2 stars because it did let me cashout! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The program tracking is horrible! I installed 2 different apps for the first time and had to spend $40 and was suppose to make over $70 and have picture proof of completing but they still refuse to pay! Do not trust there offers, make sure you do research first on the offer, cause their offer said download rockwallet and trade or sell at least $1, so I did to find out the minimum deposit and withdraw is $30. Did this, NO PAY

I never got paid for one game even though I followed all directions. Another game did pay a couple of times then stopped. And now my rewards are being held back. There is NO WAY ANYONE should EVER go through this for a lousy couple of dollars. First, you spend more than 2 days time just to get a measly $5. And then they make you wait for it? Garbage!

definitely a dishonestly ran app. my account is suddenly "under review". let me tell you why. I went from $1.22 to $3.75. (5.00 minimum balance required for cashout) I sat with the same 1.22 balance for a week. played 1 game and got to 3.75. you can not be dishonest with GAMEPLAY. I didn't take any surveys to earn that reward. so they are full of it. i am also seeing "$20 minimum cashout" it's $5..ARE THEY CHEATING CERTAIN PLAYERS? how can 2 users have different balance requirements?

At first I was impressed. Lasted about an hour until the game I was playing stopped tracking my progress. They asked me to wait three days and if I didn't receive the rewards then to message support. That was all fine. The three days go by. in that time I download another game. I get a few rewards from it and now all of a sudden they won't let me get rewards from that game. Took away the option to even open it through the app. To make it worse, they keep closing my support ticket.

I can't recommend this because, in the beginning I was able to cash out easily. the earnings were decent. but I am now on day 5 of a 28.00 cash out, the app says technical issue, contact support. after 5 messages that say they will respond with in 24 hours, they still haven't. it's pretty obvious I'm not getting the money I earned. shame. they started off so good

It can be a great app to earn a little side money. HOWEVER, I have had a few issues with the app not giving me the money I earned by completing the goals. I recently completed level 30 in scrabble, as well as making 3 in app purchases, but I have yet to be rewarded the money for those goals. I've also noticed that some of the games will say one amount on the goals when you download the game, but after a little bit of playing it changes and you can't access the game thru the earnstar app anymore

I've completed several offers, I even waited 24 hrs or more before emailing, each high offer I completed is"pending" and I've been waiting to hear from customer service for 3 days and counting. This has to be the WORST pay for play gaming app I've used. It's sad cause I had high hopes, if I hear something or things change I'll change my review until then my opinion stands.

The app let's u earn the money just fine, but when it comes to cashing out there's absolutely no help. It says response to question within 24 hours- I've sent two questions on different days, and they haven't bothered answering either one of them. Attempt to cash out? Now I need technical support, and they're nowhere to be found. Don't lie about being there for ur customers, then don't bother. I'm pretty much ready to delete it. Thanx so much

This app will stop your progress near the start of almost every game, they've removed the "Continue Earning" button on 4 of my apps after I've only completed 4-5 of the tasks. It's not a bug, it's a feature. Edit: I'm on hold for 7-14 days for all payouts as it all goes through a "verification process" this isn't for PayPal payouts, but points payouts for money that I spent. This app is a genuine joke.

It seemed ok at first. Some surveys went through and game progress is tracked. However, when you get to a certain threshold of the minimum $5.00 cashout, they tell you to verify your phone number because at that point all surveys and games are locked. I put in phone number and waited to get my 6 digit code. Waited 5 minutes never got it. Put my number in again said "too many attempts wait 10 min". put in phone number again still didn't get code. It's waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS.

I am very disappointed that I have to give this app a 1 star review cause I thought I found a great app with fun games and a realistic minimum cash out amount, then I earned enough to claim my rewards, only to be met with a technical error contact support message! it's been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything back from them, even though it says they will contact you within 24 hours. I've reached out 3 times only to be ignored! I will change this to 5 stars if they ever fix this issue!

Just Bad. I started playing today. I downloaded the solitaire game and made it to level 7. now I'm stuck on a phone number verification screen that does NOT send a code to my phone, then you have to wait 10 minutes before they send a new code which is ridiculous when the first one didn't wasn't received. such a waste of time. I can't see my progress/access any other games until my phone is confirmed, but can't confirm cuz can't receive code.

The app is good, and it does pay out, but it stops tracking your progress after you done earned a lot. The app does have your account in review when you start, but just contact customer service, and they will remove it. The games are good, and you can cash out as low as $1. I have cashed out multiple times and earn about $80. But now as when I try to install games and do the task, it stops giving me rewards after the 2nd or 3rd task. I have lost about $20 in rewards. Customer service is no help.

So far not a fan. It seems to not track anything, 3 different apps, refusing to track any of the progress I'm making, after 3 days I have earned Zero rewards from any of the "offers" I've installed. tracked the install, none of the progress. Not a permissions issue, not a user errror. will update if and when it starts tracking.

I don't bother with the surveys because the surveys usually have a broken link and don't work. I use the offer wall, which can also be frustrating because the continue earning button will disappear a lot of the time. I contacted customer service about why this happens, got an email that said they were checking it, then never heard anything again. When the continue earning button does stay around, the app is great.

can't even cash out... technical error, contact support. Except support doesn't contact! Update, I finally got someone to respond to me, but they only respond if you email them from a separate email that is not associated with your Account... then they ask to provide the email associated with your account and then all they do is just play games. They said it would be 10-50 days before they could fix the problem with redeeming rewards. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!
