Much better interface before the update. It was also easier to start and update parking. They just added more clicks and sub-menus, not to mention that it looks worse than it did before.

I shouldn't have to provide my mobile number to try out the app. I can understand for when a payment needs to be made, but it shouldn't be mandatory when trying to launch the app. Do you provide your home mailing address when walking into a store to see what it's like? No? Then why do you require people's personal details when they want to see the app?

Just downloaded the app and there is no option for parking with a Canadian phone number? I have reinstalled the app four times given all necessary permissions and tried this on two different devices and still still there's no access to Canadian parking. App will not advance beyond the second window.

Have never had an issue with the app before. Except I just logged on to use it today, and it said that my session has expired and wouldn't let me start a new session. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times now, but it won't let me put in the verification code that it sends me to my phone.

The app will gladly steal your money even if you are in a free parking area or hourly interval. Because why not? It was obviosuly too complicated for the developers to announce that in a specified zone and interval of tine you don't have to pay since parking is free in that area. Imho this kind of behaviour should be punish for moral reasons, so 1 star I think is too much for this app.

It's great, you can park for the whole 8 or 9 hour day in a 3 hour bay in West Perth now, as long as you use different machines each 3 hour period to pay. Perfect if you dont want to move your car to adhere to the time limits on tbe signs. Haven't had my tyres marked at all since they introduced the app!

guys, please keep increasing coverage with parking agreements across Germany and the Netherlands. all thest, great app. i really like timer functionality and possibility to prolong it with reminders, because in the past in the ParkNow i always could forget to stop parking sessions :))

WARNING: This app is bugged which can lead to tickets. Changing vehicle on an ongoing parking can fail to update properly, leading to you getting incorrect charges due to their app failing to update your information. If you're need to change vehicle on a parking, double and triple check that the app actually updates the info, otherwise EasyPark will happily punish you for their app's flaws.

Nothing about this app is easy. Nothing is clear, there are many more steps than it claims and it doesn't even work. We left the parking and it continued to count as if we were in it. You can use a normal credit card if you find the machine which is also cheaper. Don't use the app.

Absolute nightmare, seems like the developer used 0 logic while creating the application. It was raining and the parking ticket machine was out of order. I tried this application and it says invalid license plate and blocked my account for 10 minutes. I am not illiterate to enter wrong number plate I waited for 10 minutes and later it says calls us, who has this kind of time. Just simply let us take the picture of car take the payment and done but no the developer has extra ordinary mind.

Terrific idea for an app. Easy to use. Just wish it alerted me when my set parking time has run out. Update: thanks to the team behind this app. I can set notifications to pop up before my parking runs out. Terrific!

In 2020 I could not pay with Google Pay. Now I can. I parked in Norway yesterday and used Google Pay with a Norwegian Visa card in NOK. The cost was 20 NOK. Today I received a receipt from EasyPark España SLU for 2 €. The final cost after EasyPark converted NOK to € and my bank from € back to NOK was 24 NOK. This is crazy EasyPark!. Account deleted again.

Was fine for the first parking, but then you aren't allowed to use the app without activating a subscription / service fee for any parking outside your 'home town'. As a tourist, this makes the app completely useless after the first session, so obviously not worth it.

Had to register via a sms and then registered a car plate. I had my old expired card already. It let me start a parking with it. Parking spot number in the app was not matching any numbers at the parking machine. Prices in the app were around twice more expensive. No clear indication/notification after session started. I updated my card and got an error but the card in fact got updated. Stopped immediately the session and got charged anyway. Then the app required the sms registration again.

Be careful using this app. I now have a fine for $187 to pay because the app didn't work properly. I have appealed with the parking provided but they rejected it even though I have screen shots of me putting all my details into the app including name, credit card details, rego, etc. and starting the timer. I completely demonstrated attempts to pay but its not good enoughfor an appeal. Note that I pressed start and I think the app freezed which is what caused the problem.

Still unable to use the Android Auto version after a year of issues. Consistently showing "Low GPS accuracy" even when in direct line of sight to the sky. Useless at this point. Also keeps showing a message to 'complete registration' in the phone app when everything has already been setup correctly. Not great at all guys.

Very uncomfortable for travelers. In each country, app switching local language without possibility to be able in English. That's the reason I got big fines from Denmark. I could not understand the content of the app correctly!!! Also impossibile to receive the ticket by email in English. App sending tickets on language of country of first loading. In my case, it is Slovenian. Impossibile to switch the satellite view on the map. It is a big problem if you want to pay up outside of parking.

The app works perfectly, but it got too expensive 🫰🏽, so if you know want to save that extra ±50%, buy the ticket from the machine or use any other app. Also, I don't know how to deactivate that in the highway tolls doesn't charge it automatically, doesn't make me save much time but wasting money. This app is really a cash machine...

The app is decent overall, the location functionality for finding the correct parking zones is quick and easy when compared to other apps. It needs a better reminder that the parking is still running if you drive off though, based on my experience I'm not sure it does this or not, whereas when using PayStay you are notified immediately if you drive off. I'm also not a fan of having to set a parking time for every scenario, you don't have to be precise, but it should be optional.

This app malfunctions 95%+ of the time; it is glitchy, it lags, it is unresponsive, it needs to be closed/ reopened several times every time you use it, and it regularly needs to be uninstalled/ re-downloaded/ re-installed. The functionality of having parking session receipts emailed to you each day NEVER works. The app will regularly confirm that the user has successfully started a new parking session and yet the driver will still be issued with a parking ticket. This is a USELESS app.
