Sometimes they are no enough information about the car ( maker, year, model).Not pro at all

Inconsistent App despite frequent updates in recent times. Not very informative or user friendly for buyers. This may be due to the actual auction process rather than the app. For example why can't the app provide all the confirmations and information on the process rather than repeatedly rely on the Customer Service via email? Why doesn't it give an accurate location for pickup? Why doesn't it allow payment deduction from deposit? Why does it need a deposit every single time? I could go on...

They sell items that are not working or broken ones. people imagine its trusted site and buy them thinking it won't be that worse. But please, as of my experience its really wasting your money, and if you raise a complaint, they say it's already mentioned in the terms and conditions. But it's a courtesy to the public that you sell at least, which can be used. I bought 10 electronic items , 6 out of them have dumped in the rubbish.

If you want to enjoy being in the problems otherwise you won't have. Then try it. I purchased two cars and the document processing was nightmare, bottom line is no one really cares. I have to go through 3rd person channels and pay extra money to do the proper paperwork. The recovery drives steal the things after the car is being auctioned. Some people are great they will help you. Yet again if you are unfortunate you'll face not so good people. Rather disappointed twice

0 stars. 6 months passed, and i haven't received the papers yet. Customer service is useless, and I've been getting the same generic email reply every time I follow up. Avoid at all costs. Update: After waiting for 5 months, i visited the main branch and canceled the purchase. They took back the car and refunded the money after 10 days. But still would not repeat the process or purchase another from EA.

Very bad experience, i don't advise anyone to work with them , high fees , also they don't pay you your money if you sell car by them , more than 25 day after i sold my car by the and still didn't deposit my money in my account, and i bought car by them and now more than 15 days still didn't get approved and the holding my money . They are bad by all the ways.

I dont know how to use it since they started. Alot of requirements. I want to sell and i dont even know how to sell. Most cars and bikes old and left on sun with dust, costly I don't think people will buy such a bad condition vehicles and electric bikes. Transfer requirements 21days and lots of payments for transfering it doesn't make Sense for me. I prefer to buy new then having a headache. Make your life simple as I suggest: enter auction on app, get interesting items, enter auction,win.

Website forces you to use the application. Open the application and try to find a motorbike. You can't. Can only see motorbikes on the website. Try to bid on the motorbike on the website. You cant, you have to use the app. Fantastic design by an incompetent person.

If deposit isn't used it is refunded automatically to your card. It takes Emirates auction 21 days to refund my money to my account. Very disappointing. Especially when when it is automatically refunded while you are bidding now you can't use it because it will take 21 days to reach you .

Aside from my other issues with this site and app, it took me almost 2 months to get a refund from them including countless phone calls, emails and live chat messages and many hours wasted. I posted a negative review and it was resolved within 2 hours so I've left a slightly better one now, but it's a shame it had to take that to get any action
