I recommend against renting cars with eDreams. A day before my flight they notified me there was an error on their side. I booked a car with all insurance fees included, but now I'm expected to pay additional fees for the insurance. Effectively, the price for my car rental just doubled (or more). They called me at 3am to notify me about this. I'm trying to contact them and will update my review if they end up covering the mandatory car insurance costs.

Beware, if you buy a ticket, you will be locked in a prime membership that you can't get rid of. This app is totally scam. After buying a ticket 2 years ago, they signed me up for a membership without any prompting. They charged my credit card 60$ without permission. I was trying to figure out how to cancel the premium membership for a year untill they renewed the membership again and charged me another 60 bucks. Customer service is horrible. They put me on hold for over 40 minutes and hang up.

This is a total SCAM!!!! I booked for 2 and they set me with 2 different airlines. My flights were canceled one way and its been over 3 months and they can not assist me. I called the airline and they can book me on another flight because edreams wouldn't cancel the first one. Now I'm stuck with canceling the other one way ticket and paying additional fees and Edreams says they have nothing to do with this. I have to contact each airlines. Not to mention you can't reach a human.

The first time I used this app, it was a breeze. The second time, it was a different experience. A lot of hidden charges that are not explained and charged at the end. Both airline tickets and rental car charges. Will never use this app again. And I will not recommend it to anyone. Beware of their offer to be a "Prime Membership", cancellation of this service difficult. It's like they did this on purpose.

DON'T DO IT! Bought a room with "free cancellation". Needed to cancel, they took my request. 3 months and several contacts with their "customer service" by chat, email, phone and kept being told this was processing. "You will receive an email in 24-48 hours" Now being told that actually there was no free cancellation policy with the hotel. And they are keeping 100% of the room fee. Of course they were banking on it being past the date which I can dispute the charge with the credit card company.

This app, actually the entire service is terrible. They pressure you into hurrying up and booking your trip by saying that the price will increase soon if you dont. Which confused me into signing up for a subscription and recurring payment that i didn't need. Also they tried to get me to pay extra for carry-on and to select which available seat i wanted. All of which was free on the American Airlines page. Very unhappy with my experiences with this booking agency. Be careful what you pay for

Per edreams cancelation policy I tried without success to do so. First it was a 404 error page. Then a msg. to go directly to airlines. What a horrible app and experience. The booking error was because of edreams. Now I am having to dispute the booking with my credit card. I tried reaching out minutes after the mistake. To no avail I'm now stuck with their charges and charges for the other purchase I had to make. Their app is useless for CS issues. Don't use edreams. They are worthless.

This app is horrible. The charged me for an extra ticket, didn't refund it within 7 to 10 days (like they said they would), more like 3 weeks almost. And after my trip they charged me an extra $60 dollars for some flight I never scheduled, and currently still on hold with them for oven an hour. If I could do a negative rating, this is where it'd put it.

This is ridiculous. Website has buttons to "manage your trip" which just lead you to download this app, which is a waste of time, none of the buttons for managing your trip work. I don't know if ordering functions work, because I will never order a trip from eDreams again after this experience (they say "free change" if you order a more expensive flight, but then they can't fulfill the change without a change fee because evidently that's where their profit is?

Unfortunately for as easy it is to find a good flight modifying it is not as easy as it is portrayed. And getting a hold of customer service is very very difficult. Using the chat I've experienced the number of difficulties such as miscommunication despite re-explaining. Waiting over the phone for a representative has taken me over 50 minutes with an unpleasant hang up on their end. I want to love this app because it is easy to look at flights but many of the promises are not what they seem.

Useless garbage app! Constant bugs and glitches "Something happened and we can't continue with this booking. Please repeat your search or try a new one." Keep having to go back and start the process over at various stages because this message appears CONSTANTLY. Deleted and booked my flight with a different app. Pass on this trash - don't even waste your time or the memory on your phone.

THIS IS A SCAM! They will charge you for eDreams Prime forever and never let you cancel it. Their ONLY contact is through a long distance call, where a bot will waste your money and require a booking reference (even though none is required to become Prime). Sending feedback results in an automated email saying nobody supervises that channel any more; attempting to cancel the subscription just leads back to calling long distance to the UK. I've tried to contact them for months to cancel my Prime.

Worthless! I decided to use this frustrating, unhelpful app to book a flight. God forbid if you need to change something. I paid for the additional option to make a change, but I've been waiting 4 days for them to confirm my changes. It's impossible to contact customer service. Only a stupid chatbot tries to assist. You cannot get questions answered. They hide their phone number. A Google search finds 2 different numbers, but neither work. They are quick to grab your money, but not to help.

Total waste of time. "Something happened and we can't continue with this booking" all the time after filling out all the details. Then when trying to contact their "team," you get asked if you have a booking number before you can be switched to an agent and there is just one option- Yes I do and you have to specify it. What a junk of an app and service!

Scam app. Use at your own peril! My wife apparently booked me a Sprit flight through here. And it was no cheaper than any other carrier's site. My flight was three weeks ago. Buying a ticket through them automatically makes you create a "prime account" and authorizes a $70 charge three weeks later in the fine print. Now, to cancel this absolute BS, they claim you can do it online! That is BS. All cancelation links lead to a phone number you are forced to call to cancel it!

To put the date of birthh, i had to go back clicking 54 years X 12 Months; you do the math, how many times i had to click to reach my birth date on your dummass app. It's really embarrassing. Change the input system!! Otherwise... all good. But, again, i wanna book accommodation near the airport to get the next day flight. I guess many people do this and need this option. But noo, having the airport as the center of my search seems to be really complicated. I have only the city center. Fix it

Total scam! The app will show you a low price and then tell you the price has jumped up 20% "due to high demand" after you put in your credit card details! Even if you exit and search for the same flight again, it will lower the price back to the original rate, even though they won't sell it to you at that price ever. It's false advertising and illegal... I'd also advise against the Prime membership because they make it nearly impossible to cancel it. Stay away.

WARNING ⚠️ I had to book twice because this site/app keeps changing the birth date and names for my flights. We all know if that info is incorrect, TSA won't let you fly. Luckily I bought the option to get a refund but it's only 80% and YOU CAN ONLY USE IT IN THE APP!!! You can't access it from the site. Even then it indexed our birthdays backwards by one day. It cost more to correct it than the tickets. I'm done with these guys!!!

Bought a 'flexible' ticket via eDreams, only to discover the term is misleading. Flexibility means changing/cancelling the entire round trip 24 hours before departure, not just one flight. I attempted to alter my return flight but was denied. No refunds offered for unused flights. The policy lacks transparency, burying crucial terms in hard-to-find links. Extremely disappointing experience.

They never finished booking my first flight to Ireland from France due to "tech difficulties" Unfortunately I had also booked my car rental, hotel, and another flight from Ireland to Norway without difficulties. They can't get me to the initial destination but charged for all the extras without refunds. $$$ most costly mistake of the year. No customer service.
