Pathetic app when it comes to customer support . None of the helplines given on their website are accessible. I don't know if they come under STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN regulatory , they should be given hefty fine. Number of times I tried to connect with the customer support representative but in vain , it was same a year back till date. Not recommended at all instead use some bank account at least you can make a complaint about them. Look at you, an auto reply :) That's the level of your support

Pathetic. Isn't the interest amount enough already? I get it if extra amount is added in the outstanding balance if you don't pay the weekly amount. But if I've paid already the weekly amount that is required to repay then why is it not marked as paid?? Neither you deduct weekly amount from the account nor do you accept when one pays it by himself. Instead more interest amount is added to your outstanding balance once the week passes. This is not acceptable. I'm leaving this app.

I am soo done with this app. Unable to login since 3days. Very bad user experience. Atleast let me know why i am locked and allow me to file a resolution or any workflow to reactive the temp locked account. Very cheap development practices in general. Just showing a toast during login 'Your mobile device has accessed more than o...'. Literally, how are you running this business, i am skocked. Moving to more reliable options. Ty ezpaisa for your service. You were no brainer for me. Disappointed

For the past couple of weeks easypaisa has started to deduct amount without any subscription. I made a purchase of a jazz bundle 3, 4 weeks back and paid for my bundle the amount was deducted. But last week I deposited some cash into the easypaisa and they deducted my money with reason that last time I didn't paid for my purchase and today this happened again. I purchased a jazz bundle the amount was deducted but the package is not yet started.

This unauthorized deduction is very concerning and has significantly impacted my trust in the app. I hope the Easypaisa team resolves this issue promptly and ensures it doesn't happen again. Pathetic experience, unable to transfer money to bank account! Stuck they run scam! Extract billions and they money is stuck in their software. Update - They finaly respond back to assist after 4 years. Frankly i forgot what the issue was except they were sucking funds away. I emptied the account and will run it like this.

I have been trying to sign in. They are asking for finger scan, which is disgusting feature, not even working properly. I have been trying for a long time but all in vain. Previously, they just used to ask 5 digit pin code.

During biometric verification the app not properly communicating with camera software, while the fingures are properly placed in green area it's says to move the hand up or down always and not capturing fingerprint, many times tried. Success after 10 x tried, Alhamdulillah.

Height of incompetence, the company does not even have any remedy for their own messes e.g. all of a sudden today my app stopped working and a message was displayed that my account has been blocked for 72 hrs as I have used more than one account on my phone. When I tried explaining this problem to the helpline services, they just simply stated there is no remedy for this, I'll have to wait for 72 hrs. Moreover this problem is insolvable and they can't even register my complaint.

Update 2022: The app is getting worse. Now it takes too much time to run and login. And upon login, you first have to deal with forced pop-up/ads of Easypaisa's offers. Also it forces you to update the app instantly, without any reminders. Like one day you open it and suddenly it will stop working untill you update it. They don't care whether you urgently need the app or don't have Wifi access at the moment. They just wont let you use the app untill you update it.

Took one and half hour, biometric sucks, and I did it because of your "more than one account has been used?" Then I reset the easypaisa app hoping this would solve, but so much biometric verification later, still I can't access account because of "more accounts has been used", But I never used that there is only one account that has been there for years, I need funds I don't know what to do. Worst experience in life... finally I can login, But NOW another issue "HISTORY ISN'T SHOWN/LOADING"😔

I have good experience from past but few days ago I restored My mobile and lost all apps. Upon reinstalling easypaisa app I have asked to give fingerprint verification which I tried too many times according to instructions. Every time system said fingerprint doesn't matched with NADRA. I have a large amount stuck in my account. Senior Management please help me.

It is an overall great app. However, I am facing an issue regarding OTP mechanism. I don't receive OTP message before 30 second. Consequently, verification period gets expired. Ultimately, I can not get to log in. Because, the msg come after due time. And it repeats the same cycle. Further, I have to wait an hour to re-try it. So, there is some issue that needs to addressed. Either, OTP sms system should be fast and efficient or the period of verification i.e. 30 seconds should be extended.

I recently started using this payment app and I am very impressed with its performance. The app is easy to use and navigate, and it has a lot of new updates that keep it running smoothly. I have not experienced any issues with it. Overall, I highly recommend this app. I would like to recommend a feature that if the app have option an for scheduling a payment, a mobile package that will schedule on given time and also have an option for automatic renewal. oh well 5 star from me!

Slow slow slow. Like many apps trying to do multiple things at same time, easy paisa app is a cluttered app with micro fonts and tons of texts and icons. They are trying too hard to look cool but forgot the basic functionality. It's a slow app and requires multiple clicks for the simplest of actions. Want to pay a bill? Get ready to click 10 times to get to a point of paying. Its a bill and cash app, atleast make it simple to do that.

Extremely disappointed with the app and customer care service. The app has been stuck on the biometric verification screen for 10 days, and despite multiple calls to customer support, I've received no clear resolution timeline. As a result, I've been unable to access my account for 10 days. Unfortunately, it seems like Easypaisa is not prioritizing its customers' experience. I would recommend exploring alternative payment options until they improve their service. Don't trust them!
