Multiple issues like itinerary not being emailed, amount being deducted without booking etc have been faced. The existence of booking was even denied by staff and accepted only when on sharing UPI receipt. The amount has still not been refunded.The latest issue was incorrect no and email id being dsiplayed and my web checkin not being accepted for booking retrieval and arrogance of support staff.

The app is working pretty well post some issues with the Android version. It was resolved in a very lucid way by the easemytrip team.

very buging interface , In holidays section their No option you can type your city name ( forcefully selection pre selected city only). No customize , No professional services.

This good travel app doesn,t allow me to book any travel like even Hotel booking since it ask me to put atleast 3 letter in surname which can not b skipped. Unfortunaty in my ID, My surname has has just one letter "M". I never had this issue with othr travel app. At least make it editable for simple Hotel booking. Developer, you r so wrong. I had many succesfull hotel booking with just my name as Vinay M only in MMT & Booking app. Just one letter is Enough "M " in surname to make booking.

Did not show a refundable ticket option while booking. And once we made an error while booking, it was impossible to undo the booking. Difficult to get answers or help through customer care. Will avoid.

While looking for flight, in the search it shows only last 2 options from recent searches & if you are evaluating different ways to travel with different cities, you have to agin type city name. Also, offers section should be improved & it should have filter options like based on banks

Fake and misleading policy on their app homepage of full refund on cancellation of ticket due to medical reasons. If you have any medical emergency, they will say it's upto flight company to approve it or not. Update - again a lie, I have shared medical documents as well as the screenshot of your app which didn't mention anything about the insurance you are stating.

Pl read my experience with this app's service in last 3days, I'm using this app since last eight years, I've given 5* ratings till my last experience, I've booked flight ticket from Bengaluru to Hyderabad for 17th 16.25 flight of Akasa airlines,I could not web check in and airlines app was showing there's no booking, when contacted Ease my trip call centre, they said they will rectify my issue,but not rectified, I've spoken to them many times since yesterday, but my problem is not resolved,

Such a fraud app... This app doesn't refund money..if the flight is cancelled I should get full refund then what is service fee about..all you say everywhere is you will get full refund , basically In all the advertisement. Service fee is 80% of my actual flight fare . Your flight is cancelled not my fault. I should get full refund. Never gonna use this app ever again. Not gonna suggest anyone also

Had the worst experience ever Booked for a hotel and when I reached I couldn't check in amount debited and no contact number or anything to do..so embarrassing and literally hate this application..please be aware.Its been 10 days I have not received my refund yet they keep sending mails but no solution I have been so irritated right now

please do not trust this app,they are scamming people by booking ferry boats from few destinations in china and i had a very bizzare experience of knowing it after i went to the airport ,one of the worst flight booking experience for me,i have booked a flight containing two flights and they made a error by booking ferry boat and thus making a chaos of my journey and after repeated calls to the customer care ,the response is not great ,they keep wasting the time and put the calls on hold and no

Booked a hotel on this app and for some reason the easemytrip team forgot to send the confirmation to the hotel. My family was stuck in Bombay without hotel for 6+ hours and the so called customer care was trash and incompetent. Only after multiple calls and trys we were able to get our refund and book other property from Agoda. (I also wanted to why me and my family are pissed off, it is because of the delayed and rude customer care reps, I had to talk to 6 repres to get my refund.)

Dont trust this app i have receipt of the hotel booked through this if anyone need evidence i can transfer that to them... Problems... 1. Hotels charge booked through emt is always almost double than the normal tarrif of the hotel in individual... 2. If you paid the sum to the hotel while booking there is 2/2 (100%) chance hotel wont let you check in. Happened with me.... 3. Emt will try to solve your whole day of checkin problems by paying you compensation... Wow... Uninstalled

"Ease my trip" is most apt name this app can have. Well it's most convenient travel app. I would suggest every travel freak to use this app, it will surely help your travel needs. I recently download ease my trip app and I must say it has exceed my expectations in every was possible. As a frequent traveler, I rely heavily on travel apps to streamline my journey and easemytrip has become my go to choice for planning and booking trips it's a great platform for booking flights, hotel ,bus or also for holidays booking my experience was great.

It is not a good platform to book tickets, better to book tickets from airline's website or App directly. Overall booking & cancellation Charges are very high. Specially while cancellation, they don't provide proper bifurcation. Their customer service is equally pathetic. Also, many times the offers flashing on the App (specially Bank discounts) doesn't apply while making payments.

please fix your app, its suddenly going all blank when i press on book. its updated, my phone does not have any issue. you need to see for bugs and give another update or something. at this point I've tried everything, updating, reinstalling, data clearing, etc

Such a worst ever experience. I have tried booking the tickets, didn't received the tickets, however my amount got deducted. Trying to call on listed numbers and raised issue on whatsapp, emailed as well, however nothing is working. Very Poor customer service.
