I'm giving it a 1 star for now because I haven't downloaded or used it yet. I do have a question, is NFC required to use this? I can download the app, but my phone does not support NFC at all.

I downloaded a new wallet and I have been trying to log into my account..finally logged in into my account and all my coins are gone!!! this is Avery bad experience..I have been writing writing to support but they are not responding...this is simply unacceptable.. my transaction history all of them are gone.... what sorry of application is this?

I firstly want to thank you, I've taken part in your latest Aitdrop and was amazed to find that it was fortunately not a scam or a fake Aitdrop and was credited accordingly 🙏👍 however I now sit with your app saying that I must update, that's usually not a problem, excepting for the slight problem of my phone No Longer Been "Compatible" with your application?? please 🙏 can you explain why I cannot update!!!! It's obviously frustrating and I haven't had this scenario with any other apps.

Awful. I have a small amount of ETH & RSR, but they are trapped on this device because the ETH Hardware wallet camera won't recognise the ETH QR Code to sign the transaction.All updates are latest versions. Support & Customer services not very responsive & don't rush themselves to help. Tried twice but no success, just automated bots. If you have ETH.... DONT BUY THIS WALLET.

The app can not generate multiple receive address for bitcoin in native segwith chain (just one address, zero privacy). Also if you recover your old seeds, it can NOT shows the real balance just shows the balance and transactions of first main address. so it useless for recovery from old seeds of working wallet. It can be used just for fresh and new wallet. (tested it with cold wallet and ellipal x card)

I purchased an Ellipal offline wallet, and it literally imploded. It swole and burst open even before I could use one good time. it was stored in basic room temperature, so that was not the issue. Also I tried to send Crypto to the address to find out it is sent to their exchange and not the device, so I lost some of my assets. I was very disappointed. Other than that, the Ellipal key phrase device a good purchase.

I absolutely love it! It has a beautiful interface, it's impenetrable and impossible to hack because it's never connected to the internet. Also, supports an impressive amount of coins for such a new hardware wallet. The only thing I would say is to be careful when updating. Be sure not to let your computer rename the update file when saving it and don't unzip it. I see a lot of people having issues with that but that's not Ellipal's fault. Please send an update to the app to support THETA!

So far so great, have had the wallet for about 4 months and I havent had a single problem with my investments. I haven't had the need to contact customer support. it's really easy to use. Advice: Educate yourself daily, read wacth crypto news, if you aren't sure about something don't even try, make sure what you are doing is correct, crypto is still new it can be easily lost, make sure your wallet is up to date, don't keep all your crypto in one place only.

This wallet is good, but in the past I had issues with not being able to move crypto or swap when I wanted; which also needed an update to correct. The best part about this wallet, other than it being cold, is you can do in wallet swaps with most but not all of the crypto it holds. I still use it but ellipal is no longer my primary. At this time it doesn't allow enough assets/tokens from the ISO family to be held so I use another wallet as my primary now. Ellipal is more for swaps.

As of late when I open the app, the cold wallet doesn't calculate the value of my wallet in total. I have to close the app, wait a minute and then reopen it. Once I do that then I see the updated wallet balance. Still doing the same thing in Aug 2022. When opening the application, the account does not reconsile and auto calculate the total dollar value. You have to shut the app down and reopen it to see the correct calculations of dollars. Development still hasn't fixed this small issue.

In general, it works, at least with their cold (hardware wallet). However, I have been unable to create a account as it never has sent me a text with a verification code. As well, I can't buy crypo on their wallet. I assume it has to do with being unable to make an account. I should mention it has the funniest error message If you try and buy crypto. That message being, "Something error." Getting help directly to get an account set up has yielded no response.

30 minutes later, I'm still scanning the QR codes just to set it up. This cold wallett makes the case for NFC tech by not doing exactly what it's supposed to do. Just imagine you are trying not to waste 30 to 60 minutes of your life scanning a code that doesn't scan. Do I get it closer? How about farther away. Tilt to the left, maybe the right UPdate: It doesn't scan the remaining 5 codes. You basically sell a paper weight! I did update the ellipal, and yes, it still doesn't work...

Great app and awesome hard wallet. I have been using ellipal for some time and I love it. It is very easy to use. The unit has a nice size screen and a battery that lasts long. I wish the unit has direct charging port built in and not the charging adapter. If I don't have the adapter with me than I couldn't charge the unit. Second thing I would like to suggest is the option to rearrange coins. Something to think about on the next firmware or on the next unit.

DANGEROUS! I've been using this for a year and a half and have had open requests with support for more than half that time. The app will frequently display amounts different than the chain data and if they don't match you can't transact. This year I have done numerous transactions without needing the hardware device! What's the point of having a hardware wallet if it's not needed when sending?! Don't use this. It's dangerous.

I really do like the hardwallet, but the app is quite buggy at times. I mainly use it for long-term storage, but there are those times when you need to make sudden moves. The lack of limit buys or sales make the exchange minimally useful. There are times when sending fails and exchanging does not work. (Polkadot has been stuck in the app for months). All in all, I'm hoping that more thought will be given to the app's functionality. It could be cool, but it's not totally there yet.

I love this wallet! Safe, simple, and secured. You can stake crypto though they don't have many options they have some good options available for staking. My only issues were updating the actual physical wallet; it was a little tedious, but with the help of my cousin I was able to get through that process. Also the minimum to purchase an asset on the app is a little too much sometimes, but the fees are cheap. Thank you ellipal for creating the most secure cold wallet in blockchain! 🙌🏼❤

Perfect, Get one or more. Great Support. I've had the Mini for a couple/few years, at least. Their email support is FAST...it's usually same day. I just now had an issue with their new app. I use a deGoogled OS, GrapheneOS. The app would crash. Got onto support and two days later, they had a potential fix they wanted to beta with me. IT WORKED. I don't know where else you will get that experience. I have a Ledger and they don't even respond to tech requests, EVER.
