I have only been able to login into this app once. It tells me that either my email or password is wrong. But I use the same exact login for my laptop and get in fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, the same thing happens. I recently got a new phone and tried to log in on it and it says the same thing. Please help.

So far, I'm falling in love with Ellevest! The app is really, really gorgeous. I love that I can see each account and portfolio in plain views on their own, that there's numerous online seminars I can attend, and I LOVE that the ease of direct deposits are a breeze!!! The card which comes with my account is beautiful. Something made just for us, ladies. Made by US. 💋

Loss of money. I have been investing for almost a year and I have seen no return in my money I have only experienced losses. I have reached out to customer service twice and each time they told me that the market is just "volatile" Without even bothering to looking to my account to see why I am experiencing only losses. According to thier "earnings" I've LOST over 1500 by using them. I'm fed up. Update Now I'm at a loss of OVER $2K Edit A year later and I am still at a loss of over 1K.

1. No customer service phone number 2. Customer service is slow to respond 3. The deposit process isn't clear... theres no confirmation of transactions. Press the wrong button and there goes $500 from your checking on accident. 4. Their woke articles are careless and clearly for white women only. 5. Transfer times are slowwwww its been 3 weeks and money is still not in my brokerage. I thought this would be fun and cute but I'm just pissed off I didnt keep this money in fidelity.

It's not worth the membership costs and the tax paperwork is horrendous. I'd rather close my account at a loss than have to deal with that again. Also, customer support takes a long time (few days to get in touch with an actual person).

Don't bother getting this app. I know that investing comes with risks, but this app doesn't allow you to do ANY investing of your own. The only thing that happens to me while using this account is lose money because my money is just sitting in these accounts and not actually being invested in anything. Not to mention a ridiculous monthly $5 fee. I tried to cancel and got offered one month free, but STILL got charged.

They charged my bank account after saying I could have a month free. This caused an overdraft of my account which was an additional $35 charge. I was so excited to have a bank card ran by women, but this is a horrible first impression! I will be cancelling my account as soon as I get my money back. Though I have messaged them a couple times and haven't heard back so who knows. 😡

Don't download this app. It is a scam. From my own experience with false advertising, as well as the reviews I have read. They close your account or make it so you can't access it the minute you put a significant amount of money in your account. Also, they require you to attach your actual bank account (not a card) before you can add any false 'promo code' and if you don't have a bank that supports plaid you have to give them your bank information. It's bad that they don't respond to bad reviews

Makes me a couple of bucks each year, absolutely easiest thing ever. My only issue with ellevest is the tax form they issue you is horrendous and my accountant took all day to decipher it. I couldn't make sense of it. Otherwise great app Update. This app effectively stole from my accounts, refuses to acknowledge the theft, and will not allow me to withdraw my own remaining funds. Literally SCAM , do not engage with this app. They aconice at first then your funds disappear. Takes days to respo

I've been an Ellevest member since the beginning (during my personal financial stages- as a single working women to a grad student, and now married) and have found the community to be a great space. There have been many updates over the years, as the services have expanded significantly, but the women-focused branding has always been a welcoming and constant presence. Buying membership is a newer feature and I opted to buy the highest tier. Customer service has always responded very fast!

Membership used to be $12...it was auto renewed to $52 a year, so I was told I had to withdrawal my funds and then close my account...if you attempt to withdraw your funds, there will be an ACH reversal because of the membership, membership cannot be cancel on app or desktop...so I emailed their contact support to close and cancel my account and then they said my bank was not verified...that's funny how you CHARGED my bank for the membership. Re-added bank & re-messaged hopefully they cancel...

Cool app, a bit boring and simple which is perfect! I do wish they'd bring back their physical cards though, it was a nice touch and made you want to invest more. I downloaded their debt tracker today and really like it- they should make a tracker for personal finance even if you have to pay for it upfront. I'd buy

On iOS you can transfer from a bank account; on Android 11 (not sure if on earlier versions) you can only transfer from internal accounts. I don't know if it's hidden accidentally due to screen size but can't even scroll down to get to it So that's a major flaw but otherwise great app

I'm super disappointed in your platform. You've branded yourself as a platform for helping women invest but have completely excluded a large percentage of women in your platform, not allowing people with a yearly salary of less then 12k onto your platform. Some of us are gig workers and SAHMs ECT, I'm thankful that there are other channels to be able to invest and build a portfolio through, but I just think you could definitely improve on this.

Used this app to sign up for ellevest, no issue. Wanted to go in today, but the screen is telling me to update. Click the button to be sent to the app store, there is no update to be had. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, still getting the "you need to update" message and it won't let me advance beyond that screen. Very buggy

Great concept, but doing away with the banking side means I'm headed elsewhere. Having an all in one spot for investments and banking was the whole draw for me. I also only ever lost money. I know investments come with inherent risks, but there are really no benefits for me. Like others said the site is better than the app, too. Glad lots of people have positive experiences but it's not my thing.

The app is error messages on every page. I contacted support they asked for a bunch of personal information including a picture of myself to get access to an app that is basically hollow at this point. I understand hobbling certain features before account verification, but this is going way way way too far. It wouldn't even let me cancel my account without emailing support.

I pay for the cheapest level of membership (I mainly needed a way to automate savings out of my technologically old credit union). The latest update allows me to set the transactions every other week - lining up perfectly with my pay days. However, it does take a long time to get money out of the Ellevest account. So if I had an emergency, my funds would be in limbo for days. I occasionally read the articles, but they are written for people with more money and privilege than most.

There really isn't anything good about this app. The website however is pretty great. They offer amazing learning opportunities such as email courses, webinars, group and one-on-one sessions. They also have "magazine" which is basically like a blog. However when you view the articles in the app it constantly asks you to log in. This feature needs to be fixed because it deters me from using the app altogether. I prefer the website for sure.

I have been waiting for this app! It's even better than I imagined. The ease of access and visibility is great. My favorite feature is the Learn function. I'm big on lists and love the email course concept. And having coaching right at your fingertips is even better. I haven't had any issues using the app so far. I will say there are functions that aren't available in the app vs. The mobile site/desktop site, but I can see why. Highly recommend the app and of course Ellevest.
