Good App would highly recommend BUT there had been an issue where I would keep getting logged out of my account and have to re log in . Then on one of my accounts it duplicated 2 times. I had to uninstall and re install. I haven't installed the new update yet . I had previously and maybe that was the issue ? Please advise and I will change my rating. Thank you and keep up the great work. Also i isially have good cell service and bars so i dont think that is the issue. 🙂

I've been using bluemail for 4 years now. One issue I'm having is that some emails don't load rightaway when you open them. It seems to have to wait through a tcp timeout or two before loading. I know they have html content. I see this problem on yahoo and Gmail so I don't think it's ISP related. 2020: Over a year and its working well. I just moved it to my new phone. The move over experience wasn't as easy as it seemed like it would be- but it was really easy to just hook up my accounts again.

Have been using Blue mail for a few years on my android devices without issues. In order to have consistency I installed it on my PC. The mail works but I just spent 4hours trying to get the calendar to load and sync. It will not work will not accept CalDAV URl a message says connection failed. I'm fed up with apps that simply don't work

The newer version seems to be at least functional again. Still has problems, that aren't apparent day to day. Even though they were supposed to be adding to my Exchange account, I lost all contacts added through Blue Mail when I recently did a factory reset on my phone. I also realized during the reset that there is no separate backup to or restore from a file. Apparently it has to be transfered directly to a computer or another phone. Awful when having to reinstall from scratch.

I've used this for years and looking to potentially find another option. The push is so inconsistent when it actually wants to deliver my emails. I won't recognize that it's not working until I go half of a day and realize that I haven't received a single notification. I open the app and get a flood of emails at that moment. The app is just too inconsistent. I've made sure to whitelist the app and make it so my phone cannot put the app asleep and it still doesn't work.

Widget no longer works. I'd been happily using this app for many years, and the widget showing the unified email folder was the main reason I loved this app. Now after latest update, my bluemail widget disappeared itself, and upon attempting to add it again, the app crashes. I've tried adding all 3 varieties of widgets to a blank home screen, and the app has all its permissions granted, with no restrictions, but to no avail. Update: Switched to FairEmail thanks to recommendations of others.

The App was good. now I have issues with it either taking a long time to load an email, or it not even making an attempt to load the email. You'd think that the app could pre-cache the inbox emails for at least the last 7 days. this behavior can be seen on 2 different model phones. It's almost unusable at this point which is a shame as it was useful for viewing multiple email accounts side by side.

So I've been using this app for years, but it has become VERY tiresome to use. The app won't display ANY emails with graphics. All I get is a spinning circle. I literally have to click "reply", then the graphics display, then I have to cancel & discard the reply and "poof" there's the email. I have to do this for almost every email I get. What good is an email client that won't display your emails! Ridiculous! Looking for a new email client now...

I've been using Bluemail for years. Recently I've had more and more issues with it not retrieving messages. Sometimes it'll retrieve some, sometimes none at all, for days, forcing me to go to each of my individual accounts through their own apps, rendering Bluemail useless. It also used to periodically warn me if I needed to reauthenticate an account, which it no longer does. It simply just stops retrieving emails from that account altogether. With that, I can no longer trust this app.

Update:knocked down two stars because I should be able to log into a secondary Gmail without having to log my whole phone into it. I love this app, it is very customizable so you can adjust all of the features to fit your needs. Appearance can be changed. Left and right swipes are customizable. Fonts, letter sizing, bold, italic and signatures can all be customized. You can add task for the emails directly from the app. This is the sort of app I was looking for!

Great email app. Easily the most responsive and organizable email app for Android. Having a unified inbox has made things so much easier for me as I manage several accounts at once. UPDATE: 1/7/24 This used to be my go to email app. But like a lot of others are saying it just isn't working as it used to any more. Every update is a step backwards, and now with the inclusion of an AI assistant for $70/yr, my data can be compromised. No thanks, I'll be uninstalling ASAP.

King of crashes. I've finally given up. Every year or so, BlueMail decides it doesn't like an email I've received. It themn begins to crash every time I open it. It's happened again. This time I've moved or deleted almost every email from my inbox in three accounts (with another, stable email app). I them reinstalled bluemail, from scratch. No help. It crashes even quicker now. I'm done with it. I'm moving on. It's the ONLY email app of 5 that I've used that constantly crashes!!

DONT BUY THIS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! DEVELOPER HAS RUINED THIS APP AND DOES NOT FIX ANY ISSUES!!! Over a year and still no fix but we do have a useless AI feature no one asked for, smh. Updates are definitely getting worse and need to be better tested before being released. Quality has declined. Insert picture icon is in horrible location, probably because it's been over a year since it's actually worked. Support was no help and just ignored the issue. Still no fix.

Terrible. I have praised this app in the past. However, I can no longer recommend or use it any longer. It works sporadically, things I send and delete show up only in your app but not in my main email account. I give up. Too bad, I have downloaded this app to several phones. I give up... Now the app refuses to update. This keeps happening. I used to uninstall then reinstall the app but then I'd have to redo my signature, etc.

Best feature is the unified email ability, where I am able to manage my 5 email accounts at once!!... 05-10-2024: After years of use, the unread mail counter is stuck at 20. I tried reinitializing per instructions, which did not work. I deleted every email, in every folder, still showed 20 unread emails. I deleted & reinstalled the app, still showing 20 unread emails. I know that I should let it go, but this kind of techno-snafu drives me bonkers.

For the most part, I appreciate the free version and understand support isn't provided, but the icon badge doesn't work. I've reset the counter, turned it off, uninstalled and reinstalled, but it is locked on an inaccurate number. I've not found a function to add an email to my calendar. Search only searches a unique folder. The only way I've found to search multiple folders is to set the accounts to unified. Blocked function isn't the best. Other than these issues, it's a good email app.

Blue mail has been great but there's still a bug in it after the latest update. When you're in the Unified page and you click on the button in the bottom middle to send an email it completely kicks you out of the app. You can still send emails but not using that button. It used to work great. Please update the app please!

I move between an Android phone and tablet with Blue Mail, and I really like how it adapts to physical screen size. This app figured out my email server's (non-standard) configuration with only a little help. I like the swipe gestures very much. I've been using Blue Mail for about four years now, and I am quite happy with it. New phone and a couple of years later, and Blue Mail is still my go-to Android app.

5/4/24 I had to drop my rating. Blue Mail doesn't consistently update account servers. I'll delete emails in the app only to find them again if I go to the native platform. I've looked for a better option and found Edison Email an extraordinarily excellent (free) option. Check it out! You can connect all your standard email platforms in addition to easy IMAP connections.

For a power user, this app has very flexible options. I am enjoying dark mode, slide actions, and customizable notifications! Thanks! Update: May 2024, in the compose screen, the Send button (paper airplane icon) now is in a thick row all by itself, instead of in the title bar on top. This makes it liable to be hidden by keyboard UI and is a huge waste of space! Minus two stars for this. Also the pull to refresh feature stopped working.
