Used to be such a great currency card, but over last couple of trips so many problems. So will definitely look for another card now. Such a shame

Real problems logging in. I enter credentials but no response. Sometimes restarting device helps, but I shouldn't have to do this.

Been using this app now for well over 5 years Despite being down for a few weeks earlier in the year for upgrades and improvements its easy to login to and navigate around keep up the good work.

What a mistake. I put money in to this app in the thoughts that I would make money, it just ended up costing me money. Not because of exchange rates, because I left my money there for a long period of time and they then charged me because I gave them my money and didn't spend it...

It's a shame that the app never works, but to be honest even if it did work it would be pretty useless as you still have to enter all information manually, no save information or fingerprint options.

Very safe and reliable. I am a regular traveler and have been using this card for years, never had any problems. The app is very functional and clean. The few times I've needed to contact the staff there are very quick, friendly and professional. I recommend this service to everyone.

Slight bug on S8, asks for fingerprint to log-in but password field never stays filled in/remembered....So it fails straight after the fingerprint verification with an incorrect password error. Meaning the password is 'always" rquired to login. Fix this for 5 stars! Now Fixed 5 * given! 👍

The card has great exchange rates but now app doesn't work and hasn't for a couple of weeks. Tried to reset password and it didn't send link despite saying so so can't even log on online now. Customer service only on Mondays to fridays regular days so now it's easter holiday 4 days of no help. Wouldn't like to be relying on this as a primary card.....

Bad. The app just does not work. Totally unusable. Error messages and messages to contact the admin. I don't bother with it anymore I use the beta version on chrome as a workaround. My card expires next summer I will be looking to go elsewhere.

Issues last year in Germany with contactless payments apparently unsuccessful then being charged twice. Resolved promptly by support team but when I logged into account recently discovered one had mysteriously reappeared. Resolved quickly again, but I want something reliable that I don't have to check proactively isn't overcharging me.

Good. I've given this a four star as most times there not a problem and the app does work. Bad Would I recommend this card No, as now evertime it's used in the UK, there a forty pence charge, maybe other cards will soon introduce this fee, but until that day, they are better to use.

Bugs: One Plus 7 Pro. When you select the message incon in the top right corner and then chose to return to main login screen, the screen remains blue and doesn't display the login screen as normal. You need to close the app and reopen to access the login screen again. Frustrating bug but hopefully easy to fix. This is my first time opening app, so I may encounter additional bugs as a One Plus 7 Pro user but I'll message as they occur for hopeful future bug fixes.

This app would be so much better if you could just load the card with international currency in one action. I don't like having to first put GBP into the account and then seperatly having to exchange it. Other FX apps do this as one process. The app is unnecessarily over complecated and although the rates are slightly better than other FX cards I have I will return to using them.

They verified my account 2 years ago, I have been using the services regarding the verified account for over 2 years in comply with terms and conditions without any problem at all, last year first they terminated the Easyfx prepaid card by revealing some kind of reasonings which was so hard to understand, then recently all of a sudden, They terminated the account by only revealing their 3.7 terms and conditions in the contract.. WEIRD.. UNREALIBLE.. Don't risk your money, You can find better one

After 5 months when the app wasn't working I have just logged in and found out that its back on. Then I have checked my statements and found out that there is now service charge of 2£ that wasn't there before. No one informed me and I wasn't even able to log in and find out for half a year when the app wasn't working. THERE IS MANY DIFFERENT FREE TRAVEL CARDS YOU CAN USE, CHOOSE FAIR ONE !

The EasyFX is a good concept and can help us to avoid the banks and local exchange dealers high prices. Some issues I am not using it more often and they can be improved. 1. The rates are high regarding the most direct competition online. After apply, found more 3 better deals online. 2. If used on UK, we need to pay 40p per transaction. In this case I am using my bank card, so not worth to use this card to manage some expenses. 3. The app is constantly breaking or on maintenance. My Backup card

My wife and I spent the last month all over Europe and the EFX cards were excellent. Whether we bought things in Euros or Pounds the cards gave us really tight FX rates, unlike Visa or the banks which take a much bigger spread for transactions in foreign currencies. I also liked the fact that they could only be used with a PIN (no tap) which gave us peace of mind if we lost the card (which we did). Cancelling and replacing the card took 1 minute online. Get one !
