Its not that good. It has great potential, but the name js misleading. Outbreak means a disease, and yes there is a disease clicker thingy in there, but this a tycoon game while the name could suggest that its like Plague Inc. Also, the nuclear war part isnt that good. Woukdnt reccomend it.

Hoestly one of the crappiest play store games i've ever played. The only way to describe this is repetitive, aggrivating, and as basic as you can make a game. The missles are at an overhaul and theres no real way to enjoy playing.

Would be fun EXCEPT you get an ad so often within the first 5 minutes of the game that you cannot skip that it makes the game almost unplayable. Not worth the time or effort.

Far to many ads. And before the developers respond with "oh its how we keep our game free" i got recommended this ad from a game i was playing. Not the other way around. This is pathetic im sick of getting so many ads for average games. Gtfo

I loved the concept of ending the world. The graphics were very good. But like what someone else said you download ad. You click game play ad. You dtart game ad. Start first shot ad. Reload you guessed it ad. To many ads. No true game play.

1 star because I beat the game. In 15 minutes. The name of the game has nothing to do with the game itself. There is so little to the game. It needs so much work, as in more things to do, not 15 minutes then your done. I'll change my review after a massive update.

Lame literally every 30-40 seconds there an ad even know can click for ads to get extras and bonuses gameplay is to slow graphics looks like come from the early 80s videogames not much you can do there this thing called god mode you can buy for off get this 20 dollars for a very slow and un interesting game keep ya crappy game 1 star

A satirical game developed based off current world events. Built around the original pandemic game with nothing to compare to the original pandemic brilliance of its time. You look at the globe and have some screens to push buttons. When going into it I have no clue what I'm doing besides my goal to kill everyone. You can't build your own virus or what not and it's just...completely bland and devoid of active interaction. I expected an advanced pandemic game. 0 out of 5 stars. Sorry.

Not enough detail or control over progression. Literraly everything in the game is figured out by the 1st play through and its entirly funded by the insane amount of ads that show. Needs more progression without needing to spend money on cash shop gems.

The only way to play this game is to set your phone to airplane mode. Otherwise way to many ads to play. I got a ad after my first 15 secs during the learning phase lol. Airplane mode or don't play it.

I would rate it higher, but the ads you can choose to watch for coins doesn't work. I tried a bunch and got robbed of my time. when i get the roughly 3 million coins i am supposed to have recieved ill change this. Until then all I can say is do not watch the vids. they are broken

The adds are ridiculous. Almost unplayable unless you pay. Every time you do anything it goes to an add. I get it someone wants to make money, but come on. Its a fun game, but turn the add traffic down a little.

Yet another game that force feeds you ads until you puke. Not only are you forced to watch ads every minute but you are stuck being left with the option to either watch an ad to upgrade or wait forever. Another fine example of a lacking game that is made by ad crazy money hungry greedy developers. Dont waste your time, dont give the money.

Easy enough to do with a bit of broken english but it's still understandable and it isn't pay to play which I love. Wish you could move around the earth to shoot at. But those are the only things. It's a good casual idle game.

Needs some fine tuning. Seems like it doesn't matter how many levels you raise the "negative" aspects the fertility rate is completely random. The amount of money you make a day doesn't seem to increase and the cost to upgrade rises pretty steeply in comparison. Other than that it is a cool idea.

Far too many ads. Totally understand the need for then especially in a free game. However the frequency is completely out of wack. There is literally an ad for every two taps on the screen, not even for useful actions. I accidentally touched and missed what I was aiming for, retried got it and an ad played. This makes the game unbearable to play.

I love this game! It starts to get really challenging later on, but to me, that is good! I also like how you sometimes have to watch an ad to win, very clever of the developers. The reason why I'm rating 4 instead of 5 is because of the features in game. There are not much features on the main menu, and it would be really cool to add some such as statistics, etc. Overall, good game and I suggest you play it if you like strategy.

Looks like my original review disappeared. The game is solid but the reason for the low score is the sheer amount of ads. While purchasing the $1.49 remove ads removes all Banner Ads, you still must endure videos for other bonuses. This would be fine but purchasing $20 God Mode pass still won't alleviate the adpocalypse that is the prem currency of this game. Edit: The game refuses to give the currency after watching an ad now.
