The app sometimes closes down at will. Luckily any undertaken trips/jobs don't reset and cause major issues.

I have problem to update with latest update, even I try to uninstall and install again app but every time I try is downloading old version of app which I already had.

Have to choose fleet car everytime, takes longer to log in so other apps usually logged in first ( Bolt and Uber). Navigation not so user friendly, no realtime client location as in Uber and Bolt ...

Please try to improve your app.I work with all the three driver apps available in malta & the experience with ecabs is the worst.I only use ecabs during the off season & even I wish to use the app during the season the application gets hang.Even after picking up the customer it shows " the driver is waiting " on customers application.The prototype of the app itself is behind ages.

PLEASE CHANGE THE LOG IN-LOG OFF BUTTON. IT'S DAMN COMPLICATED AND DOESN'T WORKS PROPERLY. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, LOOK AT THE COMPETITION APPS. AND PLEASE, DON'T MAKE ME TO CHOOSE A VEHICLE EVERY TIME I DO ONLINE, BUT LEAVE IT AT THE LAST CAR USED BY DEFAULT. IF I NEWD TO CHANGE IT, I'LL DO IT. THANKS!!!!!

after the last upade app crashes, nonstop saying something is wrong, to close the trip there is a problem, saysshift is finnished and goes offline bybitsels even thoughthere were no TRIP. I can't see my earnings and score!!!! using it any longer until they fix it. Disaster & Nightmare!!!! FIX IT.... Latest update v7.2.2.5, SAME PROBLEM!
