No security, inflexible upload location, and it sometimes hangs on HTTP. FTP is read only. I would prefer HTTPS connection (including loading a Let's Encrypt certificate), a configurable password on the HTTP(S) interface, bi-directional FTPS/SFTP with configurable username/password, and to be able to navigate to a folder, then upload there.

Does exactly what I've been on a quest to find - a recently updated replacement for an old app called "WiFi file transfer" that was last updated 8 years ago (thus abandoned and now problematic). No frills. No BS. Doesn't treat the user like an idiot (like all the other apps I tried). Thanks for making a good app that actually works!

1•Fast, but.. 2•There is bug when transferring, showing notifications error but I see behind error message that the transferring still continue. For transferring Pictures or Videos or Musics even there is error msg, but I'm still keep it going (I didn't click the error). 3•Always error when transferring application. 90% game apk didn't work or failed to install. 40% another apks able to install. 4•Hard to connect even when I'm give hot-spot to the receiver & of course with location active.

I bought the app for FTP file transfer which worked fine for a while but only in one direction to PC, this feature was then removed. I asked for support and got none, so asked for a refund and got nothing. I have since bought FTP server pro and can now transfer files both directions both to and from PC.

this does work great. Need to download app to both phones . Hit recieve on the receiving phone first before sending from first phone. I found that worked the best...and completed transfer in just 2 or 3 seconds. Great job to the creator(s). One thing though, i would have given the app even 6 stars if it were possible...but due to much advertising...that takes over the entire screen. The advertising is easy to close though. I would recommend this app wholeheartedly even with advertising drawback.

One of the few apps that provide great speeds for file transfers and an easier custom setup. But the main things it's lacking is the ability to accept files from external apps, and to recieve files from the sender without reconnecting. Please add that functionality.

It's simple and works perfectly. I needed to love thousands of photos from one phone to another. All I did was select which phone sends, and which receives. It worked so fast over wi-fi, and I copied 6k pictures in about 20 minutes. This app is no-nonsense, clean and does what it says on the tin. Thank you!

App works perfectly and is very fast over wifi. I transferred audio files from my mobile phone to my tablet both running Android. Note that I initially encountered issues where I was unable to send to devices on my wifi network. The issue was resolved by disabling NordVPN on my computer. I am not sure how NordVPN being enabled on my computer made any difference, but the transfer worked right after doing this. My computer was not sending or receiving data, so this issue was bizarre.

well i was unable to delete folders or files or add folders and files on my phone from my desktop. so i couldn't share files on my pc with my phone at all. I was able to do it with ES File Explorer without any limitations or difficulties. so. problem solved. just get ES File Explorer and you're on your way.

So happy I found this app. I bought a new phone (moto) and I needed to transfer everything from my s9+ to it. I wanted everything transferred over with how it was on my s9+ because I dont have the time to sort through my 7000+ pictures. I've used other apps and they didn't do the job (all the pictures were 1 album instead of multiple) or they missed files. Used software on my laptop but I had to pay to use it. Finally found this app and I could control how it all transferred. Very happy

Finally an app that transfers files via Wi-Fi Direct. A few major bugs need to be addressed though. 1. When toggling to split screen, the recipient always jumps back to "preparing...", which kills the transfer. And afterwards it's difficult to initiate a new transfer. 2. App doesn't recognise the recipient when sharing apps.

This app is amazing. Simple to use, easily interface; sometimes the wifi connection doesn't hold up but i dont think its this apps fault. Soooo much better than the Phone Clone bs I've been trying to use for the last 2 hours at my carrier's request. This was faster (20 min) and much more simplistic. Give it a shot, what do you have to loose?

Best file transfer app so far! I've been using SendAnywhere for a while, but when I needed to transfer 3.5 GB in 2500+ files, I was not able to. No matter what destination I used, what version of Android phone, and even to PC, the transfer would always crash. So I started looking for other apps, and I have tried many, all of them having similar issues. Then I came across Easy Share. And it did the job on a second attempt. First one stopped and a message mentioned network issues, but as network appeared fine, I thought it could have been just a temporary glitch, so I did it again. And second time it worked fully. I tested the app that was using 3.5GB of files I transferred to another phone and everything was working fine. So this is definitely now my favourite file transfer app! Highly recommend it.

Great app that allowed me to empty out my ancient phone (Android 6) and move out all those files (some are 1+GB in size) to my new phone. The app transfers the data over local networks, so you will not be charged by your ISP and the transfer speed is fast as you'd expect. The UI is very usable, though appreciated if categories (audio, video, images, ...) showed all files of that type. Also, I keep getting network error for larger files (100+ MB). If you guys can check that out. Thank you!

This app has done exactly what it said it would do! I haven't ran into issues other than learning that the ftp server was what I wanted to do for a gui interface on the pc to download from my phone. I needed this because my galaxy s8 updated within the last couple of years an no longer let's me connect through USB on my pc or any pc, similar issue with the other s8 in my household. Thanks Easy Share!

Actually worked! I needed to move a folder from my old S6 to my new S10,and nothing was working. This did. It gave me a useful error message the first time - I had to disable my VPN / firewall app - and then, voila! It's possible the built-in methods would have worked if I did that first, but they only gave mysterious messages like "failed to generate data".

My friend asked me to get this app. Was going to FTP transfer files but the only option available is the HTTP service. Works slowly but ok with 1 file at a time. We had 3 different devices. On one it allowed FTP (his daughter's phone). On mine, it doesn't. On his phone, it doesn't. Seems the only device it worked on was android 10. He has android 11 on his phone and mine is android 13. I purchased it thinking it was a premium option but it still didn't show up.

Direct Wi-Fi/BT connection between Samsung and Motorola phones failed, however the alternate option to create an FTP server through a local network DID succeed for transfers! Also, it's very helpful for backups since it can do most pre-installed / system apps. The big drawback is the obtrusive large ads, that play audio and/or video, and interfere if you're trying to listen to music. You have to keep clicking on it to pause or mute it. I'm going to try a free source equivalent app.

It's slower than others. It also has no settings at all. So when transferring 20gb to my tablet of 32gb internal and 1tb SD card that's empty my tablet locked up half way through took forever to unfreeze because this app decided internal was best option instead of the added SD card SMH. So I downloaded shareme. File destination is under "about". Hopefully I saved some time for you because I just lost 30mins of my day to be back at square one. If you are computer illerate this is ur app tho.

Works fast and easy. I'm giving four stars because every time I've used it, when the sending computer completes a third of the total transfer, it displays an error stating that the file transfer has failed and to check the connection. If I don't click on the error, it completes the entire transfer and it hasn't missed a file yet.
