The Worst application and the worst CS ever. I ordered food and there was a problem in the application itself regarding the location option, however I entered my right location. The order was actually out for delivery without any confirmation regarding my data, when I contacted them to solve my issue and deliver the order to the right location, they told me we cancelled your order and there is no money back, I paid online using my Visa so there is no refund !!! And also there is no food !!

The worst delivery app. Had two very bad experiences with them so I have uninstalled and will not be using the app anymore. The first one, had an order, prepaid with card. The said the order was cancelled, and I will not be getting my 800+ EGP refund. I had to stay on their poor live chat for over 6 hours just to get half of my money back. Second one, made an order for Iftar, 1.5 hours before iftar Time, order was never delivered, live chat support did not even respond to my messages.

If you are ordering food and want to use your visa and location, fine, this service work most of the time " a two years old user experience" however, if you have any problems like ( order is very late, order is wrong or. Bad, you are on your own, no callback number, email is a disaster, restaurant keep your money and tell you go chase elmenus,... Tabi cancelled my order 3 times without notifying me leaving me hungry because they said i didn't bother to check the app.... Instashop is better

If there was an option to give it less than 1 star I would have!!! Rejected my credit card saying I have unsufficient funds when I know for sure I do. Order came missing a few items and I keep trying to contact them for the past 2 hours with no response and my order doesn't show up on the restaurants system. Will never ever use again or even recommend

Let's start, Technically the app contains multiple bugs , especially when editing orders or removing orders. The calculation of offers is faulty as sometimes it doesn't work even though the value is in the correct threshold. Now let's come to service, they are definitely in the wrong field, they can't deliver (happened 3 times-no order arrived) they deliver missing items(happened 5 times)and in both scenarios you get the lousy call with a mediocre promo code.+Their chat support is slow and rude

Worst delivery app, worst customer support, and worst interface. When the customer support ends the chat, you can not start a new one for the same order, so you just go die. Made an order with an edt of 45 minutes eneded up waiting 80 minutes to get my food. And when trying to reach anyone from the support. I couldn't because the stupid app can't start a new chat for the same order twice. Like what the hell. I'm never using it again.

Uninstalling, crashes and lagging when scrolling through, customer support degraded and became just a bunch of people texting, food arrived 2 and half hours late for the second time. I asked for someone to call me from customer support to inquire about the delay, even that was too much for them, really loved the app in the past, but now, I'd rather have the extra space it's talking on my phone.

Orders get rejected quite a lot, without a sms or a notification to alert you, you could wait for hours in order to receive an order that'll never come. Available restaurants are shown available and can deliver to your area, once you add the items to your basket and go to the checkout menu, it tells you that the restaurant isn't delivering to your area, delivery prices are higher than other apps for no apparent reason, this app used to be a lot better.

If something goes wrong with the order and you try to contact customer service, you will be stuck with a stupid bot. The only way to talk to a human is to answer the bot in a very specific way to get it stuck, then request to talk to a human (and you can only talk to them through chat only). Extremely cumbersome process that can take up to 30 minutes of attempts in order to do something that normally takes 5 minutes max. Deleted the app; not recommended. I'd rather just phone the restaurant.

The application sucks at tracking merchants and reporting cancelled orders. I have ordered from a restaurant, recieved a call from from their representative, and got a mail that my order was accepted. After an hour and a half and after following up with them...it turned out that the order was cancelled without even notifying me. Sadly, this happened not once but twice.

The app banned my account for no reason,i tried to contact the help center and i couldn't, also always giving me an error and try again, have been trying for a week now! This is so bad, they lost a client who uses the app a lot! This issue is only for me! i tried to login from another account and it normally worked! the app also crashes a lot! from not a longer time i ordered an order, they canceled it and they told me the order is on it's way and it wasn't causing me to wait for 2 more hours!

What happened? The app became one of the worst. It's inconsistent like one day a restaurant would deliver to my location and the other day it's out of area. A lot of items became either unavailable or missing and the customer service worsened, like if there's something in your order you should call the hotline, that would be either for your. It will save you the hassle of going through slow customer service.

The application has a poor user interface and is not smooth to use. Customer service and the support system are complicated and frustrating, and there’s no proper organization. Overall, it’s a very bad experience. I do not recommend it, and it’s not reliable at all.

when I receive my order half portion and all what they can say is that "this is the restaurant rules" while the restaurant website says otherwise, then this is nonsense and not acceptable.. last order and already deleted the app.

Yall literally became the worst delivery app, like the delivery time minimum 1 hour and half, the food is even more expensive than what the restaurant sell it itself.. And when i talked to "dushka burger" and "shawarma el reem" before they claimed that yall prices are different than the original ones, This app just became terrible and when i ask the support, they tell me the same thing " the restaurant chooses the prices" and When i contact the restaurant itself.. It says you guys CHOOSE THEM!!

your customer service help centre is not working, the chat is frozen for months on the same message despite reinstalling the app and logging out and in again. you have no email or number available, no alternative. I've been waiting on my refund from the restaurant and for days and you're unreachable. beyond unprofessional and unacceptable services.

So bad experience as I uninstalled it and went back to using Talabat which is a much better app with a great support team. It was an unacceptable situation regarding el menus delivery, where I placed an order and waited more than an hour and a half, and after contacting them to ask about my order via support, talled me that the restaurant canceled my order because my phone is not available even though my address is in detail with location in the app and refused to return back my money.

Horrible customer service. The agents don't even read what you are requesting half the time and just give automated answers. They refund cancelled orders into your account which could take up to two weeks, and they don't give the option of putting it in the app wallet anymore for you to use the amount for another order! Orders are often late or cancelled as well.

Ordered a food and it's like the third time by visa, the restaurant didn't even accept my order, asked to cancel but they say it's too late contact the support. I opened the support chat and it says something wrong try again and it's been like that since 4 5 days like how the f... I will contact them and cancel my order that been in wait for like 2 hours !!!!!!!
