had ordered it from zomato earlier, now directly downloaded this app. the food is nicely hot on delivery which I hadn't expected, since I'd ordered butter chicken with rice, the quantity was great and the gravy was more better than expected just like how I'd want it to be, usually we get gravy or chicken less than the rice, but this truly impressed me. then the coupon codes and offers this app provides us wonderful. budget friendly as well, compared to other food delivery apps. loved it.

Many times very late , takes around 1.5 hours to deliver. One driver delivers to multiple locations causing further delay to already delayed order. We think order is near by , but, he keeps on revolving nearby locations and finally delivers super cold order after wooping 1+ hours. Eatclub keeps on increasing your delivery time till it's actually delivered. For example : initially if it shows delivery time as 30 min , even after 1 hour shows 30 min. No easy way to contact customer support.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. Ordered from one of the restaurants available on the platform and it has been more than 2 hours the food delivery still shows 4 mins. When called the delivery person he said the outlet has cancelled the order and the order is coming from a different outlet. If the outlet is cancelling the order why do you accept in the first place? Not able to reach the customer service as well. No one is going to use it if this is how you are going to operate.

this app is a scam. while ordering food from here, it showed me delivery time as 15 minutes then delayed and then abruptly showed that the food has been delivered whereas there was no delivery. there is no way you can contact the customer care. they just provide a number from an automated voice bot and I waited for 20 minutes and no one responded to my call. even the delivery agent didn't respond to my call. Worst app.

this is the worst app. If I had the option I would have given a zero especially to its customer care. There's no one actually to resolve the issue but a chat bot who repeats the same thing. I ordered ice cream and estimated delivery was within 20 minutes , now it's been more than 45 min and they are still extending the time and still preparing my order, how the hell do you prepare ice cream. I swear this is the last time I ever ordered from you, I don't know If I could even get a refund.

Their service is ridiculous, many times the order is prepared and there is no one to deliver.....this state remains for at least 1 hour and if you don't do something yourself it may remain like this forever. There is also no option to contact customer care, and if luckily we get their number we have to wait 15 minutes just to get an answer back.

The app is pathetic. I ordered ice cream for home delivery. I am staying 500 meters from the restaurant. I got a call as my item was sold out (although app was showing the item is available) I was suprised to see my order was converted to a takeaway instead of delivery without my consent. i followed up and ensured delivery. The support is pathetic and they only are trained to apologize without actually helping you. Worst and mismanaged stuff. The order took an hour (mind you my place is 500m)

This is the worst food delivery app, orders are never on time and the customer service contacts are absolutely useless. There's no way you can actually track your order as the app doesn't show the correct estimated delivery time, and the cancellation policy is terrible. I've always received orders after 1.5 hrs of placing the order even if the eta is 25-30 minutes and the restaurant is nearly 5 minutes away. Ridiculous app, I'd rather prefer to spend a bit more for a better service.

at first if I get any complaints of the food they use give me credit points. and when I use those they give me the worst food with no quantity, half cooked meat and everything . this happened with me for several times as I lost about 800 to 900 rs from me expecting it to get the quality I got in very first times and another thing is without using any credit points if we order with full amount they will give the best food. Then please tell me what's the point of these credit points.

I started using EatClub as a student because it offered affordable meals. I stopped using all other apps and relied fully on EatClub. But over time, they added a trick—now you can't order food below ₹200. If I have to spend that much, I might as well use other apps with coupons for better deals. Sadly, this defeats the purpose. So I'm switching. Take care, EatClub.

I found the prices to be slightly more competitive, perhaps due to less selection of restaurants. But then you lose out on several aspects of the ordering itself: the customer service is pathetic, there could be no time-guarantees, if you have any issues with the order, you are on your own. Better to stick to known competition.

Stay away from this app. All automated text support with no option to get in touch with a person. 1. Oh we put your order as a part of multi delivery so it will take atleast 50 mins to get your foood. No optio to cancel, no option to contact support. 2. Your food is running late and can't get in touch with delivery driver. Sorry not their problem. No support available. Shameless company providing stale food to its customers with over 30 mins delays almost everytime.

I had a highly disappointing experience with my first order itself. The food arrived is not the food I ordered. Additionally, with this issue of wrong items delivered, there is poor customer service when contacted. When I contacted customer support, the response was unhelpful and no resolution. I urge people to think twice before they use EAT CLUB for food ordering.

Eat club used to be a good app in terms of delivery, food taste, customer service etc. but that's not the scenario in recent times. Today I was ordering some stuff where they asked me to add extra items in the cart worth ₹249. My cart value was already 160+. And the reason they gave was "due to the surge in order" I mean guy's that's your concern not ours. Idk, is it any business strategy or what!

Terrible first experience. I placed my first order using a paid subscription a day in advance, and it was delivered 2–3 hours late. Had to make multiple calls to support—got a couple of responses, then they stopped answering completely. Had to arrange food from outside for guests. Requested cancellation and refund, but no response to emails or calls. Extremely unprofessional. Not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid this app.

This app is beyond 3rd class, I used the app for the first time and had the worst experience. The delivery guy was unable to find the location of my house even though I stay on the main road. On top of that the customer support never gets connected and the app doesn't allow you to cancel the order at any cost, and it spills that its wastage of food, have I taken the full responsibility of "The food wastage program", they provide pathetic service. I suggest never order from them never

the food and everything is really good. great customer service, fast delivery, etc. the only thing holding it back is the unnecessary minimum order value being 250 due to so called "order surge" which is somehow going on 24/7 ? even at midnight. honestly, it doesn't make people order more. it makes them find alternatives to the app. thank you

Worst application, zero customer support, no time accuracy, waited 1 hour and 15 mins to get my order and the place is 1 km away from my place. For customer support, they just have a chat bot which just updates the time again and again. Worst experience ever buying from this platform. edit 1: messaged on the number provided, no response, shows your intent on solving customer problems.

I had placed an order successfully while the app was functioning normally, but it was unexpectedly cancelled due to a technical error on your end. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact your customer care team four times, but my calls went unanswered. This lack of support during a time-sensitive situation is extremely disappointing, especially when I was relying on the order. worst customer service

I've been using EatClub for a while now, and it’s absolutely amazing! The flat 30% off on every order with no terms and conditions is unbeatable.
