Good app. Works very well but I would like to transfer my bookings to my calendar. Most airlines just have an add to calendar link. Would be useful on Emirates.

App never works properly, airline is the worst. Communication through the app (and in general) is terrible, as is the treatment of passengers when flights are delayed or cancelled. Will never fly Emirates again and as soon as I'm back home, the app will be gone for good too.

I m very disappointed with the emirates the way they have given the service my bag got lost by emirates and I had to goo through lot of disappointment as I had all my new items in there I had to call them regularly to check but still they took so long and was not expecting this kind of service from them at all very poor customer service.

Bravo!!!! I never saw this kind of application in my life. Everything is so easy and so intuitive. Everything goes very smoothly, from check in to landing. Great job. Exactly as this world needs it.

40% says serbiceis unavailable due to technical issue. This has been happening for a while. Also each time asking to update passenger information. (Even when you log in from your frequent flyer profile etc. Also an advanced tech savy airline like EK should have your prefferances and should auto popluate the details like seat prefrences, meal requests, etc. Meaning I'm an asile seat guy. And a veg mean guy.

In offline mode the app struggles to find the boarding passes - thanks goodness for Google Wallet! Also, changing dietary requirements on the first of two legs of a return flight, doesn't show up in the app and also doesn't let you select an option (your previous option is preselected). I missed out on meals the last time I used the app for dietary requirements.

This app is horrible. I either doesn't work completely, or partially. The number of times this app worked while I was travelling is less than 40%. Considering that it holds my boarding pass... that's subpar.

For such a large company there are quite a lot of errors on the app. When trying to add frequent flyer numbers to flights its far from intuitive. Also function like mile multiplier rarely works and send you in a loop. If the function is nonlonger available remove it from the app as very frustrating

Annoying when booking seats. No indication of whether it's toilets or galley between blocks of seats. Then, if you get anything wrong (even at payment time), and press 'back', it takes you all the way out. Then when you come back in, it's forgotten your seat booking, but they're no longer available! You have to wait a while (an hour?) before they 'reset' and you can try again. Also, no Google pay option, so you have to type all credit card info & address that Google has already remembered.

"Technical errors" happen far too often and information that often takes a long time to enter is lost. Why is passenger information not automatically synced from the booking? 2 stars given because it is good when you are in the airport.

App has started crashing a lot. You finalize the flight but it leads you to the home page rather than the payments screen. After restarting app 3-4 times you see the payment screen and when you try to pay it doesn't respond. I had to call the helpline to sort it out after trying for at least 20 mins which should be done in 60 seconds.

Emirates app is fairly easy to use. There are some parts that need improvement. It's not as intuitive as it should be. Emirates should develop app as intuitive as possible because majority of users are not computer tech savvy. In my case, I started a journey but then after finishing the "To" part of my round trip, it still keep showing the "To" trip. I have to go into itinerary to view my "Return" leg journey. Finding luggage information is hidden under FAQ. It should be by current trip.

How is this a 4.6 star app? Virtually every operation throws an error message either a generic "we are experiencing technical difficulties" or a comically dated "java.io.exception". This app was in the same state several months ago when I initially installed it for an upcoming itinerary at the time. It was of no use on that trip and has not been fixed in the interim. This is so terrible that Google should suspend its presence on the Play Store until it is fixed. This is embarrassing.

A nice app does some things quite well unless you have an award flight. Then it will keep asking for skywards number but won't save it (one example of minor flaws). ---------------------- Above was my original rating. I keep discovering more and more problems, not just with the app but also with their computer system and customer service.

Love the Emirates Android app. Very very good UI for a seamless navigation. Gives me easy to understand booking process, where I can see process across a range of dates allowing me to select the best option. Post booking, managing the reservation &making any chamges is super easy. Love the Emirates experience across flight, staff, and mobile app!
