This app actually worked with my 12years old dvr. Iam very happy with that. I tried many apps in playstore. But it didn't work. One and only app for old dvr is easy viewer pro.

I got one of the biggest phones on the damn market and can't even barely see the the picture on my phone unless iview 1 at a time why does it need to show which Camry year on twice it has it down at the bottom left corner and streaming across the top of it worthless information that takes up viewing area

How do I turn off the internet retry tone played every time internet/wifi disconnected even when the app is not in use? This is very annoying when you get on a call and your mobile network drops and then the tone is played until 10 sec non stop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The only time I have been able to view my cameras was the day they were put in. Even then I had to close and reopen the app multiple times in order for the video to show up. Haven't been able to view them from my phone since.

1.Always face problems whenever I started the app. Always shows "connection failed". 2. When you delete a saved video then it starts a endless buffering just after deleting the video. And no function works.

This is a great app but has bugs. The app works great for live video however trying to watch a recording is a pain. It's very buggy and does not works 15 percent of the time. Fix the playback and it's worth 5 stats

It's a best app for super fast connectivity to your cctv. But it sometimes didnot connect to the cctv only for very less network issue. This app should be updated and must have not problem in connectivity.

Guys, really? Pobably the most important function this app has, the one to search for footage, does not work as it should? I mean choosing a specific time is impossible, as it is to choose for motion, etc. Get a grip and do a proper update please.

As per my use, it's so helpful, I can take pictures and recording video, and if I have more options in my own camera, I think I can record voice also as per application options, thank you, I so happy with this application, and we looking forward for more features.

As an installer of cctv, most apps work perfect. But does depend on make of system fitted. But this app for Spro cctv systems is not fit for purpose. All customers complaining of not being able to watch playback.. So will not be fitting this system anymore. Will stick with Hikvision, as far better app to use and No complaints from customers.. So unless you can update your app, so people can actually use it for what it is intended. I will not be recommending it..

Used to work perfectly, but now it's constant crashing when trying to change settings, and it doesn't save the settings... Tried it on another phone that uses android 8 and it's works fine there, but not with Android 9. Edit.. may have found a fix, I've turned off the UI settings and it's working again

Contrary to many coments, I actually love this app. It works seamlessly. I think it's just that many don't know how to set it up correctly and that's why they have issues with it. I suppose detailed instructions could certainly go a long way but this app works for me especially when I'm away overseas. I can clearly see all my cameras at home.

Searching for a video is horrible. Videos don't even have thumbnails to aid in searching. You can't download saved videos basically can only screen record to save them. I have a bunch of videos I need. I have to watch every one of them individually just to save them.

Only thing works is live video stream That also doesn't work many times when you're on mobile data, fails many times even on wifi issue that makes this app pretty useless, as others also pointed out - there's no easy way to select time slots for old video playback, no option to download on mobile, no option to find/delete saved videos on HDD!

App needs a revamp. It's certainly not user friendly. You do need to play around with the app to learn about the features. The user states there is an option to change Time Zones, however there is no option so the time on the camera is out of sync which is most important. Unless I'm using Wi-Fi, the camera won't connect via Data Usage. Terrible. Which means you can't view any live feeds unless you have Wi-Fi. Camera's work and recently setup the motion. Able to playback footage.

Functionality, the app is quite good. But, the camera (Dahua)​ interface firmware needs some work to improve connectivity when the camera is being used on a system where the ISP uses CG-NAT, doesn't have port forwarding and blocks incoming connections. Very often it takes multiple failed attempts to make connection. Significant improvement is possible as the Govee devices on the same network are virtually 100% available immediately externally. This is a significant shortcoming.

I was looking for another app that worked with Q-See DVR system since the old app Q-See QC View isn't supported anymore. I still have it working on my phone, but not workable on an iphone. I tested it both on a Galaxy S22 and Iphone 15. If you don't know your info to the DVR system, it may be difficult for someone to setup. Fortunately, I had all the info including IP address, port, username, and password. Everything worked just as the old app and even better.
