I booked a cab for someone who visited us from abroad for a pickup from the airport. All went well. By, it would be very helpful, if we can track the ride as it goes. To know when is close to, or arriving at the destination. I could only track it before the actual ride Edit: A lot of issues. Not possible to write here. Please mail me and I will explain.

Doesn't work. Didn't receive any text message with a code to activate the app. Tried using my girlfriend's number too and also didn't work.

Advertising lower prices via app. False. Same prices as calling in. Booked a cab in advance by 40 mins. Late by 10 mins. Just gonna call in from now on. Much better experience when calling in. Edit: I never mentioned that wait times affected price. Simply that the price was in fact higher then when I have called in. I have been charged 13euro when called in and the app charged me 14. That was nothing to do with wait time. The company is good guys, but don't use the app. It literally dispatched a cab that was in the Zebbug AT THE TIME IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE in Hamrun. I can understand traffic and everything, but when you book in advance and the cab is way late and the app doesn't even give you a heads up that your cab is going to be so late, that's a fail on the developers side. This was an easy uninstall dawg. Don't waste your precious storage space on this app. Call in, they are much easier to deal with on the phone and what they say is always spot on.

The app worked great and quite easy to handle but could be a bit more intuitiv, for ex if you only need to change the pickup time you have to cancel the existing booking and make a new one. Also the first booking I did, I could add a note for the driver but the days after as soon as I added a note the "Confirm" tab was greyed out. This is important when some pickup places are a little hidden or not tourist spots. The drivers, the cars and the ride were very good, on time and pleasant

Very nice concept, easy to book a cab. The app will tell you the pickup time and allows you to track your assigned cab; it also mentions driver name and license number of the car for reference. The app does crash now and then and/or hangs on the maps but i expect them to fix this upon feedback of customers. A integrated e-receipt function would be very welcome for business travellers!! I very much recommend e-cabs, excellent service and friendly drivers!

Mostly very good. Easy to book and drivers are friendly. Always check the price before accepting, prices change drastically when there is reduced availability. Customer Services a very good too. I was charged twice for the same trip in October 22 where my credit card payment payment failed on the app, so I paid cash only to find I was charge on my credit card too. This took a few days to resolve. I have now received my refund. I will still be using them on my next malta trip.

The service itself is excellent, no complaints. I've ordered a ride from the airport to the hotel and back, both times the car was just in time. Tracking of the car is a nice feature too. I have a couple of remarks about the app. You could add a possibility to edit the details of an order. I wanted to add a note for the driver, so I had to cancel and book again. Also I feel that the cancel button when the driver is already on his way is a bit superfluous, I was afraid to press it by mistake.

They decided to charge me a cancellation fee, despite the fact that the cab ordered was driving on a highway headed across the island. Called customer service to request the fee back, and they responded with "you should have called us in the moment". Yeah okay, sorry, I didn't get the user manual to follow through on the procedure. Not only were they rude and not understanding over the phone, but they also failed to see that I've been a loyal rider for a couple of years now. What incompetence.

It is a ride hailing app, and that aspect works fine. But for some reason they use the app notifications for marketing purposes with no option presented to opt out of that. This is not something that should be allowed. Please fix it.

Changed from 1 to 3 star cos I tested this and realized that the price hike was indeed due to dynamic pricing becoming bonkers at certain times and routes of the day. There is an overall increase in base prices even during previous checks I've made but it looks less like a retaliation against Malta govt's recent legislation enforcement and more of an imbalance, maybe caused by a sudden shift in market? Unfortunately still went from barely affordable to completely not worth it.

Avoid at all costs. I'm on a vacation and got charged because the app was unable to recognise my location. It sent the cab somewhere else. I had precise location on and the app even says "current location" when u try to find a cab. When I contacted support the agent made me feel stupid implying that I just put in the wrong address. The agent said they can't refund me. Seems like they dont care about their customeorders. I used Bolt afterwards, and there was no issue finding me.

The service is decaying a lot in the last year. Not enough cars Don't complying with the pre schedule reserves of the previous day Drivers that don't move or go to opposite directions for 5, 10 minutes waiting for customers cancel the trips and then overcharging fees to the clients unfairly without even having in the app the option to dispute this charges

Estimated waiting times are horribly wrong. App said 6 minutes, in fact it was more than 15 minutes that I had to wait. And no, changing traffic is no excuse, the app could update, but doesn't. It does count down the minutes, but every app-minute lasts 3-4 real minutes. Competitors are way more precise and reliable.

Generally very good, only downside is sometimes the closest driver you see isn't the closest after confirming the ride. Typical example twice now a car said 6 minutes away, then on confirming the pick up it shows a different driver and 20+ minutes as they are currently on a drop-off. FAQ shows cancelling a ride after dispatch incurrs a few. Hence the 4*

The app works, drivers are reliable, customer service is excellent, BUT cabs are just too expensive. They used to have great loyalty program rewards, including a free ride after a certain number of points, but they gutted those rewards down to just €5 off for the same points, while prices have seemingly gone up. Not worth it, I'm switching to Bolt.
