Is very bad service in Cyprus. and the support team behavior was very bad... they didn't have maners .they are cheater. they only know how to ate money 💲💲💲. I am regular using last two months.and everytime they have shortage bike you didn't get on time bike . But if you have any issue they're know very well how they added extra money 🤑🤑💰 and make you harassed.... being solve the problem...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

After I ended my trip because I found the back tire already empty, one of there guys called me shouting and telling me "where is our helmets?" As if I stole them, in 5 rides I only find a helmet once, so go track you helmets and stop accusing and shouting to your customers. Other than that I have been relying on this app everday but what happened really will make me think again about

I'm very unhappy. This company only deducts money from the account. I complain to this company that it automatically withdraws money from my account every 2 hours.

Cyprus,Limassol, i did not find a single helmet in the bikes. I drove a 3 minutes drive and got pulled over, submitted a support ticket to electra telling them that there are no helmets, today i got chaged 5 euro for the fine i got as well, thats what the reciept claimed. Fine handling fee.... this was 2 weeks ago! I used their service twice then and never since then.... they haven't even replied to my feedback.about.not having helmets in all of their scooters...

Worst experience....walking for many kilometres trying to find a bike with a helmet...I cancelled....was occasionally cheaper getting a taxi

Easy to find a scooter, impossible to find one with helmets inside.. You just end up wasting your time and not being able to ride.

This app didn't even use its service even though I had been driving for 20 years already. Just because I didn't have a tick on moped on my driving license. Registered for nothing!

I find it unacceptable that there is not information about the charges, until, I suppose, after one has submitted all their personal information, including the card, ID, driving license. I want to know how much I will be charged BEFORE I submit my personal data. Is this not the law? Hence, one star and lost a potential customer.
