I downloaded the app, because I've been taking surveys with e-rewards for years, and they never are formatted correctly for my phone. I was hoping that the app would fix that problem, but the surveys are just as poorly formatted in the app. Please fix. Every survey should be fully contained within the phone window, I shouldn't have to scroll over to find the options and the different buttons

This is getting a one star only because you can't rate it Zero. I was invited to join the rewards through a email. I created the account and went about answering the profile questions. However, one question gave up corrupted data instead of the question, and I couldnt scroll down to select an answer. When I emailed Erewards about the issue, instead of fixing the app or my account. They have decided to indefinitely suspend my account. So, be aware, if you have an issue, don't email them.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Taking the surveys and earning the points was easy but what really pissed me off was when I had finally got enough points to get a reward. I tried getting a $10 gift card and it said that I would get it in 72 hours...IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS. I ended up emailing them and they never responded so I tried to do it again after that it wouldn't even say that I would get it anymore it just kept saying that an "error has occurred." VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I like apps that pay you for your opinion. I've joined 10 or more and it doesn't take but a few mins to realize if it's legit or not. I've also done some real researches and was able to make cash walking out the door. I like this app but not sure that it's completely legit. At times it seems my balance is correct from last time. I will be keeping track of it from now on.

I have been a member for years and now all of a sudden my account was deactivated. I reached out to Customer Service only to be told that in order to reactivate my account I have to provide a photo of my driver's license as well as a selfie. Apparently this is to confirm identity when redeeming for rewards but neither are on file so I don't find that to be necessary. Also, it's angers me when I complete a survey only to be told that you don't qualify and you don't receive an incentive.

Generally okay, but some minor problems. When using the app on my phone I find that occasionally the screen is so crowded that certain features overlap. For example the zoom control may obscure the button that allows you to advance to the next screen and you have to wait for it to disappear. Similarly, the banner at the top that shows you the progress will often partially cover the first line of the question. However, the problems are not insurmountable, and generally it works pretty well.

The app experience used to be pretty good, but the newer version has been giving me some bugs. The most consistent bug for me is whenever during the preliminary question asks about what my primary auto insurance is. Typing would bring up the list of companies, but upon selecting one, the proceed button stays uninteractable. Removing the selected entry and clicking again does not resolve the issue. Hopefully future updates will fix the bugs

I like that it's relatively easy to accrue the e-rewards cash to get what you want. There are only 1 thing keeping me from giving this app a full 5 star rating: I wish there was more variety on the rewards. I have no use for flight or hotel points. Yes, there are some good choices for a lot of people: magazines, gift cards, restaurant coupon, etc.. But where are the Best Buy, Longhorn Steakhouse, WalMart and Amazon gift cards as advertised? Just don't get rid of the GameStop and Sally's cards.

This survey app is pretty different from the usual & any past sites I've signed up with...I actually just completed a survey that was kinda fun! 😁😱👀 They seem ta pay more then other sights & have several options for redemption...Navigation is throughout at is easy & subtle, any1 can do...Simple interface....I haven't redeemed/cashed out yet..So hopefully that goes over smooth, if so will return 2 give a full STRONG 5STAR RATING!

I liked the concept, I thought. I didn't get any gift cards! And I had accumulated money. Also it's extremely difficult to cancel your membership!! Several suggestions for this app. Make yourself more available, easier to contact! Also, have options of how often I want to receive emails! I uninstalled after NOT receiving any monetary gift cards!! Very unhappy with this app!!

The app is too buggy and slow. Oftentimes, I fill out a survey, the third party company thanks me for taking it, but then the app just continually loads, and never gets to the confirmation page. When I try to restart the survey it says it's already been completed. However, when I go to Recent there's no completion credit, so I've wasted my time.

Well very excited in the beginning! Already utilized the points too. But there are two things I was not satisfied with and can be improved... Some of the survey take alot of information and then in the middle say you are not fit for it... Really hate those!!! Secondly there are few gift cards options wished they have more options of Walmart, Amazon and others... Once they improve these I would change my rating to 5 for sure! If you have nothing to do to time pass this is a good platform...

This app is the most annoying and irritating app I have ever used.. Almost every survey would say that I want qualified. The ones that let me do them would either kick me out after about 10+ minutes of filling them out or would let me finish and then say you don't qualify. 30 damn minutes, survey completely finished and it gives me NOTHING!!! SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Haven't been using it for long but so far it seems great! I like the platform, it is easy to navigate, the variety of things to cash in for look good. My only complain is the employment profile questions. I am employed in the health care field and also own my own business. You cannot really express that at all. It may limit opportunities for future surveys??

This group is a scam. They've turned off their contact option and refuse to delete my account. They're still spamming me with emails every day. The surveys time out when you're close to the end and a survey that says "15 dollars" only gives 25 cents every time. It's an absolute scam. Since the last update the amount of notifications is asinine. Every time i open my phone i get a notification. Multiple emails every day two at once several times.

I'm loving the convenience of this app. I've been a member of e-Rewards for around 15 years and my account has remained active. Although, my level of participation has significantly decreased throughout the years. Which wasn't due to lack of interest, e-Rewards is a legitimately rewarding panel. Since learning then downloading the app, I'm once again a fully engaged member. The app portrays the same professionalism as it's website; no crashes or error messages, and on point push notifications.

All around great app. What more can you ask for, surveys for monetary value in the form of gift cards or subscriptions. It truly can't be easier. If I really wanted to make one complaint, I wish for a range in takeaways. The last year my surveys havnt surpassed 4$(on average its $1-4.5). Also it would be nice to offer more incentives (like the increased offer payouts, that was great).

Terrible app. Only downloaded it because of a Fuel Rewards promo. Took 3 surveys just to try and complete 1 for the promo and haven't been able to complete any of them for one reason or another. The last survey I took was a waste of 25 freaking minutes to then be given 5 possible reasons as to why I was able to be given credit for the survey. I would love to use some harsh language in this review to properly show my annoyance towards this app. Don't waste your time!

App is easy to use but I've spent close to an hour on 2 separate surveys each, and when I got to finish an error occurred and the surveys ended up not getting finished. One of them said there would be a link either to my email or to the website (what ever was used for this) to finish but it was through the app, still I checked both and nothing.

I've been doing surveys for over 6 years and was actually able to supplement my income with the gift cards but since they've "improved" the site I'm lucky if I get 2 gift cards a month. They went from paying 25 cents a survey if you didn't qualify to 20 cents and I have done 10 in a row and gotten nothing for all the time I wasted. And if I had $1 for every "error loading page" message I'd be rich.
