What is the minimum configuration required in terms of mobile required to access this app? Some of the user are getting android 99.0 error and not able to access the app.

I downloaded it but it crashes as soon as it opens with an error message that the app didn't open correctly.

Business card scan keeps crashing the app on Android but not iPhone. Also when trying to enter notes it only allows entry of body on iPhone but not on Android for the exact same user.

Good app, but I'm very disappointed that you need to use the browser version of Sales in order to "Scan business card" in order to create a contact. Hopefully this is only a setup issue, but if not... Wake up Microsoft!

Need to make a way to set customer list display how you want it to display. It always comes up "modified". I want it to come up "name". PowerBi doesn't work well with it. That needs to be fixed. Hard to read and zoom feature doesnt work.

App is unstable and keeps crashing, some features don't work (like recording voice notes), and signing in is buggy as I have to choose my work account repeatedly before the app opens the environment. However, calling from the app is quite useful as I am able to log the call from my phone. Thus I give two ⭐

The APK alone takes up more than 140 MB of storage. Not much if this had been installed on a laptop SSD.

Clearing an error is not straightforward. Too much to and fro with constant 'saving' of inputs. Too little room for progress reports.
