Barely works. Too many loopholes. If someone in your group working on the same job with you clicks technically resolved it closes the work order for each tech the work order is dispatched to. Hope they fix this issue before it is the only app we use.

Difficult to use, have to go to 5 different pages to do one update. How is this better than FSM? After using it for sometime now I find that it's even worse than I originally thought. It relies solely on the internet connection versus cached data. I've been trying to save a document for about half an hour now but it's still doing its thing. If I could give it a zero Stars I would.

After 1 year as a daily user, this is my experience and the feed back from my team that use this app as well as D365. That my company spend $mn's. Administration burden. Time-consuming, system is not what we believed it was to be. Too many tabs/pages/windows to find simple information. The schedule board is the most useless planner I have ever used and I have used Salesforce and that one was terrible. If I could, this would be a zero star

Absolute trash. Have no choice but to use it as my employer makes me. Unreliable, rubbish interface, spend most of my time pushing the save button. Given the opportunity, I would have all those involved in its development sacked. It's just a pity that one star is the lowest rating.

Absolute trash. Uses excessive data. Loads like it is using dial up. Then when you are trying to change a selection changes the list and you end up picking the entry below the one that you want. If I could use pen and paper it would be quicker.

I wish there were negative stars to give. I have to uninstall then reinstall this thing on a daily basis... When It does open, it's slow and laggy. I don't understand how someone designed, wrote, and deployed this app and thought, "Yes, it's perfect, everyone will want to use it!", then didn't get fired, and was able to work on another app.

The slowest app. Very annoying. Always has glitches. Update. I still hate this app. Has to be the worst app on my phone and unfortunately I have to use it. Freezes up all the time. Never refreshes. I always have to turn it off and start back up to get the calls sent to me.

Crash on CAT S42 at startup. No support from Microsoft. 6 weeks, no fix. Avoid this field service system like the plague is the best advice I can give.

Can't get it to run offline. Also, it doesn't show all the bookings. I always have to sign in again to see all bookings. UPDATE APRIL 2021: Offline Functionality has definitely improved. Also the last couple of updates has solved the disappearance of bookings etc. It is still not 100% and it has some toothing issues, but it is definitely better than a couple of months ago. 2-》3.5 stars

Recently app keeps crashing everytime I leave it running in background. Can't swap out if it for even a moment without it restarting. I have had it installed and running fine on a s23 Ultra for about a year now but this issue just started this month.

Slowest unorganized app ever used. Definitely is not user friendly. Highly recommend staying as far away from this app as you possibly can. Still hot garbage!!!

App is not optimized for mobile operations and set up for in office operations. If you need to use the app for field operations the app is useless and waste of time. I uninstall the app 2 times a week as IT does not have an answer for issues and this is the only solution currently. App needs to be streamlined for usability. In current state app is decreasing productivity for field technicians as well as office personnel. Do not recommend field dynamics for business and more field testing needed.

If their were negative stars,I would've selected.They should call it PHONE SERVICE instead as you will spend more time on your phone dealing with this app than actually working. You must hire twice as many techs and office employees to do the same work. Absolutely the worst application I have been a part of to run a business.If you want to sabotage a company, recommend this app to them.Takes 5 steps to do what should be done in 1.Takes employees 2 to 4 times as long to fill out work tickets.

I'm pissed! I did a ton of work on offline mode because the job site had no service. Then I finalize everything. While driving home I connected to cell service and the program has been trying to upload for 20 hours. I have 11 rows that need to be uploaded and is not letting me. Thousands of dollars performed yesterday and this app I guess is frozen. Now all my work is gone and today I can't work because the app is still trying to upload.

Desktop is clunky and slow to load. A whole lot more clicking than prior program. Mobile device is slow so we only use it if we have to. Desktop crashes a few times a week, locks up. Mobile device home screen doesn't say much, have to sort through work orders trying to find the one you want. Just too slow. Is this what they used to call a shareware program?

Some update has made this app unusable on my Pixel 7 Pro. Every time I use it for an extended period of time (more than 5 mins, not joking) it causes my phone to overheat and shut down. Needs fixed. I had to restrict the app so it's not working in the background at any point otherwise my phone would overheat and shut down even when I'm not using the app in the foreground.

Unreliable and flakey. Not reliable enough to be a mandatory business app. Flakes out and has had to be removed and reinstalled twice in a day. Totally dependent on a wifi connection. Wish I could charge for wasted time. Wish it just would go away. If it were a product we would go out of business. Newest version is exponentially worse. I think it was planted by a competitor. The aggravation is moving me closer to retirement before cardiac arrest; It's that bad for what we have to use it for.

forced to use this inferior app. you have to save, then save your save, then save a saved save to save a save. every button you press triggers a failure or fault in the app, basic information is tucked away deep in the app such ad asset numbers. 90 percent of requests are submitted without location or issue details. work orders put in without contact name or number. total waste of technology.
