両親がよく上京してくるのでその時はいつも使ってます。渋谷近辺はロッカーがいつも埋まっているのでとても助かっています。

Pretty good user experience, saved us during G7 Summit when Kyoto coin lockers were unavailable. Worked offline well enough.

Its easy to use at first, but the app is not working now, it keeps hanging and closing by itself.

Perfect app for those travelling to Japan. Used it a number of times to store parcels or un-needed baggage while moving about.

Had a good experience using it during our last stay in Japan. Useful when you check out of your hotel early and will check in elsewhere in the evening and don't know what to do with your luggage.

Very helpful and quick customer support. Intriguing business concept. Makes your travels a lot easier if you bought a lot of stuff.

SMS doesn't reach American phones , can't validate account , won't accept cash. Poorly coded app. Even if SMS reaches your phone the code is not accepted and page errors come up destroying your travel experience. They probably expect you to validate and create accounts in your home country. Poor design, customer- unfriendly.

I found it to be really helpful. I was travelling between cities in Japan. It shows both stations/lockers, and various other locations (so of which were other businesses).

Edited: received good assistance from customer service for my issue. Very helpful. Price is listed, but when checking out you are charged more without any warning. Customer service claims that pricing has changed, but the info in the app has not been updated.

App wouldn't let me create a profile. Once I did this through the web and logged in to the app, it demanded a phone number before letting me navigate anywhere else. When I entered my Australian phone number it sent a OTP to my mobile, which I obviously can't receive as I'm currently in Japan, and I'm using a data only eSIM. Turns out I can't use the service at all. Wish I hadn't wasted so much time trying.
