This application doesn't know when you are at a red stop light. Today and a few others, I've been at a red stop light, look at my phone to see what someone said in a text message, not even respond, and it says phone use. This application needs lots of help.

Let's start here, I drive a 2013 Lexus ES 350, and it has some very nice features or touches with the sound system and being able to talk on the phone like the person is sitting right next to me. I see no difference but the phone says, strike - phone use. Also if I'm on the highway and someone slides into my lane, I can hit them or my brakes. You can choose?

It doesn't matter how you use the app it has no significant impact on my monthly premium payment. When I look at the numbers it might say great job but where's the discount? It tracks my car when I'm not in my car and I can be sitting in my apartment.

the app only recorded my trip on day 1 of the dynamic launch, since that time it has not recorded any of my trips. called the support line and they didn't know anything and said they show me enrolled but had no idea why it wasn't recorded.

Poor score mainly due to the fact I literally cannot even stop at a gas station and put music on without a dinging me for touching my phone can't answer important phone calls even if my phone is connected to my hands-free device give me a low score because of the time of day I have to drive to work the West goes on and on and on

wants me to allow background battery, but I don't have the exact option shown on screen. I have the equivalent option already allowed, but the app won't record trips.

Sucks the battery, I just installed this app as required by National General Insurance. I haven't even driven my car yet. In about 2 hours with minimal use of my phone, it has used 20% of battery life. This is 4 times what the old app used. They claim it doesn't use any more battery than other similar apps. That is false.

This app has not been recording any of my trips. All of the settings are okay in the app diagnostics and location services tell me the app is using them, but even going 55mph doesn't make the app record my trips. Last app worked perfectly fine. Im pretty sure my insurance is going to drop me or increase because this app is not working.

Had a few instances where the app docked me points for events it did not describe in the trip list. Went quit a few trips straight and my streak was interrupted due to an unknown event. How can I correct something I don't know about? Also, if you work a night job? It's gonna hit you for driving late at night.

You can get sudden braking hits just by taking your foot off a Tesla Model 3. The car's regenerative brakes slow down the car enough to cause hits when in self driving or when you are driving. the app needs to take into account regenerative braking of electric cars. You shouldn't takes hits when you literally don't press the brake pedal.

I opened the app and chose all the time for location access. I have taken multiple trips, but I am getting messages from my insurance company to download the app. What more Do I Have To Do❓❔❓❔ I opened the app. I put the code in. I took a trip. I am still getting alerts saying I have not complied and might lose my discount 😩

The app is buggy. It keeps randomly opening when I unlock my phone or I'm in another app. I might be opening a different app & it pops up when I'm signing in with my biometrics & gets in the way. I then have to close the DD app & go back to the app I was originally opening to try again. It's starting to get very annoying/frustrating. I don't have the app on any of my homescreens, so it's not like I'm accidently opening it myself. This is happening every day, multiple times. Please fix!!

The app is not recording my trips! Before you tell me to call customer service, I had to call to get the email with the code in the first place. Then, I realized it wasn't recording the trips, so I called again and followed George's instructions to uninstall and reinstall. I have driven multiple times & it still is not picking up my trips. I am required to check them 3x's in order to get my discount. the month is almost over & I can't check. My old app worked amazingly. I never had an issue.
