I can't make an account or sign up. I keep on trying, but it just says “we are unable to process, try again later” like I thought it's easy to create but da*n it's so hard. Idk what's the issue at all, there is no navigation about what to do, what is wrong with my sign up. I just want you to fix this bug or whatever. Thanks.

Deplorable verification system. You need an account in order to travel back to the Phil, but to get an account you have to create one and get it verified. I have submitted all correct and up-to-date personal information but still keep getting rejected. The reason I get for this is nothing but a vague "Inaccurate or incomplete" error. Except I have been trying for 3 weeks; with upto 6 attempts... Edit: problem solved. Support was genuinely helpful but it still took 3 or more weeks for approval.

Most horrible when doing a whole family. Many things not clear. Totally overloaded app. Why such a mess. For people at the airport waiting for their flight why water their time with complicated navigation on the home screen and so many unnecessary details. No One Step Back button during the e visa process, etc ,etc. Just Horrible. Would be zero starts if I could

I've tried to open the app and it doesn't load. It was black screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. I've made it to the biometrics and entering the pin. After that it was totally blank until I got an error of the app isn't responding. My internet connection is working fine. Need help on this one. Thanks

Very cool to have this app, also very useful for government purposes. But there is a bit of a bug in the app where you can't enlarge the QR code of your nat'l ID and just goes back to homepage. The ID also gets cut off on edge. Please fix these bugs. Edit: the bug got fixed

My past review was considered I loved that it has improved, user-friendly. 4/4/24 The government app is promising. Though still couldn't be used in its full potential. Since it is a mobile app, it is in sync with the government's portal. It will redirect you to the web platform of the government agencies. The appearance is too small. You couldn't even see the font unless you use the magnifier. It doesn't have a zooming option to help you see it clearly. Still have a lot of space for improvement

Someone tried to reset my etravel password on August 25, and when I checked my etravel, I saw the "Incomplete" transaction made last July 16 at 10:22PM. App security is not reliable! Account was supposed to be secured since all personal data are stored in the app! Im one of the early victims for your lack of security! And you require us to use your app to store all personal information?! Fix your security!

I’ve just downloaded the app now, and while it provides essential services, there are a couple of improvements that would make it even better. 1 Profile Picture Customization: It would be great if this feature extended to the OFW e card, too. 2 Landscape Mode for signature. Writing a signature on a mobile phone screen can be tricky, especially when you’re dealing with limited space in portrait mode.

I think the people that designed this app have never taken the time to try to use it because it is obscenely frustrating and convoluted. It has an awful user experience, absolutely abysmal. Some parts look nice but the usability is clearly and utterly horrendous. Update: almost 4 months later. Travel registration "please fmake sure to fill out all required fields" when EVERYTHING has been completed. However upgraded to 2 stars as registration this time was easier.

The app has great potential and looking forwars for more developments in this regard. I think you're on the right track. Though Philhealth not supported, lgu I'm at not supported either. Add those 2 for 1 more star. Additional a final star I can give if the data I wish to retrieve also works offline, like arriving at NAIA doesn't guarantee data right. Latest update of data should always be available offline.

The app is as good as ever, the UI is easy to use and navigate. My concern last time regarding the national ID being cropped was addressed kudos to the developers. I just wished this app has a "Dark Mode" feature as well as the option to change the registered emai address and phone number without requesting to delete the account first as this is can be very inconvenient. There are other ways for sure to do this change request without compromising security. Please add other IDs in this app ASAP.

The service is slow, lagging, you can't go back to what you were doing if you missed clicked. Also it's repetitive. Instructions are sometimes not clear. Also once you get the qr code, and there is an option to download it. But you can't even click the hyperlinks. It's just asks you to immediately go back to home. Then you have to repeat the whole thing. There are so many features that are difficult to use. Like you can't even edit your name or profile picture in the personal information.

It appears that this app/website is quite vulnerable to hacking. I'm afraid that all personal data I have submitted have been compromised. My only concern at the moment is how to delete completely all traces of personal info I have uploaded upon registration to various government services included in this platform. What a mess!!!

I encountered an issue with my digital national ID. Following a recent update, my ID seems to be inaccessible. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover it due to misplacing the receipt containing the QR code. While obtaining the digital ID initially enhanced my sense of security, its current inaccessibility is concerning. update: Things are running smoothly after the new update. Nice one.

This app is typical "pretty to look at" but actual functionality is horrible. First off it has two "American" categories without identifying which is US or Minor Islands so it is a game to apply either or till correct is seen in next screen. Then, cannot even get past the passport verification, a perfect picture dozens of times still yields incomplete auto-fill and failure to verify. To top it off, cannot go back to main menu after info inputed so had to uninstall.

One of the worst applications I have ever dealt with. Entering your information is like trying to carve it on a rock with your finger nails; it doesn't take it. When it does take your information, then it is invalid. I travel there for business and have already registered an account, but still have issues as it does not recognize my login credentials when I try to login for new trips. Plainly said, it is horrible as if a second grader created it.

Terrible app. Decided to try to use the app because they online website was also awful and difficult to use. But on the app, I keep selecting "United States of America", but the app keeps auto-selecting "United States and Minor Outlying Islands". Editing information is also impossible. For something as important as immigration and entry to other countries, this should have a more reliable interface.
