Can do with a LOT of improvements, such as a legend to turn ON state boundaries, needed details (such as name of the located business/home, scale in miles on map. etc), turn OFF mood question that follows, other unnecessary details as one desires. It does have a Help Me feature, great 4 emergencies. Ability to 'x' out huge popup for details on map page? How does one delete huge history, or anything else for that matter? NO settings to speak of

In theory it's a great app. In practice its not so good. Most of the time I can't track my family member. They have service and full battery. Says can't be located. The other thing is I can't enable my distance setting as it will not let me sign in to my Google account. Hangs on white screen after choosing my email address.

This used to be the best app of its kind until it got changed from Safe365 to Durcal. Remove the carer & senior features, it's useless and let friends & family add as many members with same access like before. I tried downloading & subscribing to almost all other app but none was as accurate as this one. They should understand they have an edge & the developers should switch it back to what it was, see all the same comments from almost everyone.

I lost my Safe365, I was able to retrieve it and got this new version of it. I DO NOT like it at all. The whole appearance and structure of it has changed, not in a good way. The calling because you haven't called all week, take more steps to stay healthy. Really, the whole purpose was to keep and eye on our loved ones. This is totally not that. You guys really need to go back to the old version, but I guess I can go to another app. Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible app. Didn't work at all. Had difficulty updating and said my family member was home when they were obviously not. Customer service was no help at all - emails were in Spanish when all communication was in English. When attempted communication was English, it was poor at best. Don't waste your time with this app as it causes more frustration then it's worth.

The app is becoming more bloated with "elder care" features, that I don't need. I've been using the app for 3 years, but will be looking for a different app now, that is simple to use, and not filled with unneeded features that can't be turned off (and drains battery), like the activity tracker.

The app is very good in terms of safety. Tracks the exact live location. Have to check battery and data consumption. Also it doesn't notifies when a person leaves or enters the safe place. Also the notification of Safe365 sending location is always there which is annoying.

I agree with users about the most recent update. A heads-up may have been useful-before this most recent update. Live, real time location data is most helpful. Now, not operational. Distressing. Also, ease of use and steps tally, not functioning on my personal profile. Will probably remove our family. In search of a bwtter option.

It's Extremely great and effective app. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to catch their cheating spouse and it was definitely worth everything. If you feel something is going on with your spouse then you should definitely follow these easy steps and get the information you need. I'm very happy with the help i got from Premiumspyagency at-gmailcom, within few hours of hiring him to help catch my cheating spouse with just his phone number.

Just updated app, really did not work: Just updated the app. There are things I like about it, but there are things that upon first look, there are problems : 1) the color of the app changed to purple, it was much sharper and easier to spot. 2) I have my wife displayed and I cannot see my information that I've set up, also all the past information. Medicine reminder, etc. Were lost. 3) we wear the Xiaomi Band. It will be really good that the two applications can be merged so that the Xiaomi info

I have no idea how good or bad this app is, because I'm unable to sign up. It asks for country code AND telephone number, then for some reason it adds EXTRA digit (8) between these and then OF COURSE SMS cannot be sent and delivered with the code, because the number is incorrect! Why extra 8 is added before my number? I tried to find help at developer's site, but there's no help, it's all about smart watch.

I like it alot. But durcal loses track of my other phone sometimes. I can't locate it, nor ping it to tell me how much battery is left on it. The phone is set so that it doesn't shut off gps while on standby so durcal shouldn't be losing track of it like it does. The loss of contact seems to happen when the phone hasn't moved in a while...

This app is a disappointment, the last few updates have severely destroyed the functionality and reliability of this app. I can't even have it enabled on my mom's iphone anymore since it drains over 60 percent of her battery. It never did that back when we first had it, but now the app destroys her phone. It's completely absurd and I will once again have to search for another alternative. Truly disappointing.

We downloaded this app after a different app we used for years went nuts and the developers didn't seem to care after all the reviews.. this one is pretty good but isn't as location accurate as I'd like.. for example it shows me in the middle of the street when I'm inside a building close by. My previous app could show me moving along the road and this one doesn't.. still pretty happy so far

Used to love this app. I was able to keep track of an elderly person. No it says that the phone is unreachable and is totally useless. Plus all the useless stuff that is on there that makes it harder to navigate. It used to be simple to use. Update: after forcing to update app it is useless. You can see the person you are looking after but the other person can't see me. That was why we wanted the app was to see where each other was. I'll be looking for something else and will be deleting this.

I have been using this to monitor my 85 year old father's movement. He is having dementia. So far, I find the apps very helpful. It is the best I can find in the Play store. The support is super responsive too. After several years, We are still using this app to track my father's location when his helper bring him out for his daily walks. Thank you. ., π π ππππ

The app works well to a point, set was very easy. But once up and going it will tell you someone has left a location they haven't left and you can still see on the map they are there. Example mom has left home but mom is at home asleep...lol may need to get this portion of the app looked at and working properly before it confuses elderly people.

I'm going to give it a five star since it does do what it says, BUT! It needs improvement. It has approx 20 min delay in letting you know when someone has entered or left a designated are and sometimes doesnt update GPS location real time. You can be many miles away and after 20 mins it might update. People say well it's due to your signal. NOPE! I have 4G service all bars and no dead spots around where I live. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS. Thanks

Deleted. This app used to be very helpful. Over the past year, every time an update came through irritating changes were made. It was still useable until the last update. For some unknown reason the developers have made this so that apparently only one person can see the location of the others. If you are not a "carer" forget seeing anything useful other than a place holder drawing if the carer has not sent you pictures. They've turned a good app for ALL family members into a niche app for few.
