I love this app and gave had it on my tablet for several years. I'm a writer and use it to record scenes or ideas for later review. Easy to use & everything gets saved to the cloud making it easy to send the files if needed. I looked at several others and chose this for the reviews and simple use. The version on the phone was not as intuitive, but that's probably me not having much experience with phone apps. Definitely recommend. It's been a huge help. Thanks!

Super Easy recorder to use, export, and edit. Excellent 👍🏾 for voiceovers. No time limit that I could determine, as my first voice recording was over 15 minutes. And I wasn't bombarded with ADS to "buy" or "upgrade". Some apps literally hijack your recording until you PAY or UPGRADE. So, I appreciated having the ability to at least try the app before being bombarded with pop-ups to rate an app I haven't used! That's so annoying. Its great 👍🏾 so far guys🙏🏾

Loving my experience with this app, so far! I've been having trouble with most apps processing the audio from my USB mic at too low a volume. This app seems to come with a built in mic boost. Super simple interface, and logical options, like allowing you to choose which folder to save to, and a customizable naming scheme for subsequent recordings makes it one of the easiest and most pleasant to use apps I've found. Thanks! PS-Would love to see a volume control bar right on the homescreen!👍😄

Ok, been using this, 'Easy Voice Recorder', free version, for over a year, and it works pretty well. The interface is minimal, but enough to name what you have recorded, or to delete it. If you journal, or make daily notes, or record poetry, you can track what you have created. I find it very useful, even with the ads and reminders to rate the app.

I have really come to depend on this app. I use it to record conference calls during my work so I can go back later and review the details of critical conversations, and to dictate ideas, lists, etc. It's easy, obvious, and records to WAV files that I can edit on my computer. Perfect! UPDATE 1/4/2019: After the least Android update, this app no longer records during phone calls. Still rely on it, though.

I'm going to take an early leap and grant these guys a 5 Star. After a short amount of time and use of the EVR app, I've come to the conclusion that this specific software/tech/app has maximum benefits to maximum people. The benefits vary from a wide range of users and specific needs. EVR works well and is user friendly still having some advanced features for quality sound/recording and playback, as well as some plans/features for things like editing, uploading to cloud, downloading and more.

This is a great app if you're just trying to record what you're thinking or hear how you sound or how an instrument sounds. There aren't any adds unless you want to turn your audio into something else, but that's always optional, which I really appreciate! So overall, my experience with this app has been really good!! I do recommend it if you're looking for a recorder.

I am not very tech savy but the ease of use of this app is exceptional... I produce a weekly 15 minute broadcast... In the past I used a recording booth with a quality microphone... No one even noticed the switch after 2 years... I can record wherever I am, whenever I want... Presently I have about 150 programs recorded and they are securely stored on the app... And for free!... I should feel guilty, but I dont!!

Works perfectly for what I needed it for. the functionality of the app is easily figured out. The settings allow for changing location of the recorded files. A few other settings for the types of recordings you are doing, which I found to be simple. it's great to not have to be an audiologist or a recording studio tech to figure out how to record voices or crowds, or a simple voice note! A great feature for those that are looking to purchase is the options available to pay for are cheap! Woot!

For a while the app seemed to work fine. Then, today, opening the app again, the list of recordings was empty. Thankfully the files were not really deleted, and I was still able to find and recover them from my phone's file system. But this has seriously damaged my trust in this app to handle recordings. (Update: The dev response is accurate. There is an unobvious setting for where recordings are saved that somehow changed from the original to a different location. I edited the rating 1 -> 3.)

Best and easiest to use app on the planet if you want to record you own music. It allows you to overdub your track . Which means you can run your track back and add vocals , then overdub you harmonica , then drums or bass. If you can play different instruments and sing then you can do a complete song by yourself . Great for beginners or experienced musicians. Just a really good app for producing tracks yourself. No flaws , easy to operate. Honestly its the best. Try it and you'll see.

Doesn't work. When I play a file all I hear is noise, a single constant one, even whem I tested by speaking clearly right into the mic. I verified it was app specific via another audio recorder, which played back perfectly( the problem with that one is it apparently only saves the first minute). Also, I'm not sure if this is related but voice typing on the entire phone now no longer works.

I like the app because of it's ease of use and clean settings. I tried it out and my voice was loud and clear. My only BIG ISSUE and the reason I am uninstalling is because every time I turn my phone on I get a weird ad that pops up on my home screen and I'm not even using the app. I don't like this and I don't have time to click the little "X" in the top right corner and make my phone calls/check emails. This is a hindering thing I cannot tolerate.

It works surprisingly well for me at karaoke. I like that I can shoot it right up to Google drive or probably other destinations. I have not deeply explored how much the signal that it picks up can be edited and improved and reworked. But it works well enough for me to get a decent read on how my karaoke singing is going. I've experimented with putting it in different locations of the karaoke venue that I most frequently visit. Positioning matters

This app is so easy to use. I am very soft spoken and it picks up my voice like I am speaking into the speaker even when I have my phone laying on the table. I love that I don't have to leave my phone open to have it record. I can lock my phone and it still records everything. Having the option to send and record to multiple places and rename the recording immediately is great as well.

Effective, easy to use! Disappointed me today because it stopped recording 42 min into a 3 hour class. I guess that the free version doesn't notify you that the recording has stopped. I wonder if the paid version does? I am considering upgrading, but I also want the ability to record while listening with headphones, and that is not yet available.

This used to be wonderful and I used it for lots of things for 2 years. Now it records but days it can't okay anything I recorded. No other app can play. They ask comes out as wav files instead of the MP3 I updated to when original couldn't play . Wav. Also I had dawned at least 10 card reading sessions, and they all disappeared. There's I saved in Dropbox instead of the phone can't be played now either. Something got really messed up. It won't even let me uninstall now either!

This app is so great. No ads to deal with unless you want extra features. Totally usable/free without it though! Clean, simple and gives you like... A million hours of audio!(1st time I used it I accidently left it on for 18 hours and still had 15,000 hours of space left🤯)It records NO MATTER WHAT-itll record during camera use, any app use, it's sensitive, picks up everything, and time stamps your recordings(I haven't figured how how to edit the name of the files? IDK if it does that or not)

The recorder works well as far as I know. I switched from another recording app which I had trouble navigating. I didn't want fancy. I wanted easy. I know this app can do more than I am using it for but as long as it records and plays easily, I am happy. Also, it lets you easily rename the recordings. And, the company quickly responded to a question I had about the upgrade price. (It's a one time fee. Not monthly.) Yea! =)

One of the only audio recording apps that does NOT force the microphone to use noise cancelation. Therefore it picks up the distant frogs, crickets, and birds in the woods, which is what I use it for. Plus this allows a presenter in the front of a room to be recorded from the back of the room. Interface is simple and the app has never crashed on me in the 2 years I've been using it. Ads are minimal and never show up while in record mode, only in playback mode.
