Absolutely hate it. Can't get rid of the ads. Too frustrating to get through a single mail without the ads that take up all the screen space.

It works perfectly. I am just concerned with many apps that appear now and then that require to be installed, some of them are mentioned to be for security to protect emails

Absolutely abhorrent. The ads are the absolute worst I have ever encountered. It's very difficult to get your email through the avalanche of ads. I will be looking for a different app for my email.

Ads constantly popping up.can not delete the email , they pop right back up on the screen. Verizon is worst phone I've ever had. All the apps cost you to download and lie about the cost. Never had this much trouble with Spectrum.

I have to erase trash many times and it opened up a flood gate of ads. Temu and American Express are you listening. No matter how I try I am going to have to purchase some type of ad remover. Get rid of the ads, then you'd have a good product. Ads do nothing for me, if I want something I'll look it up myself like I always do.

This app helps when hackers try and block your email flow, the only thing is when your writing in the middle the ads pop to much you can't make it through without the constant pop ups, but if a hacker tries to stop you in Gmail or outlook this can be downloaded to help you get your email through Thanks, so much for that...like seriously

A 5minute video took 20 minutes to upload before sending, and instructions to send were not clear. Fortunately I had time "to play", and , by luck, I sent the video. I'm not sure if I could explain how to do it, even after sending it to two locations...and I doubt someone else would take the time.

A more miserable operating system and user interface could scarce be imagined.As you open the app you are bombarded nay blocked by advertisements from viewing your emails.dont use .....

I like this email app its easy to use. Too many ads! I don't mind a few ads but this is a bit much it's put me off using this app.

2 many adverts 1 for every 2 emails Adverts now increasing Keep having to update this App also keep getting asked to provide feedback.....lost count now how many times I've been asked!

Adverts constantly popping up in awkward places when trying to scroll. End up opening them when not even interested in what is being advertised as the X in the corner is so small making it hard to close. Probably going to delete the app as concerned about opening the adverts and getting bombarded by those companies. Annoying as need to be able to see my emails.

Annoying constant pop up ads, can't seem to shut off sound alerts. Couldn't find a Forward email option, only new or reply. Will uninstall as soon as I can find something else to use. May end up using Gmail app to access email. Ugh, but can't be worse than this. Free. Ha! You get what you pay for.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app for the past month. All my emails say "no subject". I had a bunch of important emails in a Keep folder, which I can not access. This used to be a great app.not sure what is going on, but hope it can be figured out soon. I purchased no ads, but got ads. Had to repurchase it. Not happy!

So far, so good. I don't know why its icon looks so similar to Samsung's Email icon. I don't know what has happened with Samsung's email. For the past four days, my emails have been held up and not transmitting either to or from my inbox. It has been a nightmare; therefore, I am trying this app. It's been working all right for the past three hours, but I hate all the constant pop-up ads. REALLY? They are extremely annoying.

I've had Hotmail since it's inception. I recently had to get a new phone and redownload the app etc. It is INSANELY frustrating to have to look at ads just to look at or send an email. Especially FULL page ads for the same two products that I consistently use on a daily basis. Facebook and the Priceline. It's also super frustrating to constantly get asked to rate the app. It seems as though there's gaps in dates and I'm missing emails. I have my email address on all my business cards and trucks
