I like this app overall. it is very useful. My bills are paid by the delivery date. I can see what's been spent and where. A few more details would be helpful. I would give it 5 stars if all my accounts could be accessed under the same login and I had the option to choose from any of my accounts as opposed to logging into each account separately. In addition, the search option could be better or users could be provided information on how to se EECU's their search feature for better results.

I like this app overall, but 1) on overdrafts, I can't determine the payoff balance until ive made pymt, 2) when auto/scheduled payments go through, they show as paid, or I get payment received msg, but transactions dont show sometimes for >2 days. Why so long? 3) check deposit has unnecessarily difficult photo acceptance standards, claims the corners are folded when the image clearly shows 4 unfolded corners. more time to get photos accepted than driving for in person dep. unhelpful.

The app does not list any part of your account, or account name (if edited), only "Checking" or "Savings", making it impossible to know which account you are accessing if you have multiple accounts. Customer Service via telephone is nice, but unable to actually do anything - you have to make an appointment at the branch, which they don't always honor. Also - my accounts list NO history for 6 months in the app. Clearly multiple issues. I do NOT recommend this app, or this bank.

Decent app, but no version of it for the Moto x 3rd gen. I have to use a separate phone to manage my account. Also credit card transactions don't show up for several days after, even though the amounts are in their database. If you go into one of their branches they can tell you exactly what's processing on your card, but they haven't made a version of the app that shows it in real time

Using this app has made ALL the difference in my banking abilities! I love being able to see all my transactions, I can deposit checks, transfer money, and I am VERY HAPPY with the service as well. UPDATE 1-28-2022 I still love being able to bank whenever and wherever I want. I can check balances and be on top of all my finances. Good job EECU!

Not sure what is going on with this app but I have forgotten my password and I tried reseting it a number of times with no luck. They keep sending the automated call so that I can retrieve a temporary password and once I enter it, the app tells me "unable to access this information" and "session has timed out" even though I followed the steps within a minute or less.

So reliable, love the quick access feature. Occasionally, maybe every other month, it will not allow me to login for a hour or two and prompts a "please try again later" message. Could be maintenance but (again thx eecu) they're really great about giving you the heads up so no sé. Even easier not to miss it with the new megaphone notification icon.

The moblie app easy to use but I would like to see a balance of the account as i am making payments. Then on the home screen, i would like to see something similar. I would like to see the beginning balance less all the pending payments then the available balance. This would help to prevent with over drafting the account.

I have changed my rate from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐. The app will show double charges when there isn't. It won't show charges for a week sometimes (knowing the vendor has processed their transactions prior). Noot being able to log in, or logging in and as soon as I scroll down to look at transactions it tells me the app has timed out for inactivity. I have uninstalled it twice now. Going for a third time.

Simple layout and easy to use. Fingerprint access is a + as well. Couple minor issues I can remember, like the "common" information(routing/account#/etc.) being concealed to much. Also the app at times(say <10%) does lag/hang, however that may be other issues like connection or setting or my Droid OS/settings. Overall pleased, would recommend 👌

The basic functions are nice, but I have two grumbling issues--timeout length is too short, and the phone verification at login each time gets annoying, especially when I'm in a pinch. It does what it'a supposed to do, but it takes an extra while to log in and it boots you too quickly. It gets really annoying trying to do the bills when I turn to look at the phone and they've logged me out.

08/2024 edit: Changed from 1/5 to 5/5 ads have disappeared. 01/2024:The most recent update added ads to your balance page. Used to be a perfectly fine banking interface. it does everything I want it to, and had a clean UI. I loved that it wasn't trying to sell me something like most other banking apps, but now it is. Remove the ads. Or add an option to.

Incredibly frustrating my card was locked after paying all my bills and was flagged as suspicious activity. App won't load up to access card controls. Called the service number talked to two people who both assured me that it was now unblocked but when I went to deposit my check the ATM is still stating that it's blocked. Called services again and now they're asking for the specific account number which doesn't even show on the app. Beyond annoying and frustrating.

One Plus 6T smart phone. Not only is it a fantastic credit union to bank at, but it has a fantastic, easy to use, and convenient app for all E.E.C.U. users. Makes banking, transfers, and deposits a breeze. Also love the purchase rewards feature. Add available stores, restaurants, and other businesses to your card and get cash back for doing your regular shopping at those locations in store and online through the link provided! Excellent bank and app! **Update**still awesome on Samsung Galaxy S5.

This app does everything I need it to do (& I'm sure can do much more)! Only negative is capturing the back of a check when making a mobile check deposit. It focuses and snaps the front of the check in a couple of seconds, but nothing happens for 30-60 seconds when I try to get the back side. No messages; it just shows me the check in the frame. Then, when I'm thinking of just driving to an ATM, it suddenly does the "3-2-1" countdown & snaps the shot. Everything else works.

Completely tanked. This app used to be perfect but I have not been able to log in. It said I didn't have connection to the Internet which is wrong because all my other apps connect to the Internet including chrome. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and it told me my credentials were wrong. Fine. I reset my password but when I entered all the info that change button would not light up to make the change. It said all the criteria was met. Whatever the hell they did is ridiculous.

It's impossible to check statements or anything. Once logged into app, you can try pressing view statements but it would never load and by chance you do, it says error. Needs a lot of improvement with speed, easier programs listing, easier view for extra points for rewards, and overall everything. Might need to take business else where they actually keep you up to date with your statements and overall banking experience.

I like most aspects of this app. However, it is very frustrating to deposit checks. It does not take good pictures of the check. I have been unable to deposit some checks due to this. I have no problems with this on my Bank of America app. The Bank of America app also let's you view your balance quickly without logging in. I am hoping that the EECU app will get this convenient feature soon.

Horrible app! Outdated security confirmations, always having to call the phone. Why not send a text? They call and give you a temporary password through the phone and when you log in with that passcode, they call the same number again to ask you to verify the log in. And when you do verify, they ask you to change your password. Using the temp password.. Why??!

The app works as intended for some of your basic account access requirements. Glitches when login in to view balance. Always have to hit try again or log out and log back in to view my balances now. You really don't have too many options when you're in the app to put in a request to reverse NSF fee(s). Including filing a claim for any of the transactions for that matter. I would like to be able to dispute a charge within the app or even the web interface if at all possible.
