Absolutely horrified by my recent experience! I ordered two "Buy One, Get One Free" items and only received one item for each offer. The worst part? The customer service executive has completely failed to initiate a refund or provide any resolution. This is outrageous and unacceptable! I feel cheated and incredibly frustrated. This app has let me down in the worst way possible. Avoid at all costs!

Very disgusting app and organization, can't deliver food on time, don't have proper delivery management, assigns the delivery partner which is very far away from the restaurant, delivered food after 2 hours for the distance of 1.5km. And also app does not work properly always lags while surfing on it.

I used to be a regular customer of this app, but after my recent order of Fasoos wraps, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. The wraps were all cold and tasted old, and to top it off, after eating them, my stomach started hurting, and I ended up vomiting. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I expected better quality and service from them.

Delivery Agent claimed that he knocked the door, but none of my roommates heard any sound, also he didn't call. I got the call from costumer service to call the delivery partner. When I called he asked me to cancel the order. I did and then the app removed my cash on delivery option because of the recent "behaviour". Highly unprofessional and unethical step

This app is far better than Zomato and Swiggy✨💫 Reasons- • The moment I placed my order after 5 minutes a delivery person was assigned whereas on Swiggy and Zomato it took so many minutes just to assign • The app showed the timings as to when will the delivery person reach my location and it instead reached a few minutes early whereas on zomato and Swiggy it took more than the exact time for my order to come • i honestly enjoyed hot food & pn Zomato/Swiggy my food rarely comes hot

Was a good app. But now it's gone downhill. The restaurant keeps raising cancelling request by making false claims. Just now it claimed its raining even though it's sunny out there or by claiming. 2 days ago, it claimed that the area is not safe for rider even though I have had hundreds of orders over the past 4 years without any issue.

Would really appreciate it if you included Wendy's as well in your list of restaurants. Also, please don't restrict us to just one outlet. Often, there are other outlets within the same proximity, but only one of them is allowed to deliver when ordering from this app, and I would rather not order from that outlet since they have been trying to cheat me for a couple of years now, one way or another.

App used to be awesome with great deals but lately it's been glitching a lot, many items appear available for ordering but disappear when I go to the cart, and I have to add my location manually even though I've saved the location, it makes me save the same location for every order, and on top of that the deliveries took 20-25 mins but now it takes more than an hour, very annoying, it's slowly getting worse and worse, very disappointed, will never suggest anyone to use this app

Everytime I ordered, I got cold food , food is very expensive in eat sure , and before I can use surepoints but now I'm unable to use surepoints as they are giving some useless silver and gold passes in the exchange of surepoints.

80+ cities are covered by you, but not Guwahati! Well, to know whether the capital of a state is covered under this app or not, you need to install the whole app and then checking it is developer's clever step to show huge numbers of downloads! What you will get out of it, cause no one gonna like this and your rating is gonna go down regardless of downloads..

Pathetic customer support. If you cancel the order post 1 min then refund will not be provided. Not sure who would be dumb enough to cancel order if refund is not required and who was dumb enough to put the cancel option on app if refund is not issued. No intimation about the same was prompted while cancelling and customer service employee was in love with the pre-defined tempelate.

Worst app ever. I live in a city, yet can't assign a delivery rider. It's been 1 hr 30 mins and still there no sign of my order, not is there any option to cancel. Help option promises me to connect to an executive, but no executive has arrived for a long time.

Great app in terms of cost effective, delivery, query. Little bit improvement required interms of UI and more vendors. Hope it doesn't become like other other major brands that only costs your pockets and less decision making.

Totally disappointed and worst customer service. Orders are getting delivered late, and food is getting cold and stale. There was a time where I used to advertise everyone about how good the app and food is. Now no more. Customer service only gives copy paste statements.

I am rating in minus TBH.😡 I ordered at late night but cancelled that order within minute as it was a wrong order. They charged me 100% cancellation fees, which is utter nonsense. They take about an hour to process order but charged 100% for cancellation. An order, which was mistakenly placed, was cancelled within a minute; how ethical it is for you to charge me 100% for human error? We are not bots OK. I tried to place fresh order within 3 minutes after cancellation but restaurant was closed.

The app neither shows the user expected delivery time before placing the order, nor does it allow user to cancel order even within 2 mins of placing the order. Even their delivery system is pathetic. After showing the estimated time to be less than 30 mins, my order didn't arrive even after an hour and still they don't take responsibility to atleast allow user to cancel the order. Pathetic!!! Don't order from this app unless you are getting it for free.

This app has reached the peak of incompetence! The payment page always gets stuck, the driver's location on the map is inconsistent, there's no way for me to connect with the driver, and they're taking my food back! The support staff are the most unhelpful I've ever encountered. Zomato’s service is far superior—I’m uninstalling this worthless app right now!" Just wasting my time and appetite at 1 in the night.

The food is good. Please separate the food and the delivery rating. The delivery partners want a good rating in front of them and you cannot rate them without rating the food you have not touched yet. Please do something because I don't like to give dummy ratings to food without even trying it. I understand that it is important for the delivery partners to have a good rating, therefore a speration of the 2 ratings would be better. This is very bad experience for me.

Placed an order for the first time. It didn't arrive even after 1.25 hour from a restaurant that is 2.7 kms away. Had to cancel. The app says refund completed, but I didn't get the refund in my bank account. Placed second order, it took them 45 minutes to deliver it from a restaurant that's merely 2 kms away. I mean I could get it from the restaurant myself on foot in that much of time.

1) I had not seen the Waste app till now.We are unable to locate our favorite restaurants and just the eateries they have chosen to display. 2) They stated that you can request the deletion of your account, but I am unable to do so because the "looks good" option is the only one displayed in the profile section at the bottom of the page. In FAQs I agree that Swiggy and Zomato are superior, as someone mentioned in a review. Where are the restaurants listed on Swiggy and Zomato?
